Your stay at these apartaments will have the calm and tranquillity of the eigtheenth century combined with the refinements of the twenty first.
Nexting close the castle of antiquity the private park and Villa are letterally 450 paces from the centre of town.
The appartaments offer a dream vacation setting, the groundfloor area of antiquity suitable for concerts creative art studio and conference, leads through an ambience of antique forniture to excellently appointed Agriturist apartaments
The first floor luonge gives a central place which could be used for lectures or as setting for a special event. Normally its that calm area to relax after a day trip, by car or foot in the Euganian hills.
As you can see from the plan, in each apartament there is a master bedroom, the living room with a bed sofà (sleep two), full Kitchen, cookware and utensile provided, bed and bathroom linen also provided.
One of the apartaments has two sleeping bed sofà in the living room plus the master bedroom. You have the possibility of walking for the Wednesday and Saturday market leaving your car in private secure parking in the villa

Here we are! I'm the one on the far right with my family on one of the trips we take whenever we can.
Let me tell you about myself: I'm an architect and a design teacher at an art high school. I also started a challenge 20 years ago to restore this family property which was reduced to ruins full of weeds and with a collapsed roof.
After many ups and downs, we finally finished the renovations in 2005, recreating the atmosphere that was present in past centuries.
The commitment was considerable, but every time you guests savor something that my family and I have put in and are enchanted by the structure, I feel repaid for everything.
So come visit us, we can chat and I'll point out walks, places to drink or eat well, and other things to do.

Great spacious apartments in a beautiful country house. The owners do everything to make you feel at home. It is surrounded by greenery and in the city centre next to the Castle of Este.

The Barchessa overlooks a beautiful park and the villa's woods that can be seen through the trees, a little gem that allows you to lean out of a window and see the beauty of nature around, the scent and the sounds. One would gladly stay there for a while. An ancient structure that is nice to contemplate in the wooden beams, a nice lounge to meet other guests. We are a family of 5 people and we had a great time in the little apartment. Nice to have the kitchen at your disposal for breakfast and possibly organize lunch or dinner: the atmosphere is pleasant and you save on the cost of the restaurant or other.

Wonderful structure in a beautiful 18th-century villa. We stayed in the 'il castello' apartment, very spacious and equipped with all comforts. The managers are very kind and always available. We stayed with 2 dogs and a baby without any problem, indeed perfectly comfortable. The surrounding park of the villa is stunning and a 2-minute walk from the center of Este. At the end of our stay, our little Viola Alba left a special thank you note in the guest book.

Charming structure expertly restored while keeping the characteristics of the building intact, a beautiful outdoor space and a magnificent view of the castle walls; great availability and kindness from the manager; I highly recommend it for those who love peace and want to find a base for the numerous cultural destinations in the area.

Superb location, very convenient to the center and the gardens, immersed in a wonderful park. Spacious, bright apartment with all the comforts, I highly recommend it because it has the charm of an ancient villa with the comforts of modern life, immersed in a fantastic park, ideal for those with children because they have the space to be outside and because it is convenient to have the Este gardens a stone's throw away. The manager is really courteous and kind.

I had the opportunity to stay a couple of nights in the villa La Barcassa. I can say that it is an ancient Venetian villa totally renovated in a more than intelligent way. Of particular value to me was the surrounding park, of a rare tranquility and beauty. The welcome was warm and prompt. The rooms are clean and very quiet. The surroundings are splendid: from the window I could see the walls of the local castle. What can we say: we were happy to have spent our money well.
