When, few years ago, we finally got permission to fulfill one of our dreams, meaning building a new house in the backdrop where our family has grewn its roots for generations, we didn't let the chance slip by.

Already knowing the beauty of the surrounding area, we immediately decided to plan our villa in light of sharing it with whom doesn't live in Verona. Here's how 3 Antiche Vie B&B was born, managed by the Agnoli family with care and passion.

Our name (and the names of our three rooms), meaning 3 Ancient Roads, comes from the ancient Roman roads which once upon a time crossed our city.

A few minutes away from Corso Milano, one of the main avenues to access Verona city center, we are in an ideal position for just about every type of visitors. Located on the Strada Statale 11 (Bresciana), you can easily use our Bed and Breakfast as a hub to reach not just the historical center of our city, with its monuments, but also the Veronafiere Fair area, Porta Nuova Train Station, Lake Garda, Valpolicella, Valerio Catullo Airport in Villafranca, Autostrada A22 and the high-speed freeways.

The structure is very beautiful and well-kept, run by Nicola, a capable, well-organized, and helpful young man. My girlfriend and I only stayed one night, but we would have really liked to stay longer! Excellent abundant breakfast with homemade products (fruit, jam, and cake). The fresh fruit in the room was also greatly appreciated. Optimal location, being in the countryside, in a quiet area, but just a stone's throw from the highway and about ten minutes from the center of Verona.

We stayed one night in this B&B and everything was perfect. From the friendly and kind welcome from Silvia to the structure, an oasis of peace, with rooms overlooking the family orchard. From the "mirror-like" cleanliness of the entire B&B to the delicious breakfast prepared by Nicola (the donut he offered us, among other things, literally made our taste buds dance!). Spacious room and bathroom, equipped with every comfort and tastefully furnished like the rest of the B&B. Another strong point of the structure is that it is not located directly on the road, which makes it extremely quiet. Definitely a reference point if we have the opportunity to pass through the area again. Keep it up, Nicola, the passion for the work you do for your structure makes your eyes shine!

We stayed for three nights at this property and were amazed by the kindness and availability of the owner Nicola, who proved to be very knowledgeable in advising us on places to visit, one of which was Borghetto sul Mincio. Moreover, he made us feel at home. The breakfast was well organized and we appreciated the ciambellone and the homemade jams. The B&B is set in nature with fruit trees and a well-kept garden. The room was well-furnished, but especially the cleanliness of the property and the room itself made us understand Nicola's care for his work. We recommend this B&B and will return again; a nice touch: upon departure, the owner prepared a little bag with ciambellone as a snack.

The place is enchanting, very well-kept with a beautiful garden, not far from the highway exit and close to the center. We are 2 couples of friends and we stayed at this brand new structure for the weekend dedicated to the B&B day. Nicola is a perfect host and manages everything down to the smallest details. The sweet breakfast, in addition to croissants, cookies, yogurt, etc., also includes homemade cakes made by him and every day he pampers you with a different recipe. The jams, moreover, are produced with the fruit from their crops. He is so attentive to details that he has installed a large Smart TV in the rooms. He is also very helpful for advice and general information. The structure, which has only 3 spacious and modern rooms, is therefore very peaceful. It also has an internal parking. A thank you also goes to Nicola's parents for their kindness towards all guests.

Very quiet place, far from traffic and city noise. It is ideal if you are looking for a place to relax with a beautiful view of the countryside. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Nicola, the son, a very helpful and kind person; his mother is also very polite, you can see that they care about the people they host in the structure, which is very beautiful and well-kept, truly with attention to the environment and cleanliness worthy of a 5-star hotel. I definitely recommend it and will return soon.

Numbers rule the world, at least that's what they say. To describe quality, kindness, and everything else requires much more. Excellent Bed & Breakfast, very kind hosts. We liked the structure also because it was in line with our needs and not just because of the underlying statistics. Thanks to Nicola, we will definitely come back.

After a week in Trentino we arrived in Verona to leave for Sardinia. In a hurry, we looked for a Bed and Breakfast near the airport with the fear of not finding anything. Luck was on our side in every way. Nicola answered us and after a few hours welcomed us to his charming Bed and Breakfast. Very kind and caring. We had a great time, from the welcome to the cleanliness. Too bad it was only for one night. We will definitely come back. Greetings from Sadali (Sardinia).

Brand new, very clean and well-maintained property. Owners are very kind and ready to solve any problem. Fresh fruit offered upon arrival and freshly picked figs for breakfast were much appreciated. We stayed here for the Ferragosto weekend and we had a great time. I am a quite demanding person, used to high standards, and in this bed and breakfast I found everything I needed, nothing to criticize. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom, all very clean, tidy and practical. The owner is young, helpful, very kind and polite. Convenient and peaceful location. Highly recommended B&B!

Excellent accommodation to visit Verona. Managers available for any need. Rooms furnished with great attention to customer needs. Large and comfortable shower, as well as the bed. I would go back with my eyes closed and recommend it to anyone.

Excellent B&B. Nicola was a great host. Rooms were the best. Is really setting the bar high. Notes: Easy transport (bus no. 33) to the city centre. (Last bus back is at 2330hrs (164 in front of the amphitheatre.) Download the bus app as advertised on the bus. (app is Ticket Bus Verona.). Look out for the cranes (bird kind) on the way to the bus stop. And don't forget to buy fresh fruit from the stall on the way out.

Brand new B&B, with every comfort and impeccable cleanliness. Extremely kind and super helpful managers. Breakfast with fresh fruit practically zero km (fruit and vegetables grown around the B&B) and homemade cakes. Room with spacious bathroom and garden view. Close to both Verona and Lake Garda. When we return to the area it will be our first choice.
