Description
Ancient Tower is the most characteristic place in the village of Viepri, situated in the municipality of Massa Martana (8 km), very close to Todi (13 km).
Its peculiar structure was built on the ancient gate to the village, above the small XVI-century church of San Giovanni Battista, along the big medieval walls dating back to 1390.
The village is behind the Martani Mountains, with many woodland areas, several walking paths, and trekking or mountain-bike tracks.
It is located just in the middle of the region and all the main tourist sites (Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Montefalco, Spoleto and Valnerina) can be easily reached.
The tower windows and terrace overlook the surrounding countryside and the small village, where time seems to have stopped.
Its very recent restoration has been carried out with great care and attention, using only ancient materials.
The rooms, furnished with Poor Art, are spread over five floors and each of the three double rooms is equipped with a private bathroom.
They can be split into two separate units, each with its own cooking corner and fireplace.
A crib can be added to the first floor room and a sofa bed can be placed in the upper flat with no additional charge.

Sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo struttura antica in pietra con interni curatissimi e tutto pulitissimo.
Ottima posizione ti permette in pochi chilometri di raggiungere diversi centri storici (Spoleto Todi Orvieto... .) però immersa nella natura in mezzo a colline poco abitate e tranquille.
E Roberto disponibile e gentilissimo. Grazie per ospitalità

Torre Antica is a beautiful ancient "tower" house, very carefully restored by Roberto, the owner.
He was so friendly, kind and always helpful.
The house is surrounded by hills and amazing countryside in quiet and pieceful village Viepri, which has historical and artistic heritage.
There are three bedrooms in the tower with their own bathrooms, kitchen with dining room and a terrace. Everything is very clean, tidy and exquisitely decorated.
I can't imagine where can you get more value for money then there, in Torre Antica.
I really recommend this place for everyone who wants to experience an authentic Italian countryside with lots of interesting places, cities and villages nearby.

Spettacolare struttura medioevale, inserita in Viepri.
Cura nei dettagli, camino efficientissimo, bagno e doccia incredibili, pietra a vista, atmosfera particolare come si si respirasse storia.
Location con la macchina molto tattica.
Vipri sembra fermato nel tempo.
Seconda volta che ci tornavo a distanza di 8 anni.
Il signor Roberto disponibilissimo per tutto come poi è successo.
Veramente consigliato.

B&B di fascino, per la sua collocazione nella torre di un antico edificio. Il gestore, disponibile e premuroso, nella ristrutturazione ha voluto mantenere le caratteristiche strutturali originali. Il paesino che ospita il B&B è in ottima posizione e da qui si possono raggiungere in tempi contenuti (un'ora circa o poco più) molte delle più note attrattive dell'Umbria. Da non disdegnare la vicinanza con molte cantine locali di prestigio.
