The rooms, which have been completely renovated, are located in front of the emergency room of the "Sacro Cuore" Hospital in Negrar.

Each room has a private bathroom and comes with linens. Additionally, each room is equipped with a television, WIFI, towel set, hairdryer, iron, and air conditioning. On the ground floor, there is a shared kitchen with a cooking area available for use. Furthermore, outside there is a terrace with a garden.

As an additional service, we also have a shared bathroom on the ground floor with a washing machine and dryer. Please note that the structure does not have an elevator.

We are literally just "two steps" away from the hospital, and we are also in the heart of Valpolicella, famous for its wine and beautiful landscape.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and quiet. A short walk from the hospital, so very convenient. Comfortable bed and a room with all amenities. The owner was very kind. The property is easy to reach even if you arrive by bus.

Very close to the hospital, practically opposite the emergency department, which was exactly what we needed. Excellent cleanliness, room with everything necessary. Very fair price. The only drawback is the parking: all spaces are paid.

Central location. Easy to reach. Clean and organized room. Everything was present, even two extra pillows in addition to the pillows provided on the bed, which is a very important element for us. Very convenient fridge and a small oven for heating something. Friendly, quick and nice welcome.

We stayed for 2 nights due to hospital needs. The structure is really a 2-minute walk from the hospital. The room was spacious and equipped with a fridge, microwave, and air conditioning. The only downside is the lack of parking, but in the area, there are also free options, so with a short walk, you can find one. The quality-price ratio is excellent.
