Location and taste

Our B&B is ideally located in Verona, art city, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a location with a spectacular view, close to Borgo Milano. The "3 Antiche Vie B&B" is located in a recently constructed countryside villa, built with meticulous attention to detail, a residence with unique, original style.

Surroundings
Our guests will be able to stroll and shop in the shopping streets, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours available in the city, near the lake or in Valpolicella, explore cultural events and exhibitions, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many attractions. Near our facility you can find several historical monuments and entertainment venues, like the spectacular Arena, where a plethora of concerts are still held today, or SPA facilities like Aquardens.

Our property is the perfect place for business travel, for a dream vacation in a discreet, romantic setting, for the weary traveller looking for a wellness break in a tranquil backdrop surrounded by the peace and quiet of nature, far from the bustle of the big city.

Accommodation features

We offer our customers en-suite bathroom in each room, free Wi-Fi, outdoor smoking areas, a fenced and video surveilled car park, a spot to recharge electric vehicles and a well-tended garden. Guests are free to return at any time of night.

Getting around

The location makes our facility handy and near to "Highway A22 Verona North", but also to the Valerio Catullo airport in Villafranca and to the Verona Porta Nuova Train Station.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 10% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 4 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

When, few years ago, we finally got permission to fulfill one of our dreams, meaning building a new house in the backdrop where our family has grewn its roots for generations, we didn't let the chance slip by.

Already knowing the beauty of the surrounding area, we immediately decided to plan our villa in light of sharing it with whom doesn't live in Verona. Here's how 3 Antiche Vie B&B was born, managed by the Agnoli family with care and passion.

Our name (and the names of our three rooms), meaning 3 Ancient Roads, comes from the ancient Roman roads which once upon a time crossed our city.

A few minutes away from Corso Milano, one of the main avenues to access Verona city center, we are in an ideal position for just about every type of visitors. Located on the Strada Statale 11 (Bresciana), you can easily use our Bed and Breakfast as a hub to reach not just the historical center of our city, with its monuments, but also the Veronafiere Fair area, Porta Nuova Train Station, Lake Garda, Valpolicella, Valerio Catullo Airport in Villafranca, Autostrada A22 and the high-speed freeways.

Excellent B&B. Nicola was a great host. Rooms were the best. Is really setting the bar high. Notes: Easy transport (bus no33) to the city centre. (Last bus back is at 2330hrs (164 in front of the amphitheatre.) Download the bus app as advertised on the bus. (app is Ticket Bus Verona.). Look out for the cranes (bird kind) on the way to the bus stop. And don't forget to buy fresh fruit from the stall on the way out.

Accueil très chaleureux, les propriétaires sont très gentils, prévenants, et donnent beaucoup de suggestions de choses à faire (incluant un très bon restaurant familial à 5 minutes en auto). L’établissement est très propre et confortable. Nous prévoyons retourner dans la région et si c'est le cas, nous retournerons dans cet établissement! De plus, de notre chambre, belle vue sur les montagnes.

Nicola ci ha accolti in modo molto ospitale, la camera è semplice ma con tutto l'essenziale, curata, pulita, il letto molto comodo. Anche il bagno nuovissimo e impeccabile. Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta di dolci e bevande.

La struttura è comoda per raggiungere il padiglione fieristico, l'accoglienza è ottima e il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. La pulizia è ottima, così come la colazione con dolci fatti in casa. C'è anche un parcheggio privato. Se torniamo in zona, sicuramente riprenoteremo qui. Consigliato.

