The apartment consists of two levels: the ground floor with a living area including a dining room, a fully equipped and usable kitchenette, a double sofa bed and a bathroom; the first floor, accessible through a spiral staircase, with a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. Entry to the first floor is also made possible by a direct access from the outside, particularly useful when carrying luggage.
