Located just a few kilometers from Assisi, Gubbio, and Spoleto, the property is perfectly positioned for exploring all of Umbria. B&B Villa Barbarossa offers its guests an outdoor swimming pool, a spacious garden, and an internal parking area with an automated gate.

The swimming pool, open during the summer, is equipped with loungers and a gazebo.

Breakfast could be improved. The owners were never present: in five days we saw them only when handing over the keys. For check-out I left the keys in the room; I was contacted only via WhatsApp on the third day. The pool and garden are nice, but unfortunately not well maintained. Cleaning was impeccable. I stayed five days. According to their policy they were supposed to change towels and sheets after the third day, but they remained the same. I am sure of what I say.

Beautiful property set in the greenery and an excellent welcome from Cinzia and Ferruccio. We stayed for the Petrignano motorcycle rally and the location proved excellent for us, just a few minutes away. Homely and super welcoming atmosphere, it will be our number one choice for future rallies.

The structure is immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian countryside, quiet and well-kept, with a very pleasant pool in the garden, perfect for cooling off during the hottest days. The spaces are functional and clean, and the location is excellent for visiting cities like Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, and other wonders of the area. However, the welcome was not up to expectations. We never met the owner, with whom we only communicated via WhatsApp. In her place was the sister-in-law, who did not seem very informed and had not told us where breakfast was held. The next morning we had to look for her inside the house to understand where to go. The breakfast was only sweet, with capsule coffee: a bit below the expected standard for the context. Also, at check-out, we did not find anyone: we left the keys in the room without any farewell or feedback. It's a shame because the structure has potential and is located in a really strategic position, but the organization and hospitality should definitely be improved to offer a more complete and welcoming experience.

Beautiful structure well located between Perugia and Assisi. Spacious and welcoming rooms and bathrooms, very clean. We were treated very well by the kind managers who also offered us their typical Umbrian breakfast for the Easter period. Highly recommended!

The structure is immersed in greenery, the rooms are quiet and the cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast is abundant with sweets, I would add something savory. The outdoor spaces are also very well kept. Well done Cinzia and Ferruccio, if we return to Umbria your B&b will be our accommodation.

Located near Assisi, Villa Barbarossa is a truly comfortable structure, immersed in the tranquility of Petrignano. Abundant breakfast, stunning pool, and truly kind and hospitable owners. Highly recommended.

Villa Barbarossa, located near Assisi, is an oasis of peace. The room with en suite bathroom is comfortable, well-furnished, and very clean. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Mrs. Cinzia was a very kind and friendly host.
