Description

P&P is situated in a modern family cottage in a quiet area, surrounded by a beautiful garden and endowed with all the comforts. The rooms are carefully and fashionably furnished to ensure the maximum comfort to the guests and are particularly suitable to families or small groups.

The rooms have private services, heating and conditioned air, telephone and possibility of Internet connection.

The guests will be able to take advantage of a sitting room furnished with taste and of a private parking lot. Price is inclusive of bed and bath linens which are to be changed every three days.

Moreover Bastia Umbra is very well served by the main Central Italy way of communication and it is also an important fair-ground and commercial center.

The B&B is located in an excellent position to visit Assisi and the surrounding areas, and there are also several bars and restaurants in the village for lunch, dinner, and aperitif. There are two rooms on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The room is very spacious and there was also a third bed, along with a small balcony. The bathroom is quite large. The breakfast is varied, in addition to three types of cold cuts and bread, there were several homemade cakes, cookies, fresh fruit, yogurt, as well as coffee, tea, fruit juice, and cereals. The owners of the B&B were very friendly and helpful.

The property is in a great location to reach all the locations in Umbria: San Maria degli Angeli, Assisi, Spello, Orvieto, Gubbio, Todi and Perugia. The rooms are very spacious and outside there is a wonderful garden furnished with a gazebo and very well-kept plants. The breakfast is truly unique: homemade cakes and cookies by the hosts, quality cold cuts and even homemade bread. Very attentive and helpful for any need (they even had lactose-free milk available). The hosts Paolo and Piera are really kind, friendly and very caring. We felt pampered like at home.
