The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building (building H) within a condominium courtyard with private parking.
To access the apartment, in addition to the stairs, there is a modern elevator, and at entrance number 10 on the fourth floor is the entrance to the GIULIETTA apartment.
The decor is very simple and homely with some ethnic touches, and in the background there are also postcards sent by guests.
The rooms are spacious and bright and overlook balconies overlooking the "Raggio di Sole" park or the courtyard.

Shared apartment among several clients, in a somewhat outlying residence 15 minutes from the Arènes on foot and 15 minutes from the central station. No breakfast, but the kitchen is communal, and there is water, biscuits, tea, and coffee available. The room is simple, comfortable, and air-conditioned (thankfully, the heatwave is here!). Personal welcome by Giulietta upon our arrival, with all the explanations and tips on Verona. I recommend this address!

The B&B is located inside a quiet condominium, 900 meters from the Arena. The lady who welcomed us was very helpful. The rooms and the entire apartment could use some modernization. I would recommend new towels and adding breakfast.

We took into account the accommodation ratings to choose it and we can't understand how it has such a high score. It is the first b&b we have found where there are not enough products for the breakfast of all the guests. For example, being 4 people in 2 rooms, the owner only left 2 juices for breakfast. The only bread available was toast, but there was no butter or jam, so we had to put them ourselves. There was also no fruit. On the second day, the owner did not even leave us more sugar and we had to buy it ourselves. Every day we had to prepare our own breakfast and wash and tidy up the dishes. She allowed us to use her kitchen if we wanted to prepare some food, but its condition did not invite us to do so. The only positive aspect is that we could use her refrigerator and freezer to store our food. In the room there was air conditioning that worked very well, but the one in the common areas was turned off, we could not control it and we had over 30 degrees at breakfast time. The furniture is quite old and the mattresses are very soft. The best part is that it is a 10-minute walk from the Arena and has outdoor parking but within a closed area for residents.

The B&B is located on the fourth floor of a building in a quiet neighborhood and we reached it on foot from the station since it's less than a km away, the same distance applies to reach the Arena di Verona. The bedroom is of the right size and the very appreciated thing was the cleanliness! Very kind Mrs. Natalina who welcomed us and provided useful information... The breakfast is not from a bar but it consists of croissants and drinks placed in the fridge, but there is a coffee machine available. In any case, I recommend it!

I hardly ever write reviews, but in this case I have to make an exception. The owner Natalia made us feel right at home, super kind, she really made us have a wonderful night. The location is very convenient, 10 minutes from Verona Porta Nuova station and 10 minutes from the center, the structure is very clean, both the bedroom and the bathroom. The breakfast was abundant and packaged, a more than right decision, especially considering the ongoing pandemic. Really nothing to say about the structure but above all about Mrs. Natalia.

The structure is located inside a condominium, a 10-minute walk from the station and 10 minutes from the Arena, comfortable and especially economical! It is equipped with the essentials we needed, including a private bathroom. Very hospitable and flexible owner! Only downside: packaged breakfast.

I spent one night, Mrs. Natalia is very kind, the room with bathroom is very clean and meets the described needs. 5 minutes walk from the center of Verona. Breakfast served on request with fresh pastries. I would say everything perfect. Highly recommended.

We had a good experience overall, convenient parking in the courtyard, therefore quite safe and convenient because it is close to the center, clean room and very kind and helpful staff.

We were guests last weekend for the Ennio Morricone concert, my husband and I had a good time. Clean and tidy. The structure is close to the arena, good location also for public transport. The owner is very kind and helpful. I recommend it, cozy and clean place.
