Recently renovated country farmhouse, with a spacious porch and wheelchair-accessible dining area on the ground floor, and accommodation on the upper floor. The Podere farmhouse offers lodging in 6 single, double, or twin rooms.
The rooms are simple, completely refurbished, with exposed beams, all equipped with parquet flooring, each with a 32-inch LED TV, seasonal autonomous air conditioning, private bathroom with shower and complimentary toiletries, and a private terrace. Bottled water always available. Buffet breakfast provided. A safe is available at the reception.
Foreign languages spoken include German, French, and English.
Ample parking for cars and buses. Private night security (2-3 rounds per night).
The Podere is a HappyBau property. Friendly four-legged tourist friends of any size are welcome in the rooms as well.
In front of the farmhouse, there is a well-maintained and shaded park, all fenced in.

The room was very clean and welcoming, I would say beyond expectations. The dinner with zero kilometer products was more than excellent. For breakfast, I expected more genuine products. All in all, a good structure. Congratulations.

Great Bed and Breakfast, traveling with three dogs I found the perfect refuge for us and for them, bowls and towel and beautiful lawn area, varied and abundant breakfast, I'm sorry I never had lunch or dinner there because, I guess, the food is ok, the room excellent and clean, thank you.
