Gardaland is just a short distance away, and the thermal park Villa dei Cedri Colà di Lazise is only 2 km away. The lake is also nearby.

This rustic dwelling in a naive style is located in the historic center, in a very peaceful courtyard. Parking is available nearby.

The location is favorable for various outdoor activities, such as visiting Verona, a city of art, and the arena with its operas. I believe you can define it as a traditional sweet Italian breakfast. It consists of various types of individually packaged snacks of excellent quality, cereals, biscuits, sliced bread, butter, jam, hazelnut spread and cocoa, yogurt, fruit juices, and water. Coffee, milk, tea, fruit-infused drinks, and herbal teas are also included. Seasonal fruit is also served. Upon request, gluten-free products and a cold savory breakfast (cold cuts and cheeses) are available.

I am Susi and I have undertaken this support activity to the main activity I carry out in the Tropic Greenhouse of the Nature Park Viva.

So you understand that I like plants and animals and that is why you see with me this beautiful little dog named Maya.

I like to welcome guests with simplicity and warmth, I hope to be able to convey these values and to be of assistance in advising you on the places to visit or where to taste our typical Venetian cuisine.

I define my Naif style home because I am around to how it makes me feel good.

I look forward to it with pleasure.

B&b located in a courtyard in the center of the village. Clean room, bathroom as well. The lady who manages it is very nice, including the two little dogs. Varied breakfast with fresh croissants as well. I had a good time.

A very nice and well-kept environment in detail, it looks like the attic of some Parisian apartment. Mrs. Susanna is a very attentive person to details starting from the presence of a fridge in the attic, to the details in the bathroom service that in addition to the normal towel supplies etc... also includes body cleaning products even for children with bubble bath for girls and boys. One thing that struck me a lot is the presence of books to read, quality books for adults but also for children. In addition to antique objects that remind of childhood times for people of my age. A truly special and comfortable environment.

Once we set the navigator, we immediately found the structure. Susy, the lady who hosted us, and her two fantastic super cuddly dogs welcomed us, never a more welcome reception! We were immediately taken to our room where we left our bags. In the meantime, the lady explained various things to me (breakfast, keys, bathroom, schedules, etc.). We immediately felt at home, very comfortable beds, super clean bathroom, very welcoming environment. The very kind lady made us find a super abundant breakfast in the morning. Then we met by chance at lunchtime and said goodbye with a nice souvenir photo, with the promise that we would definitely come back, and that's for sure! Highly recommended for those who know how to adapt and appreciate, understanding that feeling good doesn't necessarily mean staying in a 5-star hotel, but feeling at home anywhere! Thanks again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for three nights last week and we can only give a positive opinion on everything. We stayed in the room on the first floor and it seemed made especially for us, furnished with a lot of style, especially the bathroom with the two saddles hanging above the door. The breakfast products mostly packaged but all of quality, close to a couple of restaurants - pizzerias also within walking distance. Susi is a fantastic person, with whom it was pleasant to stop for a chat and have a cup of tea. The two dogs, Maya and Arya, are sweet and clever. The choice fell on this B&B, both for its proximity to Gardaland and for its economical aspect, but we were still pleasantly surprised, we will definitely return. Greetings from Denise and Gianni.

I spent 4 nights at 'A Casa di Susi' towards the end of last month and I had a very good experience, even with the breakfast, which was vegan style. The only downside was that I had the room facing Via Umberto and unfortunately there was traffic even at night. Being a light sleeper, I had some trouble, but I solved it by purchasing earplugs at the local pharmacy for a few euros (even though I didn't end up using them elsewhere, it was a useless expense). Excellent hospitality and welcome, including that of the two friendly four-legged friends (named Maya and Arya, if I'm not mistaken). Recommended.

We stayed at A Casa di Susi attracted mainly by the beautiful reviews and the photos of the two wonderful dogs. It is a beautiful place, very characteristic, clean, and Susi is very kind. Maya and Arya, the dogs, are too sweet. It's a pity we only stayed for one night. We will definitely come back.

I booked at this property because it is very close to Gardaland and I was pleasantly satisfied both by the B&B and by the kindness and availability of Mrs. SUSI. Right from the start, she gave me the impression of being at a friend's house who didn't let me miss anything. The attic room is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is very well stocked from packaged brioches (wide choice) to jams, yogurt, tea, cappuccino and excellent coffee. She also recommended 2 places to eat and I had a great time. I recommend it to all those who want to visit Gardaland or the surrounding areas (Sirmione, Peschiera or Verona).

I stayed with my son and husband at this B&B for a short weekend and the opinion is positive, simple but well-kept, clean, the breakfast well provided, Susy, the owner is really a kind, nice and helpful person, Maya the sweet dog, cuddly and very polite, the location of this B&B is really good, a few km from Gardaland (in fact we chose it for this reason) the Natura viva park, and the other amusement parks, in a few minutes you arrive at Lake Garda.

Strategic location, 5 minutes from the lake, Gardaland, and from the inland countryside full of excellent agritourisms. The position of the B&B is perfect for families, given its proximity to the parks, but also for visits to the tourist attractions along the lakeside. Excellent welcome from Susi and her dog Maia.
