Description

Rooms and apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, free internet access, a bed for children (to be requested when booking), TV, mirror and minibar.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a beautiful garden, equipped with parking and is located in the heart of the family-owned 120-hectare agricultural estate intended for extensive cultivation, populated with protected animals and equipped with long tree-lined avenues. It is the result of a recent and careful restoration of one of the early 1900s rural houses serving the countryside.

The structure is equipped with a barbecue; guests are provided with bicycles, a five-a-side football pitch, volleyball and table tennis; it is possible to carry out sporting activities and walks inside the agricultural estate. We organize bicycle tours with expert guides and boat trips in the lagoon with local fishermen.

A short distance from our residence guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports facilities and fitness centers to keep fit even on vacation.

Our structure is the ideal location for all families on the move who will feel right at home here, for a romantic holiday in a quiet and reserved environment, for all those who wish to spend some time in an unspoiled natural environment.

You will be welcomed and assisted by speakers of Italian, English, french.

We serve the typical Italian breakfast, with homemade bread and cakes, croissants, seasonal fruit, yogurt, fruit juices, cappuccino, coffee, tea, milk, corn flackes, rusks, butter and jam. Weather permitting, it is eaten on the covered patio of the garden.

My name is Anna and for many years I have been directly involved in a 120-hectare farm that has been in the family for over a century. We grow corn, soybeans and wheat.

We have also joined a European project to enhance the environment with small woods and long rows of trees. The area has always been a restocking area and controlled capture of game, including hares, pheasants, gray partridges.

For over 15 years we have created this agritourism by recovering one of the ancient farmhouses of the farm, to share with others the suggestion of this landscape not far from the lagoon and the sea.

I have been to Agriturismo Zennare with a large group of parents, teenagers, and children who practice Aikido. The managers helped us settle in, provided outdoor spaces for us to eat together, and a barbecue. They gave us useful information for shopping and getting around. Comfortable and clean accommodations, very kind managers. Porto Caleri beach is 30 minutes away.

The excellent structure is located in a quiet area not far from the sea. Tranquility reigns absolute and the owners deserve applause for their courtesy, kindness, and availability. The breakfast is abundant, with homemade bread, sweet almond cakes, chocolate puffed rice, all prepared by the very skillful owner. In addition, there is coffee, tea, and fruit juices. We were a team of 23 people, including many young athletes participating in a sports event. I was really happy to have spent some time here, surrounded by greenery. Thanks again for the hospitality and great patience. I can't wait to come back.

Immersed in the nature and silence of the countryside, this beautiful property is located a few kilometers from Chioggia and Sottomarina, just over 15 minutes by car. The owners and staff are very friendly. The breakfast offers some interesting products and the value for money is excellent. What struck me the most, though, is the silence that reigns in the structure at night. I didn't remember sleeping so well, it's beautiful.

We very much enjoyed our stay (7 nights, booked triple room for 2 people) at the Agriturismo Zennaro accommodation. It is an island of peace. Just right when returning from a strenuous day trip by bike or cultural excursions from the tourist centers to the idyllic surroundings of the house with the large, well-kept garden. Signora Anna gave us many good tips every day, was always helpful and friendly, and pampered us with her breakfast every day. Thank you very much! The room is attractive and functional, as is the bathroom. However, the rooms in the main house are very noisy. For dinner during the week, you have to drive a few kilometers to other villages or into the city. But you can also enjoy your own packed lunch in the garden or breakfast room. From Friday to Sunday, a pizzeria and a restaurant are open, which can be reached on foot. We will gladly come back. Thank you, Gallimberti family.

Immersed in the countryside of Chioggia, beautiful view. Apartment B is spacious, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only flaw is that the bedrooms are not well isolated from the living area, they are divided by partitions but the high ceiling makes them all interconnected. We were two families well connected but there is not much privacy between one room and the other. It has a large patio in front of the house where you can have lunch or dinner overlooking the fields. The managers are super kind and very helpful, breakfast was not included but every morning they offered us coffee... Highly recommended for those who want an apartment in the open countryside and only 1h from Venice.

We had a great time. All around as far as the eye can see, the landscape of the Po Valley. It's a shame that the homemade cake was missing at breakfast, but excellently replaced by a freshly baked brioche and bread prepared by the owner Anna. We highly recommend it.

