Nestled in a charming frame, neary the Lake Garda, in a quiet residential area, close to Villa Villa die Cedri Spa (800mt.) and Gardaland (1. 5 km). All rooms with private entrance, terrace and garden, oversized beds, are thematically decorated with en suite bathroom with NEW multifunction shower, air conditioning / heating, satellite TV, safe, hair dryer with diffusor, mini-bar with 1/2 lt. water pp in the room, a kettle for their own needs and courtey set. In our new breakfast-chalet awaits you a rich breakfast buffet. In addition, car park or parking.

Are also available, brand new, spacious and comfortable three room apartments on the first floor, with 2 bedrooms with oversized beds, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave oven; spacious balconies where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset over the hills. Please contact us for availability and prices of the rooms and apartments. For guests staying in the apartment is also possible to book breakfast.

In a lovely frame, a few steps from the Thermal Park Villa dei Cedri (500mt) and 1, 5 km from the beaches at the Gardalake and Gardaland, all rooms with terrace and garden, bathroom with shower, Oversize-beds, air-cond. /heating, tv-sat, safe, hairdryer, refrigerator with 1/2 lt. water p. p. and rich buffet breakfast in our new breakfast room. Very pleasant guest room very close to Lake Garda, spacious and with all possible comforts. We enjoyed the pool, the underground parking and of course the welcoming atmosphere and the surrounding calm. We recommend.

I stayed for a weekend at the wonderful Villa Abelia, the structure is charming and well maintained, the managers are very accommodating and friendly. I will come back!

Great facility with beautiful rooms and good pool and plentiful breakfast. We also became aware of the house through the WDR broadcast and were not disappointed. The hosts were very good and helpful. Thank you for everything! We would like to come back again.

Sono stata con mio marito e mio figlio di 6 anni in questo luogo molto tranquillo e vicinissimo a Lazise e a tutti i parchi giochi della zona. Situato sulle colline, tra gli uliveti dei gestori della struttura, Villa Abelia è un'oasi di relax. La struttura è nuova e tenuta con amore e voglia di innovazione. Le camere sono spaziose, curate, pulitissime, dotate di ogni comfort e i bagni recentemente ristrutturati hanno una doccia/idromassaggio che è stata molto gradita. Esternamente vi accoglierà un giardino molto curato con piscina. La sera, con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge il centro di Colà, dove si trovano pizzerie, ristoranti e bar. La colazione molto varia, dolce e salata, con della gradita frutta fresca. I gestori sono disponibilissimi per qualsiasi informazione, molto s accoglienti e simpatici.
