We are a new establishment, located behind San Bortolo Hospital and just minutes away from the historic center of Vicenza: the perfect place for those seeking comfortable and affordable accommodation for both short and long stays.
We have six double rooms (also available for single use) spread over two floors, all with private bathrooms. The facility is accessible to people with disabilities.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, minibar, hairdryer, and LED TV with digital terrestrial channels.
In some rooms, we have provided a kitchenette with induction stoves and also provide pots and accessories for cooking.
We have six double rooms (also available for single use) spread over two floors, all with private bathrooms. The facility is accessible to people with disabilities.

I stayed two nights with my family, but after the first one I would have gladly left. There was a lot of dust, a bad smell coming from the bathroom, three pillows available but we were four, bedside lamps not working, zero sockets available by the bed, and the radiator in terrible condition. I mentioned everything after the first night and the manager saved what could be saved, cleaned the room and provided us with the pillows. I would not go back, even though the manager was still kind.

Stayed for two nights in March. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Quiet area at night and also during the day. Convenient for those who need to go to the hospital located across the street, with the west entrance 70 meters away. The city center is also a 10-minute walk. Excellent location. Bruno, the owner, is a very friendly person and willing to meet every request. The property lives up to what is stated, just a short walk and you are in the center or, by car, you are immediately on the avenues leading out of the city and onto the ring road.

From the photos posted, it seemed completely different, old and dilapidated furniture, dirty walls full of mold, terrible smell both in the common areas and inside the room, inadequate heating, cleaning not done thoroughly but very superficially; all in all, it's better to spend a few more euros and have healthier premises and at least breakfast included.

Gentile Signor Garoffolo, mi spiace che la permanenza di cinque giorni presso la nostra struttura non Vi abbia soddisfatto e innanzitutto mi scuso se ci sono state delle manchevolezze. Premesso questo, mi permetto alcune precisazioni relative a quanto ha scritto nella Sua recensione. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, è noto (essendo scritto ovunque) che la nostra struttura non la propone; quanto al riscaldamento, Le avevo comunicato poco dopo la prenotazione (e in largo anticipo rispetto al Vostro arrivo) che, per le note vicende, in questo periodo ci vediamo costretti a fornirlo nelle camere solo in determinate fasce orarie (precisamente, dalle 6.30 alle 9.30, dalle 12.30 alle 14.30 e dalle 18.00 alle 21.30). Quanto all’arredo, la struttura è aperta da settembre 2011 e l'arredo magari non è nuovo, ma che sia fatiscente non corrisponde al vero, così come la presenza di qualche segno sui muri della camera è segno dell'uso e non dell'incuria. Riguardo all'odore, solo al momento del check-out (la quinta mattina, quindi), mi ha detto che rientrando dalla colazione ha sentito odore di fumo in camera, fatto improbabile considerato che nessuno è entrato nella Sua camera o ha fumato nei vani comuni. Relativamente alla pulizia e comunque allo stato in cui ha trovato la stanza al momento del check-in e nei giorni successivi della Sua permanenza, avrei preferito essere informato tempestivamente sui problemi così da potere (come ho sempre fatto e come descritto da altri Ospiti nelle varie precedenti recensioni) intervenire e risolvere in modo da rendere soddisfacente la Vostra permanenza. Located in a very quiet area just a short distance from the center and the train station, it is easy to reach all the important places to visit in Vicenza. Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. The manager is very kind and helpful. Nearby there is also a supermarket and a great bar (both for breakfast and lunch).

I highly recommend the property. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. No time issues for check-in and check-out (which is crucial for me). It is located in a perfect strategic point... with a 15/20-minute walk you can easily reach the city center and the train station but, if needed, there is also a bus stop a few meters from the house. The area is very quiet and peaceful with a not very busy street. For those who also love greenery and a bit of relaxation, just a few steps away is Parco Querini, ideal for a walk (or a run for sports enthusiasts).

Excellent accommodation, a stone's throw from the Hospital and not far from the center, within walking distance. The room has independent access and is well equipped, with a refrigerator. I spent a period in Vicenza for work reasons and I am happy to have chosen Affittacamere Vicenza for my stay. It is ideal for those who need to spend a short period away from home and do not want to have the typical problems of those who rent a room in a shared apartment, as it allows total independence. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and those with a kitchenette are equipped with the necessary tools for cooking. The manager is very kind and helpful. The location is very good for those who intend to visit the center of Vicenza, slightly more inconvenient for those who need to use public transport to move a bit further away, especially during the summer period when bus services are not very frequent and it is often difficult to catch the connections.

Economical solution for short and fast stays, quality, central, very helpful qualified manager and offers better solutions than a tourist office. Very clean, towels, fridge, air conditioner, TV, new bathroom with shower. What more could you want? Also, it is very close (one minute and thirty on foot) to San Bortolo Hospital.

I stayed at this establishment to visit a friend who works in the city. The structure is new and functional, arranged on 2 levels with 4 rooms per floor in an optimal position in a quiet setting, and with a 10-minute walk you can easily reach the city center. The owner is a helpful, kind, and friendly person. The information received, not only for cultural places but also for culinary venues, was excellent with affordable breakfasts, lunches, and dinners (average prices and suitable for all budgets). The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom with small details (hairdryer, stool, soap dispenser, towel hooks). In the double room assigned to me, there was also a mini-fridge for free use, adjustable heating, as well as a desk, luggage rack, coat hanger, and TV. In short, if you want to visit the city of Palladio as if it were your own home, do not miss the opportunity to spend your overnight stay in this guesthouse, you will be satisfied. Have a nice stay.

The B&B is located 100 meters from the entrance of San Bortolo Hospital and is therefore the ideal accommodation for those who need to find a place to stay during a relative's hospitalization. It is also very close to the city center, reachable in 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are spacious, very clean, the bathrooms large and equipped with a shower. The structure has been recently renovated. Some rooms also have a kitchen, very useful for longer stays. The manager is very helpful and friendly. The prices are excellent. I highly recommend it.

I have been in Vicenza for several days to assist a person in the hospital, so the location was strategic. There was also a small kitchen in the room, so I felt right at home. The manager was very helpful and prompt. The included Wi-Fi internet connection works very well, as does the TV. There is no lack of space, I was in a room with a terrace that I appreciated.

This apartment, which is really close to the centre, is absolutely convenient, quiet and clean with a friendly and helpful innkeeper, Bruno. Excellent facility and excellent manager. Attentive and meticulous, he gave excellent advice on how to move around Vicenza. Let him suggest where to eat (Mamma Mia!), we had a great time, good food and great prices, in line with Mr. Bruno's honesty. Facility 40 steps from San Bortolo and 15 minutes from the beautiful center of Vicenza. What else to say, we had never been there but we felt completely at ease. Value for money? No competition! The room was very spacious, comfortable and recently renovated. Equipped with two large French doors, it was bright and absolutely silent, although it overlooked the street that runs alongside the hospital. The center of Vicenza is a 10-minute walk away, so it is easily reachable without public transport. I believe it can be a good solution for everyone.
