A nice single house with small garden, in a quiet residential area, surrounded by a flourishing vegetation. Padova is water city, crossed from the Piovego river, important fluvial way for the ancient trade and cultural exchanges.

View on the Piovego river, just in front of the sandstone of Maximum S., ancient fluvial landing place, and the 16th century walls of the city.

Situated between the zone Fair, Stanga and Portello-University Institute, to little minutes on foot from the historical center, Hospitals, railway station and courier.

The house has air conditioned, with 2 single rooms with bed 1, 5 place on loft and 1 double room.

Acceptance and contacts with the cell. only hours meal and Saturday and Sunday, with agreements.

Free parking on stony embankment.

In order to arrive by car, gate PD EST, then direction center city until the large crossroads Stanga. To take Via Ariosto, direction Hospitals - Basilica S. Antonio, and before crossing the bridge of the river, taking the bank pebbly of right. Via Lungargine of the Piovego, for approximately 200 m. until the praticable end. To park and to enter on foot in the small pebbly narrow lane on the right.

On foot from the Railway station or the Fair, to cover Via Venice until large crossroads Stanga and then continuing as mentioned above.

Only not smokers.

Salve Valentina, gradirei sapere cosa non ha trovato di suo gradimento, dato il punteggio così basso in confronto a tutte le altre recensioni ricevute, così da darmi la possibilità di migliorare. Sopratutto per la posizione che mi ha dato 3. In base a quale criterio? Io ho messo nella mappa di google e nel mio sito web la mia posizione quindi era chiara e trasparente, questo sarebbe il criterio. Ma se Voi dovete andare in centro storico e prenotate da me, non potete darmi 3 perchè non abito nelle piazze, altrimenti avreste dovuto prenotare da colleghi più vicino al posto che vi necessitava. A true B&B in the original sense of the term. The owner is a delightful person, very kind, helpful and sociable, and can surely give you advice for visiting Padua if needed. Warm and homely atmosphere. Location not central but convenient for the center, which you can reach with a lovely walk. Impeccable cleanliness. A B&B I sincerely recommend.

I really enjoyed my short stay here because of the host and the tranquillity of the surroundings. The host is charming and well travelled and provides a good breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable and the windows had shutters. The bathroom was clean and spacious and I didn't have to share it. There is a bus service a short walk away but the town is not far. I look forward to staying here again.

The structure is perfectly maintained. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable and they are in excellent condition. The location is about ten minutes on foot from the center and is in a residential area along the riverbank, but this ensures tranquility and few noises during the night. The owner is available and kind. I absolutely recommend it.

I stayed at this Al Fiume Piovego Bed and Room from October 27 to November 2. What can I say, it met expectations greatly and turned out to be the place we were looking for (we needed a quiet base for post-operative care). The Al Fiume Piovego Bed and Room is located near the Piovego river, in a very quiet area, a stone's throw from the center of Padua where in the morning you can open the window and hear the birds singing. Within a 1 km radius you can find everything: supermarkets, pharmacies, dining options, McDonald's. We booked a double room. The bathroom was not in the room but for exclusive use in front of it. The owner, Mrs. Valeria, was very welcoming, a mix of kindness and grace, and she met every need of ours without hesitation! In fact, she truly hosted us in her home. Much appreciated the fact that she provided us with many amenities including the microwave (besides making us a good coffee). We hope to return another time for a leisure trip because we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Valeria!

Comfortable and very clean facility, the managers were very precise in providing all the information I requested and the price for a single room is truly competitive. Unfortunately, I could not taste the breakfast due to lack of time but the facility is well equipped with everything necessary. Highly recommended.

Although I received a message only a few hours before arrival that moved me, the new location was also along the river and the host drove me there by car with the luggage, for which I am very grateful. From the B&B you can reach the center of Padua along a romantic path along the Brentano river. The host is very friendly; the accommodation is well equipped, clean, safe, and quiet. B&B in a strategic position for the university area of Porta Portello. Clean, with a kitchen available and 2 bathrooms accessible to 4 people. I stayed for a week in a single room for work. \nVery nice place and above all welcoming. Recommended especially for those who want to enjoy a beautiful panorama and not far from the center. \nIt takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the center on foot. \nMrs. Valeria was fantastic, very kind and friendly. Attentive to all the needs of the guests, she also provides excellent advice for those who are not from Padova or in case they want to travel in the surroundings. I can only recommend it!

We had a great time. The room was spacious and very clean and the house was really pleasant. The owner made us feel at ease and welcomed us with courtesy and friendliness. Our dog was also welcomed with great kindness. My rating is definitely positive.