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura per 2 notti. Il voto 10 è davvero riduttivo, ma è il più alto che c'è! Tutto era perfetto: l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dei proprietari, la pulizia, la bella location. L'ottima colazione, il bagno spazioso e i materassi al top contribuiscono a rendere l'esperienza indimenticabile. Consigliato a 1000. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato per due notti. Nicola e i suoi genitori sono persone squisite, cordiali e gentili. Camere nuovissime, colazione super abbondante con la scelta di torta, muffin e marmellate fatte in casa. La nostra camera si affacciava su una distesa di peschi. Torneremo sicuramente. In posizione tranquilla a pochi km da Verona, è un comodo e nuovo b&b. Pulitissimo, ordinato e dotato di tutto quanto serve per un breve soggiorno. Nicola è un simpatico padrone di casa che ti mette subito a tuo agio. Bagno con doccia davvero confort plus. Colazione variegata e completa, con dolci fatti in casa. Lo consiglio vivamente. Io e il mio compagno siamo stati qui ormai 5-6 volte. Beh, che dire? È una piccola isola felice. È comoda per andare al lago o in centro città, ma è fuori dalla confusione. Le camere sono pulitissime. Inoltre, Nicola è sempre molto gentile, educato e disponibile. Tutto merita 10 punti, ma in realtà meriterebbe di più.

Piacevole sorpresa: immerso nella campagna a pochi km dal centro di Verona, si trova una struttura nuova. Tranquillità e relax sono accompagnati dalla cortesia e gentilezza di Nicola e sua madre. La grande ospitalità è evidente, con la torta di mele e alla yogurt e le marmellate fatte in casa, che sono molto buone. Questo luogo è ottimo per chi cerca un posto fuori dal caos. Ritorneremo presto. Consigliato.

La struttura è molto recente, pulitissima e molto comoda perché vicino all'autostrada ma anche vicino al centro (ci si arriva in macchina o in bus in minuti). La famiglia che lo gestisce è gentilissima, accogliente e pronta a dare consigli ed informazioni di qualunque genere. Graditissima la frutta e le tisane a disposizione in camera e complimenti per la varietà, la qualità e l'abbondanza della colazione. Super! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Posto molto tranquillo e lontano dal traffico e dai rumori della città. È ideale se si cerca dove rilassarsi con una bella vista sulla campagna. Al mio arrivo mi ha accolto Nicola il figlio persona molto disponibile e gentile ed anche la sua mamma è molto cortese si vede che hanno attenzione per le persone che ospitano nella struttura che è molto bella e curata davvero con un attenzione all’ambiente pulizia davvero da hotel stellato. Sicuramente lo consiglio e ritornerò presto.

I numeri regolano il mondo, almeno così dicono. Per descrivere la qualità, la cortesia e quant'altro occorre ben altro. Ottimo b&b, gestori gentilissimi. Dopo una settimana in Trentino arriviamo a Verona per poter ripartire in Sardegna. In fretta e furia cerchiamo un B&b nei pressi dell'aeroporto con la paura di non trovare nulla. La fortuna ci assiste in tutto e per tutto. Ci risponde Nicola e dopo qualche ora ci accoglie nel suo incantevole B&B. Gentilissimi e premurosi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, dall'accoglienza alla pulizia. Peccato fosse solo per una notte. Torneremo sicuramente. Saluti da Sadali (Sardegna).

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per il weekend di Ferragosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Sono la persona abbastanza esigente, abituata a standard alti e in questo b&b ho trovato tutto quel che mi serviva, nulla da criticare. Camera e bagno ampi e comodi, tutto pulitissimo, ordinato e pratico. Il proprietario giovane, disponibile, gentilissimo ed educato. Location comoda e tranquilla. B&B consigliatissimo!

Ottima sistemazione per visitare Verona. Gestori presenti per qualsiasi necessità. Stanze arredate con molta attenzione alle esigenze del cliente. Doccia grande e comoda, così anche il letto. Ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi e lo raccomando a chiunque.

Struttura nuovissima tra Verona e il lago di Garda. Stanza comoda con tutti i comfort. La signora Silvia e il figlio Nicola sono dei padroni di casa eccezionali. Consigliatissimo.

B&b nuovo di pacca, con ogni confort e una pulizia impeccabile. I gestori gentilissimi e super disponibili. Colazione con frutta fresca praticamente a km 0 (frutta e verdura coltivata intorno al b&b) e torte fatte in casa. Camera con bagno spaziosi e affaccio sul giardino. Vicino sia a Verona sia al Lago di Garda. Quando torneremo in zona sarà la ns. Prima scelta.
