Description
Our guest house is located in Via del Campanile 12, in the heart of Foligno and within walking distance of the major points of interest. A few meters away in fact there is Viale Mezzetti headquarters of the "Gonzaga" Barracks, Corso Cavour the commercial, tourist and entertainment heart, behind the residence there are also Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza San Domenico and Piazza San Francesco with the beautiful Sanctuary of Beata Angela. There are numerous bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and supermarkets all located near the residence.

The rooms all have private bathroom with shower, a common area with coffee pod machine, fridge, and microwave oven.

We also provide our guests with a reserved parking space with a supplement.

Prices starting from 20 Euros per person.

For stays longer than four nights, we make personalized estimates.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 16 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 15 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ottima posizione in centro e vicinissimo alla caserma (5 min a piedi). Ho provato diverse stanze tutte curate e pulite, alcune hanno un mini frigo in camera altre no; non è prevista la colazione. Comunque consigliatissimo!

Struttura accogliente, pulita e completa di tutto, riscaldamento, condizionatore, frigo, asciugamani, proprietario molto gentile e preciso. Struttura posta praticamente dietro il centro storico e a pochi metri dalla caserma militare. Soddisfatto al 100%.

Ottimo Residence, centralissimo. Panoramico e servito bene in zona da tutti i servizi: Bar, cinema, ristoranti, pizzerie, osterie tipiche, stazione ferroviaria, farmacie. Stanze confortevoli e pulitissime ed asettiche come in una clinica. WIFI gratuito e televisore in camera con tutti i canali. Titolari ospitali, molto cortesi e disponibili, non ci sono note negative, inutile cercare altri alloggi in giro, prezzo economico rispetto al servizio. Bravi, 10 e lode.

Sono stato due giorni in questa struttura e non potevo fare scelta migliore, I gestori molto cordiali e disponibili, bella camera con tutti I confort (wifi, clima, tv ecc). Posizione strategica, vicino alla stazione, al centro della città! Se dovessi tornare da queste parti saprei dove alloggiare nuovamente.

Struttura molto carina e tranquilla, praticamente in pieno centro, vicinissima alla stazione FS. Tutto a portata di mano. Titolari persone veramente gentilissime. Evitare però di dare come indirizzo Via Campanile 12 a chi arriva con la propria auto perché la strada è chiusa per lavori ed è un vero rompicapo per chi non conosce la zona. Meglio l'altro accesso, mi sembra Via Oberdan se ricordo, bene diventa veramente tutto più semplice.

Il Palazzo delude, ma la stanza era carina, pulitissima, con tv e Wi-Fi, terrazzino. La vista più bella, quella sul campanile (perché stavo a via del campanile e non a via Oberdan) é davanti allo spazio comune dove il caffè a disposizione rende meno duro il risveglio di chi, come me, doveva uscire all'alba. Simpatica la proprietaria. Consigliatissimo.

Ho trovato la struttura accogliente epe persone molto disponibili. Non mi era stato chiarito che si trattasse di un appartamento condiviso, ma dato che le camere sono comunque tutte separate e con i propri servizi, diciamo che la cosa è accettabile, ritengo tuttavia che lo si debba precisare nella offerta.

Buona sia la pulizia che la posizione, sarebbe ottimo se fosse inclusa la prima colazione nel prezzo anzichè solamente il caffè. Nel complesso è pienamente soddisfacente.
