Alloggi Barbaria is located in a quiet neighbourhood, in the city of Venice. The B&B is located near the Fondamente Nove and this is part of its charm; you don't feel any of the mass tourist pressure here.
Alloggi Barbaria is proudly run by Fausto and his wife, since September 2002. This property is an ideal starting point for visiting the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. It’s only a ten minute walk from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, and a few steps from the monumental church of St. John and Paul.
The B&B is easy to reach from either the Marco Polo International Airport (as it is only a 7 minute walk along the waterfront to the hotel from Fondamente Nove water bus station) or the train station and Piazzale Roma car parking.
Alloggi Barbaria is conveniently located only 200 m from “Ospedale” public waterbus stop which saves you from carrying bags through the streets of Venice to get to the hotel. It’s only 100 m. from a supermarket.
This B&B offers a friendly and homey atmosphere to its guests who are invited to enjoy the terrace where they can relax and have breakfast in the open air during the warm months. The staff is extremely caring and is at your entire disposal in order to make your stay a memorable one.
All of the simple but spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms have a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, direct - dial telephone, minibar, TV, air conditioning, kettle and all the necessary for a hot beverage, independent heating, and safe. Many of the rooms have satellite TV as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Alloggi Barbaria very much. We had a very spacious, immaculate room with high ceilings. I felt very safe. It is very close to the water bus stop and a supermarket. The supermarket was important for us because we are gluten free. The breakfast was simple break and yogurt which was inconvenient for us but when we brought back eggs from the store, Fausto's wife very graciously help us boil them. Wouldn't even consider staying anyplace else if we went back.

Ottimo. Molto vicino alla fermata Ospedale della linea 5, comodo da raggiungere quindi dai principali punti della citta', con una cartina alla mano si puo' raggiungere in una manciata di minuti a piedi anche piazza S. Marco, colazione servita (meteo permettendo) su un bel terrazzino tranquillo, gestori gentili e disponibili, camere spaziose, luminose e in ottime condizioni sia per serramenti che per arredamento, frigorifero, televisore grande e cassaforte in camera, bagno spazioso, situato in una zona tranquilla e quindi priva di schiamazzi notturni e rumori molesti.
