Located between Assisi and Bastia Umbra, in the green heart of Umbria, you will find La Casina, a completely renovated holiday apartment. This quiet accommodation is located just 3 km from the Basilica of San Francesco and offers a splendid view of it.
Easily accessible, it is only 1 km from the train station, 5 km from Sant'Egidio airport and 2 km from Umbriafiere. From here you can easily reach art centers, medieval villages, places of worship and natural wonders such as Orvieto, Spoleto, Todi, Gubbio, Foligno, Spello, Perugia, Lake Trasimeno and the Marmore Falls, which have made this part of Italy famous throughout the world.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of: a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen. The main amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, microwave oven, toaster, ironing board with iron, hairdryer and LED TV in every room. In addition, a washing machine and private parking are available.
Nearby you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets. Upon request, we can provide bottle warmers, high chairs and camping beds for the little ones. Linen is included in the price upon arrival.
The minimum stay is 2 nights and availability is up to 5 beds.

We stayed at the casina during the Christmas period. The apartment is in a strategic location to move towards Assisi, which is only 5 km away. We found a clean apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The host, Fabio, was very kind and helpful. A location that I would absolutely recommend.
