Description

The B&B Al 19 is located on the third and top floor of a 17th-century building in the heart of Verona, at number 19 Stradone San Fermo, one of the most elegant streets in the city, lined with ancient buildings designed by famous Veronese architects.

The recently renovated apartment is bright, quiet, carefully furnished, and full of atmosphere, thanks to its views over the rooftops and bell towers of the old town.

The house is on two floors: on the lower floor, accessible by elevator, you will find the private rooms of the family, while the B&B is located on the upper floor, which can be reached by a convenient indoor or outdoor staircase.

The two rooms, meticulously furnished and equipped with all comforts, each have a private bathroom, heating, air conditioning, free wifi, radio, and television.

The green room is a double room with a private bathroom.

The red room is a small suite consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a small study, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. In the study, the sofa can be transformed into a third bed.

Guests have access to a lovely lounge where breakfast is served, and where they can also have conversations, read, or browse the internet using an iPad provided for their use.

My name is Arianna, I was born in Rome but I moved to Verona when I was a child and live here everafter. I am really in love with my city and started this new adventure longing to know people from all over the world.

The B&B is located in my family home, where I used to leave when I was a kid and therefore it is a special place for me and I love to host guests from all over the world and make them feel at home.

Beautiful individually designed apartment in a stylish building, perfect location to the Arena and city center (a few minutes walk), with underground parking in the building. Breakfast, assistance, everything great!! Price is totally reasonable. Very friendly and competent landlady.

My family and I stayed in the loft, saying we were good is an understatement. The structure is in a historic building, comfortable for those like us looking for 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything is within walking distance, including the shopping street. Arianna and her collaborator Stela are delightful people. I couldn't have found better.

Al 19 B&B is a very very nice place to stay in Verona. It is cozy, complete, in the heart of the city. Beds are excellent. Bathroom has everything you need. The room is cool and quiet. Breakfast is delicious. We would love to come back!

Everything perfect! We stayed at this property for one night and had a great time. The location is extraordinary, just a stone's throw from the Arena and the City Center. Also equipped with a parking space, it allows you to walk around comfortably. Everything is well cared for and every detail is delightful. Spacious and comfortable, clean and pleasant. Arianna, the owner, is very kind and helpful. She provided us with fresh fruit in the room and nothing was missing. The breakfast was excellent, and the common area dedicated is also very beautiful and tastefully furnished as well as functional. Congratulations!
