When, few years ago, we finally got permission to fulfill one of our dreams, meaning building a new house in the backdrop where our family has grewn its roots for generations, we didn't let the chance slip by.

Already knowing the beauty of the surrounding area, we immediately decided to plan our villa in light of sharing it with whom doesn't live in Verona. Here's how 3 Antiche Vie B&B was born, managed by the Agnoli family with care and passion.

Our name (and the names of our three rooms), meaning 3 Ancient Roads, comes from the ancient Roman roads which once upon a time crossed our city.

A few minutes away from Corso Milano, one of the main avenues to access Verona city center, we are in an ideal position for just about every type of visitors. Located on the Strada Statale 11 (Bresciana), you can easily use our Bed and Breakfast as a hub to reach not just the historical center of our city, with its monuments, but also the Veronafiere Fair area, Porta Nuova Train Station, Lake Garda, Valpolicella, Valerio Catullo Airport in Villafranca, Autostrada A22 and the high-speed freeways.

We stayed one night at this property and fell in love with it. It is brand new, spotless and set in greenery among beautiful fruit trees, while still only a few steps from the town center. The host's welcome was extraordinary: upon our arrival he had left fresh fruit in the room and, with an old-fashioned kindness, even escorted us personally to the nearby restaurant. Special mention for the breakfast: as we had to leave very early to continue our trip, the host woke up at dawn just for us, preparing a very abundant buffet with fresh fruit and a delicious homemade cake he had made. If I could, I would give much more than ten. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming family-run bed and breakfast. Nicola was an exceptional host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Every morning he prepared a delicious breakfast, and the espresso was some of the best we had during our trip. Nicola also shared excellent recommendations on how to explore the city, including local highlights that we might have otherwise missed. His restaurant suggestions were outstanding and helped us enjoy authentic local cuisine. His hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for his guests made our stay truly memorable. This B&B is in the suburbs of Verona in the heart of an orchard. Nicolas, our host, welcomes us warmly and shows us around the brand-new, very well-equipped house. The room is large, very well equipped and has direct access to the garden. It is a very quiet place. The breakfast is very plentiful. Nicolas is very attentive to us and gives us plenty of explanations. Thanks to our host for these pleasant moments. We highly recommend it.

We stayed two days during a motorcycle sightseeing trip. I must say that a B&B like this is rare to find. The hospitality, above all, is to be praised. The cleanliness was impeccable. Nicola welcomed us and immediately made us feel at home, and the same goes for his father and mother, who were very helpful. The property is about 6 km from the center and easily reachable by public transport. Excellent value for money. Superb breakfast with Nicola's ciambellone. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a weekend or, why not, a longer holiday to visit wonderful places such as Verona, Desenzano del Garda and the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Corona. We, being on motorcycles, reached the Strada della Forra, which is an absolute must for motorcycle enthusiasts. Do the tour around the lake to see breathtaking landscapes and views. After traveling the Strada della Forra, a mandatory stop is the Terrazza del Brivido, where you can eat at a height of 350 m above the lake. What can I say, we will definitely return with more people. Thanks for the hospitality, Nicola and family.

The host Nicola is a very welcoming, attentive, and helpful young man. He is assisted by his parents, who are very courteous. The property is very modern in style, practically new, and extremely clean: not a speck of dust. The room and bathroom are spacious, the mattress excellent, and the TV top quality. Breakfast is good and varied. The location is outside Verona, but you can reach the center easily in 10 minutes. There are several restaurants nearby that Nicola recommends.

The structure is very beautiful and well-kept, run by Nicola, a capable, well-organized, and helpful young man. My girlfriend and I only stayed one night, but we would have really liked to stay longer! Excellent abundant breakfast with homemade products (fruit, jam, and cake). The fresh fruit in the room was also greatly appreciated. Optimal location, being in the countryside, in a quiet area, but just a stone's throw from the highway and about ten minutes from the center of Verona.

We stayed one night in this B&B and everything was perfect. From the friendly and kind welcome from Silvia to the structure, an oasis of peace, with rooms overlooking the family orchard. From the "mirror-like" cleanliness of the entire B&B to the delicious breakfast prepared by Nicola (the donut he offered us, among other things, literally made our taste buds dance!). Spacious room and bathroom, equipped with every comfort and tastefully furnished like the rest of the B&B. Another strong point of the structure is that it is not located directly on the road, which makes it extremely quiet. Definitely a reference point if we have the opportunity to pass through the area again. Keep it up, Nicola, the passion for the work you do for your structure makes your eyes shine!

Moreover, he made us feel at home. The breakfast was well organized and we appreciated the ciambellone and the homemade jams. The B&B is set in nature with fruit trees and a well-kept garden. The room was well-furnished, but especially the cleanliness of the property and the room itself made us understand Nicola's care for his work. It is 15 minutes from the center of Verona and it is perfect for those who do not want to stay in the chaos of the city. If our paths take us back to Verona, we will definitely return here. My husband and I stayed for only one night with two couples of friends (they have 3 double rooms each with its own bathroom). The place is enchanting, very well-kept with a beautiful garden, not far from the highway exit and close to the center. New, ultra-modern and above all very clean rooms but what makes it special is the care and passion that Nicola, the owner, puts into managing the b&b, making the guest feel at home. Excellent breakfast with good products, very varied and with excellent homemade cakes made by him!

We are 2 couples of friends and we stayed at this brand new structure for the weekend dedicated to the B&B day. Nicola is a perfect host and manages everything down to the smallest details. The sweet breakfast, in addition to croissants, cookies, yogurt, etc., also includes homemade cakes made by him and every day he pampers you with a different recipe. The jams, moreover, are produced with the fruit from their crops. He is so attentive to details that he has installed a large Smart TV in the rooms. He is also very helpful for advice and general information. The structure, which has only 3 spacious and modern rooms, is therefore very peaceful. It also has an internal parking. A thank you also goes to Nicola's parents for their kindness towards all guests.

Me and my partner have been here 5-6 times now. Well, what can I say? It's a little happy island. It's convenient to go to the lake or downtown, but it's away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet place, far from traffic and city noise. It is ideal if you are looking for a place to relax with a beautiful view of the countryside. After a week in Trentino we arrived in Verona to leave for Sardinia. In a hurry, we looked for a Bed and Breakfast near the airport with the fear of not finding anything. Excellent B&B. Nicola was a great host. Rooms were the best. Is really setting the bar high. Notes: Easy transport (bus no. 33) to the city centre. (Last bus back is at 2330hrs (164 in front of the amphitheatre.) Download the bus app as advertised on the bus. (app is Ticket Bus Verona.). Look out for the cranes (bird kind) on the way to the bus stop. And don't forget to buy fresh fruit from the stall on the way out.

Brand new B&B, with every comfort and impeccable cleanliness. Extremely kind and super helpful managers. Breakfast with fresh fruit practically zero km (fruit and vegetables grown around the B&B) and homemade cakes. Room with spacious bathroom and garden view. Close to both Verona and Lake Garda. When we return to the area it will be our first choice.
