We are a small, family-run estate where time has stopped rushing. We restored this ancient farmhouse in 2025 with a clear vision: to create a sanctuary for those who, like us, feel the need to pause and rediscover the slow rhythm of the earth. At 500 meters above sea level, the air smells of wild woodland, and the silence is broken only by the wind caressing the rolling hills of the Valtiberina valley.

Our rural residence enjoys a strategic position just 8 km from Città di Castello, in the green heart of Umbria.

Independent Apartments: 8 finely renovated, self-contained units that preserve their original architectural features—exposed wooden beams and stone walls—to ensure total privacy. Each accommodation features a private entrance and a fully equipped kitchen, offering you complete autonomy.

Exclusive Panoramic Pool (15x7. 5 m) : A window to the infinite. Crystalline in the morning and golden at sunset, the pool is reserved exclusively for our guests to guarantee absolute relaxation and intimacy.

The Filter from Chaos: To reach us, you will travel a short stretch of "strada bianca" (unpaved road). This is our way of protecting your peace: once you arrive, the rest of the world stays outside.

Connected to the Sky (and the World) : We have chosen not to put TVs in the bedrooms, but we offer ultra-fast Starlink Wi-Fi throughout the property. We believe you can work or browse while overlooking the forest, in absolute silence.
