Villa surrounded by greenery just minutes from the historic center of Spello, one of the most beautiful and charming villages in Italy. Suitable for up to 7 guests and perfect for families, the holiday home is surrounded by a fully fenced garden of 4500 sqm, shared with the owners, but with completely independent entrances.
Villa Lavanía is on two levels: the ground floor houses a dining room, a spacious living room through which you can access the pool and a kitchen, equipped with oven and stove, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, one of which is outside on the patio. Also on the ground floor, the outdoor terrace is perfect for outdoor dining. The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, along with the three bathrooms (one of which is inside the suite).
The apartments are air conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
The house also has a covered parking for 2 cars.
