Breakfast is served at the restaurant inside the estate (which can also be reached on foot at about 30 m from the farmhouse) where you can taste homemade cakes and jams made by our mothers, cheeses produced directly on the farm, the EVO oil of Certified organic estate, fruit juices, cappuccino, barley, coffee and tea.
During the production periods (January - June) it is also possible to taste our delicious ricotta, produced only a few hours before being served.

Currently, the catering service is suspended. Upon your arrival, we can suggest some restaurants in the area where you can enjoy typical dishes of our region or other specialties based on your needs.

The San Felice Farm is from two families manage, Volpi and Metelli are the two clos relation families.
We develop each of our sector thanks to the division of labour, eachone of the two geneartion is responsible for different secotrs, thank to that we can work good and successfully!
We have an international look "to do tourism" and we are really happy to have international people in our farm who decide for this kind of tourism and who like the Natur.

Our farmhouse is located in the open countryside surrounded by our company's land, mainly consisting of cultivated fields, olive groves, vineyards, and woods. The area is hilly (approximately 350 meters above sea level) and can be reached by traveling along the provincial road n. 452 that crosses the company's land.
The structure is situated in a strategic location for visiting the green Umbria region because it is central to all the main art cities such as Montefalco, Bevagna, Foligno, Spoleto, Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, etc. All the major services are located nearby (2 km away), including supermarkets, typical food shops, bars, banks, pharmacies, tobacconists, etc.

Lovely, kind and very polite people. We spent 3 truly splendid days immersed in greenery and pampered in a very clean and well-kept pool. I recommend this fabulous place to everyone. We will definitely come back.

Well cleaned and arranged structure, in an excellent location, extremely quiet, but just a few kilometers from many destinations that Umbria offers, from beautiful views to historic centers. Availability and courtesy reign supreme both in the B&B and in the restaurant, where we had two dinners and two excellent breakfasts, with products of their own production (the sheep's ricotta is exquisite). Highly recommended.

Accoglienza molto cordiale e amichevole, appartamenti incantevoli per chi ama lo stile arte povera. Sembrava di stare a casa propria. Da ritornare senz'altro.

Struttura immersa nella natura, confortevole, cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari, ha tutto ciò che occorre per trascorrere giornate spensierate, abbiamo soggiornato il 18-20 agosto (coppia con figlia di 13 anni), piscina, località turistiche a poca distanza e passeggiate nei dintorni della tenuta, infine ciliegina sulla torta all'interno della struttura un ristorante-pizzeria eccellente. Ci torneremo.

Speriamo di riavervi presto da noi, magari anche per il periodo di spremitura delle olive (15 ottobre - 30 novembre) cosi da poter assaporare insieme l'olio della Tenuta appena spremuto nel frantoio aziendale, un'esperienza sempre interessante per i gentili ospiti. Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura per diversi motivi: spazi esterni con praticello, poltrone, divanetti e tavolini per relax; piscina curata con ombrelloni ampi e numerosi sdraio; appartamenti dotati di angolo cottura essenziale ma funzionale; stendini a disposizione degli ospiti; posizione centrale strategica per raggiungere i maggiori punti d'interesse umbri; camere silenziose; colazione all'italiana abbondante con torte, crostate e marmellate fatte in casa.

Questo agriturismo è in una posizione fantastica sia per l'incantevole panorama che per la vicinanza a tutte le cittadine più belle. La mia ragazza ed io abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni meravigliosi in una caratteristica stanza, spaziosa e con tutte le comodità. Abbiamo riposato godendo della pace del luogo e apprezzato molto la cortesia, simpatia e discrezione dei gestori e di chi ci lavora. La magnifica piscina illuminata ci ha dato la possibilità di rilassarci la sera dopo la giornata di escursioni. Da consigliare a tutti.
