The apartment is on the 5th floor of a nice building, with elevator and a speciar chair for disabled.
There are: a cosy living room with a kitchen; 3 bedrooms: 1 triple, 1 double, 1 single; 2 big, brand new bathrooms with showers. All the rooms are big, confortable, very light.
It has been newly furnished in mixed styles: from ancient, to shabby chic and modern.
It's located in the most lively shopping area of the city, it's 200 mt. from the railway and bus stations, the University, Corso Cavour; a few steps from the Cathedral with the two wonderful Romanesque façades facing the Piazza della Repubblica where you can find the historical Palazzo Trinci.
5 minutes away there are also: Auditorium, Laboratorio di Scienze Sperimentali, with the annual Science celebration, via Gramsci, very popular at night for: pubs, restaurants, bistrot, wine bars, pizzerie.

Low-quality furnishings. The 2-door wardrobe is rickety, with a sliding door that doesn't slide and even broke one of my nails. The leather headboard is all cracked and ruined. Bathroom: There is no support to place personal items. Towels are all mismatched. Kitchen: There isn't even a small fridge to keep fresh fruit. The owner is rude and dishonest. Money spent very poorly. Strongly discouraged. This is the first time I leave such a review and I do it to warn future customers. I DO NOT REGRET IT AT ALL.

Excellent structure, comfortable and very clean rooms. Bathroom cleaned every day. Abundant breakfast with a wide selection. Excellent location of the Welcome B&B. Recommended for those who have to take the army competition. Very kind and helpful manager.

Molto comoda data la posizione vicino alla Stazione. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo ad aspettarci abbiamo ritardato ed è venuto a prenderci data l'ora e non conoscendo la città. La struttura è pulita ed arredata con gusto. La consiglio. Prezzi economici e cortesia.
