Description

We have apartments with 2 bedrooms and large double bed or singles beds (max 4 adults + cot for baby 60x120 with bars). Separate entrance, bathroom, living room in ancient palace in the center of Orvieto. Of unique properties, the apartments are centrally located and at the same time very quiet, completely renovated in 2013 and elegantly furnished. Equipped with heating and air conditioning, can be rented on a weekly basis (600 euro one week) or daily (120 € / day x 4 people) or 105 euro a day for 3 adults or 90 euro/night for two guests (occupying only one bedroom), (the other will stay closed), can take advantage to be alone in the apartment. We have also bedrooms with private bathroom overlooking the square and with a nice internal terrace.

Breakfast

After the COVID, we no longer provide breakfast in the apartment. Since guests do not appreciate the supply of packaged products (as required by regulations), we have decided not to offer this service and instead allow guests the freedom to organize their own breakfast. They can make use of the kitchen, where basic ingredients are available, or visit the numerous cafes in the historic center just a few meters from our B&B. Of course, in special cases, upon request, we can provide the service by restocking the apartment with packaged products for a continental breakfast (with an additional contribution of 3 euros per person).

Located in the heart of Orvieto's historic center, in Piazza del Popolo just a few meters away from the Duomo and other tourist/cultural attractions. It is only 10 minutes away from the train station and the highway exit.

There is a large paid parking near BB on the square and a garage 300 meters far from our BB.

There is also an option for a garage with an additional fee of 8 euros per day.

The area is extremely central, completely quiet, with no traffic and can be reached by roads without restricted traffic zones (ZTL).

The location is magnificent, in Piazza del Popolo, with wonderful views of the square and the palace. Communication with Beatrice has been great; not invasive, but available for any questions or needs. My room was actually an apartment, with a small kitchen and a huge bedroom, as well as a large and comfortable bathroom. Very quiet, but surrounded by good restaurants and the main attractions of Orvieto. The accommodation does not offer breakfast, but it is not a problem. Guest independence is absolute. Spotless! Highly recommend it.

The apartment we stayed in is equipped with everything, in a very central location and convenient for visiting and experiencing Orvieto, even in the evening. Easy to reach even though it's in the center. Courteous and helpful manager. Highly recommended.
