We are located near Campo Santi Apostoli, which is easily reached by the train station and Piazzale Roma. Positioned at the end of Strada Nuova

Very accommodating and friendly! Nice breakfast and there were some very cute kittens living here that were our lovely breakfast pals. They did our laundry for 8 euros which was very reasonable and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours between check out and our train departure. I would definitely stay here again.

A welcoming house with a beautiful garden where you can enjoy a corner of peace away from the tourists. Andrea and his family were very helpful and attentive. Ideal for spending a few days in Venice.

The managers were very helpful and discreet, always ready to give us information with a smile. The structure is beautiful, starting from the room furnishings to the garden, ideal for relaxing. Recommended!

Très bel accueil et accompagnement d'Andrea, aux petits soins pour nous donner des conseils. Très belle chambre donnant sur un petit canal, et le petit déjeuner dans le petit jardin intérieur, c'est vraiment que du bonheur en amoureux. Tout le charme de Venise, proche du centre mais à l'écart des touristes, bref, je recommande vivement.

Very nice garden (converted small shipyard).
Mind: canal water (and stench) from the walls (should be better after summer when heating is on), abundant mosquitos/gnats (no surprise in a lagune / former swamp).
Read tick 'near station' below as: very close to vaporetti-station.
Missing tick (positive feature) : its in a living area, just outside the overcrowded areas/paths.

Que dire de notre petit séjour chez Andréa et sa charmante femme? que du bonheur.
Nous sommes allés au moins une vingtaine de fois sur Venise, et c'est la première fois que nous dormons réellement chez un Vénitien, vivant dans sa maison d'enfance.
Un petit havre de paix au fond d'une petite ruelle, avec un jolie jardin et le canal passant au bord de la fenêtre de la chambre donnant la nuit les reflets de l'eau au plafond. Une super salle de bain, tout y est confortable et très propre.
Le petit déjeuné est comme rarement en Italie, copieux (avec du vraie pain chose très rare), pris dans le jardin.
Bref nous avons aimé ! beaucoup aimé.
Merci à Andréa et à sa femme et dans deux an pour la Biennale.

J'ai passé 4 nuits dans cette maison avec mon mari. L'hôte est venu nous chercher à la gare, nous a présenté la maison, nous a fourni un ticket aller et retour pour Venise et nous a donné de très bons conseils pour profiter de notre séjour. Il nous a offert une bouteille de prosecco. Il nous a également proposé de nous raccompagner à l'aéroport contre rétribution pour notre départ, ce que nous avons accepté avec enthousiasme. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

Très bon accueil échanges faciles en français (pratique pour les non- bilingues!), logement très agréable, bien situé dans Venise, dans un quartier calme.
Ce serait bien de prévoir une bouilloire électrique et des tasses dans la chambre afin de pouvoir prendre une boisson chaude le soir.

Great place, very good location. First stop from Marco Polo airport, just far enough away from hustle and bustle and close enough to all the interesting places. Nice host who gives you a warm welcome and good advice. After fifth visit to Venice I think this is the best area to stay. Nice small restaurants at reasonable prices. Perhaps some cheese with breakfast and I would give Andrea and Allo Squero even a 9 for breakfast. But perhaps this is a desire I have being of Dutch origin.

Chambre d'hôte très agréable, au calme, très bien située dans Venise.
Propriétaire sympathique.
Possibilité de prévoir dans les chambres une petite bouilloire électrique et du thé et du café en poudre SVP? (comme dans certains hôtels, et B&B dans d'autres pays).
Et une petite "dolce" vénitienne au petit-déjeuner, au moins une fois? Merci.
