Only 700 meters away is the center of San Liberale, a district of the municipality of Marcon, with pizzerias, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, all easily accessible on foot. At 4 km away is one of the most well-known shopping centers in the Province of Venice.

The area is very peaceful and is suitable for families and couples who love to relax. It is the best solution for resting after visiting Venice and other cities in Veneto. It is a peaceful corner, away from the confusion and noise of the city. We are available to offer you maps, brochures and information to help you organize your stay.

The Fondo Gioconda Farm Stay is easily reachable with your own means of transport. We are surrounded by countryside and the structure is not served by the public transport network, so to move around our area and reach Venice, Treviso or other beautiful places you need your own car, motorbike or bicycle.
If you are travelling by plane we suggest you rent a car at Marco Polo Airport in Venice or at Canova Airport in Treviso. If you are travelling by train we recommend that you stop at the Mestre train station, rent a car and come to us.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this agriturismo! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredible host, who was not only extremely nice but also attentive to every little detail. You can really feel the care and passion that went into creating this place. The structure itself is new, spotless, and beautifully designed, with rooms that are both stylish and extremely comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is provided. While breakfast isn't officially served, the room came stocked with an impressive array of complimentary items: cookies, bread, Nutella, jams, juices, coffee, tea, and even a bottle of Prosecco! It was such a generous and delightful surprise. The location is ideal — surrounded by peaceful countryside where cows and horses pasture nearby (a lovely sight!), yet close to everything you might want to explore. There are great restaurants and shops in the area, and it’s very easy to reach Venice, Treviso, and the sea from here. Truly a perfect combination of rural charm, modern comfort, and genuine hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

The owner Wania was the most welcoming and generous host. She made us feel at home, even if we stayed only for one night. The property and the room are pristine clean and designed with an attention to detail and good taste. Everything has been thought with the guest comfort in mind and a sincere wish to please: fresh fruits bowl, artisan biscuits, a selection of teas, good coffee and a choice of drinks in the fridge. All this complementary. The environment is very quiet and the large bed ideal for a good sleep. It is rare to find such a quality both in the place and the service offered for such a reasonable price. Thank you very much, Wania! We will be back :-)

I would rate this property and the host an 11 if it was available. The property and rooms are immaculate with attention to every detail. Super clean and well done. Wania was so accommodating, made reservations for us at local restaurant and taxi, offered us rides to the train station, provided prosecco and aperol spritz and a wonderful welcome basket with fruit, snacks and wine. Wania is just lovely and also has a welcoming dog (Sissi) that joined us for happy hour on the patio. We had spent 5 days in Venice so this was the perfect couple of days to relax before our long flight home. Would highly recommend this property and would love to come back.

Book this now! If I had to rate it on a scale of 1-10 it would be a 20! We booked 2 rooms - the Oak and Pine and it was perfect for our family of 6. It was 3 bedrooms total and they will arrange the beds however you would like. And it even had a kitchen. They stocked us with all kinds of snacks and a bottle of wine and Prosecco! It was probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed in with attention to every detail possible. Wania was the best host ever. She was welcoming and kind and provided us with so much information about the area, from sites to restaurants. I chose this property when I was searching for a place near the airport for an early morning flight. We ended up staying 2 nights. It is super convenient to the airport. About 15 minutes away. We arrived in the afternoon and spent half a day in Venice (which we've already been to and was more than long enough). Spent the second full day in Padua… which I would highly recommend. And that evening at a pizzeria that Wania recommended that is around the corner from the property and it was fantastic. I have nothing negative to say about this property. And also we loved visiting with the family dog! We would love to go back to the Dolomites in the summer, and I would not hesitate to book this property again when flying in and out of Venice. Thanks Wania!

If I could give Agritursimo Fondo Gioconda 10 stars, I would. Cannot recommend Fondo Gioconda enough. Wania is just absolutely the best host - so kind and has thought out every little detail of making a guest’s stay amazing. We had the apartment and 1 room for our family of 6 - and seriously one of our kids walked in the apartment and said can we live here for the next month? It is that inviting, warm and well-maintained of a property. Honestly every little detail is so very well thought out, it was a pity we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you Wania!

Fantastic Agriturismo, close to Venice airport. Wonderful host. Rooms are super clean, well designed and maintained in new condition. Bed linen of the highest quality, room equipped with coffee machine and pods, water, juice, wine, chocolate and biscuits, all included in the unbelievably low price. Great stay, great value - A true pleasure!

I have given the rating of 10 because I couldn't give any higher; especially how friendly and fantastic the owners are. The pictures are beautiful but everything is even better in real life... it's so clean, quiet and my room had everything I needed (including a very comfortable bed) and everything I didn't know I needed. The location was perfect for me. I wanted some quiet before attending a conference in Venice. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

We found Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda for our Venice trip and we are so glad we did. The farm house is truly breathtaking, beautifully furnished to high standards. Well thought out, super clean with beautiful beds and linen, pretty much like in a 5-star hotel in a farm house version. Wania is the loveliest, beyond caring host ever. She took care of all of us during our stay, full of tips, guides, and kindness. What a wonderful stay we had at Fondo Gioconda. We will soon visit again!

Impeccably maintained place, spacious and very clean rooms, refined and high-quality linens (a pleasure to get into bed and be caressed by the soft towels), sober, welcoming, coordinated furnishings. Another person and I had the pleasure of staying at Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda for two days: the agriturismo is wonderful in a quiet and well-kept setting. Mrs. Wania who welcomed us is a truly wonderful and prepared person, very attentive to our requests. It was a discovery, but for the next times we need a base in Veneto we will stay again. I highly recommend.