Lovely place, kindness and availability of the managers who accommodated us by finding a way to allow us to leave later than planned. Perfect place for young children (0, 2 and 5 years old) who can play freely in a well-kept and clean outdoor space. Our accommodation did not include breakfast, but every morning they offered us delicious cakes and coffee. Chioggia reachable in 15 minutes by car. It was three perfect days for a family getaway.

Great place to stay, the owners are very kind, the location is a bit secluded from the road, so in my opinion it's a positive aspect. They offer different options, from just overnight stay with breakfast, to a very nice little apartment where we stayed and two other quite good solutions. Surrounded by greenery and peace, with facilities suitable for children/teens, including a small football field, swings, and other games. Pets are allowed, which is worth noting.\nThe only flaw, but I think it's just an oversight, is not having an electrical outlet in the bathroom.\nHaving said that, if I were to find myself in that area again, I would definitely go back.

We had a small apartment which is rented without breakfast. The apartment was clean. The only downside - it was full of mosquitoes and small flies. The pots and dishes were only partially clean - probably left that way by our predecessors. We had to do a basic cleaning of the dishes and pots here. Downside - at first we had no hot water, because the neighboring apartment had turned off the hot water for us. The switch for this is located in the bedroom of the Barchessa B. However, our landlord immediately provided a solution, solved the problem and turned on the hot water switch in the other apartment. The location is 14 km on a lagoon from Chioggia and Sottomarina. Unfortunately, there is a lot of traffic along the road to Chioggia, so you need to plan at least 25 minutes for the journey. We will be happy to return to Agriturismo Zennare for another short vacation.

The location is strategic for visiting not only Chioggia, but also Venice, Padua, and excursions in the Po Delta park. The structure is excellent and set in a suggestive and peaceful agricultural context. The room, cleanliness, and breakfast are excellent. Furthermore, the owners are exquisite people with whom it is very pleasant to converse even on 'complex' topics.

Excellent well-kept place just 15 minutes from Chioggia, if you are looking for a quiet place to take long walks immersed in nature, this is the place for you. In the evening and early in the morning, you can easily see hares, pheasants, and little birds wandering around. If I were to come back to the area, I will definitely return here.

The Agriturismo Zennare is run by capable and kind people who strive to give their best to their guests. A great breakfast is served under the porch with products prepared by the owner Anna, such as cakes and delicious bread, clean and well-furnished rooms. Both in the rooms and in the entrance there are coffee, tea, and herbal teas available, along with a fridge with fresh water. And then a beautiful garden with sun loungers... in short, it's a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The advice provided by the owners is very interesting and useful.

We stayed at this place last Saturday and I must say we were satisfied with everything: lovely, quiet place immersed in the beautiful nature between the lagoon and the sea; immaculate and fresh rooms, abundant breakfast and courtesy of the owners. The place is close to Chioggia for a nice fish dinner and close to the beach of Sottomarina for a sunbath.

It's a wonderful place, very kind and helpful owners, I spent 7 wonderful days. The property is located in a strategic area, from there you can go to the Po Delta, Chioggia, Sottomarina, Comacchio, etc. Additionally, you have a wide choice of places to eat great seafood. The owners can help you or advise you on where to spend the day in places to discover. The property itself has a large playground, for walking and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

The lowest rating I gave is for the breakfast: packaged snacks, yogurt, instant cappuccino, and coffee. We were informed that due to the Covid-19 emergency, a traditional breakfast cannot be provided. For the same reason, the owner informed us that daily room cleaning was not done, only at the beginning and end of the stay. The well-renovated property is surrounded by nature. The garden and porch are fabulous. The owners are welcoming.

We spent four days in this beautiful property immersed in greenery. Recommended for families with children because there are many games: from the soccer field to the swings, as well as for people who want to spend a holiday in complete tranquility, perhaps reading a book. The owners are very kind and helpful because they answered every question we had about the place.

Siamo stati benissimo, la struttura è bellissima in zona di ripopolamento animali, si possono vedere lepri, fagiani e vari uccelli liberi. I titolari della struttura sono mitici, bravissimi, super cortesi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza! Un peccato non soggiornarvi.

