Description
Recently renovated, small and friendly B&B in an excellent central location in an area rich in history and culture, lively music, Opera and tourism. A few steps from the impressive Arena and romantic Castelvecchio.

The realization of a dream that wants to be nice availability and sevice to our customers.

The comfortable rooms all have private bathroom with hairdryer, towel service, shower gel, shampoo, air conditioning, television and wi-fi.

Every room is furnished with warm wood with simple and clean lines.

Warm colored fabrics and light wood floors complement the environments and making a relaxing family.

Continental breakfast will be served from 8. 00 to 10. 00 a. m. in our breakfast room. Check-out 10. 30 a. m.. Our guests will receive the keys to the house for a total freedom 'in the hours.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

On request, breakfast can also be anticipated.

The B&B "Alla Casa di Lucia" is located a few steps from the Arena and Castelvecchio, eight to ten minutes walk from the train station if you don't have too much luggage.

Alternatively, from sidewalk "A", exiting the station, take BUS no. 11 - 12 or 13 with a stop at Arena/Piazza Brà. The fare is 1.10 Euros.

A 24/7 taxi service is also available.

For those arriving from the Airport, a shuttle service is available every 20 minutes for a cost of 6 Euros per person, reaching Verona Station in 15 minutes.

The B&B is located at Via Roma, no. 7 - in front of Giramondo Travel Agency.

Ho soggiornato una notte e ho scelto questa struttura per la posizione, vicinissima all'Arena... Dò 10 alla pulizia ma ho trovato sgradevole il forte odore di disinfettante che c'era in bagno, non finestrato purtroppo, che permeava anche in camera. Il mattino non siamo riuscite a fare la doccia con acqua calda e la colazione è un po' triste. Voto totale 7.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno piacevole, l'oste era disponibile e cordiale. Tutto era nuovo e molto pulito. La zona è centralissima, vicina all'Arena, ai musei, ai monumenti e alle vie dello shopping. Consigliamo sicuramente.

Sembra scontato, ma è stato un soggiorno fantastico. Una struttura veramente di qualità, gestita con grande capacità. Da tornare di sicuro.

Il posto è a due passi dall'area, comodissimo se lo spettacolo finisce molto tardi. Stanza silenziosa e spaziosa, letto comodissimo, proprietario gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo.

Posizione eccellente, a 4 minuti dall’Arena e a 6 minuti dal parcheggio Cittadella. Ideale per girare a piedi nel centro storico. Gestore molto gentile. B&B molto pulito.

Proprietario molto accogliente e camera perfetta. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, se dovessimo tornare a Verona sicuramente sceglieremmo di nuovo questa struttura! Super consigliato.

È una struttura centralissima, essenziale, ma confortevole e molto pulita. Caratteristica graditissima è stata l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del proprietario. Penso che ci ritorneremo.

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro. Camera ampia e dotata del necessario. Seppur in centro struttura molto silenziosa. Parcheggio libero a 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Gestore riservato e cortese. Colazione molto varia ed abbondante.