Nostra recensione in tedesco: Das Haus liegt inmitten einer landwirtschaftlich geprägten Gegend, absolut ruhig, und bietet viel Kontakt mit der Natur. Wir sind durch die Gastgeberin großzügig betreut worden und können es daher weiterempfehlen. Zwei Einschränkungen haben wir erlebt: Wer gerade Italienisch gelernt hat - wie wir - hat Schwierigkeiten, die Gastgeberin zu verstehen und es ist nicht leicht, das Landhaus aufgrund der ungenügenden Ausschilderung zu finden.

Struttura molto bella ricavata da una cascina immersa nel verde dell'ampio giardino adiacente e della campagna coltivata circostante. La pulizia è molto buona, c'è solo qualche insetto tipico della stagione primaverile ed estiva, ma è una cosa più che normale visto l'ambiente in cui la struttura è inserita. La posizione della struttura è leggermente distante dal mare, essendo impossibile alloggiare in una struttura vicina al mare e in completa quiete, ma le località marine sono raggiungibili facilmente e tempo di una chiacchierata in auto e per ammirare il paesaggio circostante, il mare è alle porte. I gestori sono molto disponibili, professionali e familiari e vengono incontro a qualsiasi esigenza o problema. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, come pure la colazione con una buona scelta di prodotti. La struttura essendo un po' fuori mano potrebbe essere scomoda per chi desidera avere tutto a portata di mano, ma invece per chi desidera la quiete in mezzo alla natura è una delle più raccomandate. Ricordate qualche chilometro prima di arrivare alla struttura di chiamare per farvi alzare le sbarre che accedono alla zona, quando arrivate in zona Civè o Cà Bianca, così agevolerete i gestori al vostro arrivo.

Mi sono fermata 3 notti con la mia famiglia. Ottima posizione come punto di appoggio per visitare la zona. Posto molto bello, tranquillo e pulitissimo. Un bel panorama con fagiano e lepri che correvano in giardino. I proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili per fare due chiacchere e per dare info per visitare aree in zona. La figlia fa delle torte eccezionali da provare garantito.

Natur, wohin man schaute (Fasan, Hase, Wasserschildkröte). Ausflugsziele wie Chioggia oder auch das Podelta, sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Country house on the real country, no noice at all, beautiful! I just add, it is a nice trip using the bicycle on the Pellestrina island. you can rent the bicycle if you don't have, but remember, if yo want to extend the trip to Lido island, the boat from Pellestrina to Lido is very very expensive. Get information to the ticket office of the boat in Chioggia to find the more convenient ticket (if you find any convenient ticket !).

Abbiamo soggiornato il 22/08/15 al 24/08/15 La signora Anna e suo marito molto gentili e disponibili La struttura è situata in un punto molto tranquillo, molto verde e lontano dal traffico per chi è amante della natura lo consiglio vivamente. Pulizia eccellente nulla da dire. Purtroppo il tempo è stato ben poco per godere di un po di relax perché con 4 bambini e avendo il mare a pochi km e visto le belle giornate ne abbiamo approfittato. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo per sfruttare in meglio questo bel B&B che consiglio vivamente a tutti per la sua tranquillità. Grazie signora Anna.

Un fine settimana all'insegna del relax, pace, natura. Ho trovato il BB Zennare il luogo ideale per staccare dal tran-tran quotidiano, lontano dai rumori della città e lontano dallo smog! La vicina Chioggia è un po' una mini-Venezia, gradevole per una passeggiata e per un po' di svago. Ottime le colazione e i dolci di Elena! Gentilissime Laura e Anna, praticamente due zie acquisite :-).

La colazione preparata sotto gli alberi sembra uscita da un quadro di impressionisti! La posizione della struttura invita a fare tante belle escursioni, ma consiglio di ritagliare qualche ora per godersi la pace di questo posto!

Ubicato in campagna, in località molto silenziosa. Comodo punto di partenza, a 15 minuti da Chioggia, per escursioni verso il mare o il delta del Po. Ottima accoglienza e cortesia da parte dei gestori. Camera e bagno arredati con gusto e puliti. Colazione molto buona con torte fatte in casa, freschissime.

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte e tra l'altro abbiamo chiamato all'ultimo secondo..i proprietari sono stati veramente onesti. Ci hanno dato l'appartamento al prezzo della stanza. Ottima pulizia, cordiali e gentili. Il posto è un quarto d'ora / venti minuti fuori Chioggia. Una buona base per escursioni in laguna o sul delta del Po. Lo consiglio vivamente.
