The B&B is in Ponte Valleceppi, district of Perugia swathed in greenery and full of sports facilities, is 100m from the Tevere river along a well equipped pedestrian path.
Less than 2 km (ca 1 miles) from the E45 highway, it is located in an ideal position to easily reach the center of Perugia and Assisi, as well as the most famous Umbrian towns like Spello, Todi, Orvieto, Gubbio, Spoleto.
The building has been completely renovated in 2010 according to the most modern standards of comfort and environmental compatibility, it is a happy and colorful home, suitable for both functionality and relax.
There is a well-stocked video collection and a library at complete disposal of the guests.
The B&B consists of a large studio with bath, kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and microwave, living area, TV and internet.
The other rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable.
TV, computers and Internet are available without limits for the guests.

The breakfasts we prepare have a common base that can be found throughout the year: milk, tea (black, green, and other varieties), coffee (Italian and American), croissants and pastries (freshly baked and warm), jams (store-bought and homemade), fruit juices, bread (plain and salted, regular and toasted, often freshly baked), cereals (at least 3 types), and biscuits.
Depending on the season or occasion, we also add additional dishes. For example, the Easter breakfast in Perugia is savory: tradition calls for Easter Cake (a savory cheese-based cake), ham, hard-boiled eggs, and we also add toast with local sauces (chicken liver pate, truffle pate, and more). During Eurochocolate, we never forget to include chocolate. In summer, we offer a basket of fruit. During the Christmas season, we offer both sweet and savory options.

Comunque avrebbe potuto chiedere il salato che di solito gli italiani non gradiscono e che prepariamo solo su richiesta.

We stayed only on Saturday 22 on the occasion of the Euro Chocolate. Great location, in the evening we went to the historic center in 10 minutes, the owners were helpful and kind, excellent breakfast. If we were to return to Perugia, we will go back to them!

Host very helpful and friendly towards the guest. The accommodation facility located close but in an independent position from the host's residence was comfortable and very clean. Nearby there is also a bus stop to Perugia and other neighboring locations. Furthermore, a short distance from the facility, it is possible to follow a cycle path along the Tiber River. If I find myself in those areas again, I will return.

We went to this establishment for about a week. The room was clean upon our arrival, but throughout the entire stay it was not even touched or cleaned. Not recommended.

Non sarà che questo cliente si è offeso perché per farmi pagare ho dovuto chiederglielo un paio di volte (sempre cortesemente, eh!?). Boh! Ci sta che qualche cliente si aspetti la luna o che non sia soddisfatto. COn questo voto ci fa abbassare la media? e vabbè, i clienti non sono stupidi e capiscono le recensioni interessate o piccate o dettate dalla rabbia e dal risentimento. Ci accontentiamo degli altri.

Clean structure, spacious room and excellent breakfast, varied and abundant, especially the one offered on Easter morning. Located in a quiet position, just outside the city of Perugia, strategically allows to reach many Umbrian locations. Back from Easter weekend today. Very nice structure and kind and helpful managers. Although this b&b is located on the outskirts, it was still easy to reach the center of the city of Perugia and the surrounding areas, even better because in the center it is not possible to drive on many streets. La struttura è situata a pochi chilometri dal centro di Perugia, in una frazione molto tranquilla.
Ideale se si dispone di mezzo proprio in quanto è facilissimo raggiungere le principali arterie stradali e visitare i maggiori punti d'interesse della zona.
A due passi dalla struttura vi è un parcheggio gratuito dove lasciare il mezzo.
I gestori sono molto gentili e si respira aria di famiglia.
La camera cottage (provvista anche di bagno e cucina indipendente) è molto carina e confortevole. Unica piccola pecca, il solo accesso alle stanze per mezzo del soggiorno di casa dei proprietari che per qualcuno potrebbe risultare scomodo.
La colazione offerta è buonissima ed abbondante. Nel complesso ottima esperienza.

Gestore disponibile a venirci a prendere in stazione, per il resto li abbiamo intravisti passando per il loro salotto, unico accesso per arrivare alla casetta. Non avere un ingresso autonomo è stato piuttosto spiacevole ed imbarazzante.
Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perché con le nostre allergie alimentari abbiamo preferito consumare nella casetta.
Posto non pulitissimo, odore di chiuso e polvere forse era da un pó di tempo che non veniva abitato.
Posto comodo per i mezzi per raggiungere Perugia che dista circa mezz'ora e comodo per market, farmacia ecc.
Niente di eccezionale, non capisco le recensioni così entusiaste

Ci dispiace per l'esperienza non molto positiva che hanno avuto queste nostre ospiti. Siamo stati disponibili, come con tutti i nostri ospiti, a far da navetta gratuita da e per la stazione. Avevano tante allergie alimentari (e forse non solo alimentari) e non hanno fatto colazione che è il momento in cui si socializza con gli ospiti. Un B&B vero come il nostro è una casa in cui qualcuno abita e ospita delle persone quindi meravigliarsi di attraversare la nostra sala, calpestare il nostro tappeto persiano di inizio novecento per giungere al nostro giardino e quindi alla "casetta" il cottage di legno che lì si affaccia ci sembra cosa tollerabile. Poi è strano che quasi ci si rimprovera di "averci appena intravisti" e al contempo quasi ci si senta infastiditi dal dover attraversare la casa dove viviamo. Arieggiamo sempre le camere e il cottage, a maggior ragione in tempi di COVID. Forse l'odore che le ospiti hanno percepito era dovuto al trattamento con l'ozono che facciamo sempre prima dell'arrivo di nuovi ospiti. Per la polvere non saprei, tutto può essere, ma nel mese di ottobre siamo stati in sold out per tutto il mese, senza un giorno di pausa, escluderei quindi il "orse era da un pó di tempo che non veniva abitato". Speriamo che per la prossima recensione che faranno queste nostre ospiti siano più indulgenti con chi fa di tutto per rendere gradevole il loro soggiorno.
Ci dispiace per l'esperienza non molto positiva che hanno avuto queste nostre ospiti. Siamo stati disponibili, come con tutti i nostri ospiti, a far da navetta gratuita da e per la stazione. Avevano tante allergie alimentari (e forse non solo alimentari) e non hanno fatto colazione che è il momento in cui si socializza con gli ospiti. Un B&B vero come il nostro è una casa in cui qualcuno abita e ospita delle persone quindi meravigliarsi di attraversare la nostra sala, calpestare il nostro tappeto persiano di inizio novecento per giungere al nostro giardino e quindi alla "casetta" il cottage di legno che lì si affaccia ci sembra cosa tollerabile. Poi è strano che quasi ci si rimprovera di "averci appena intravisti" e al contempo quasi ci si senta infastiditi dal dover attraversare la casa dove viviamo. Arieggiamo sempre le camere e il cottage, a maggior ragione in tempi di COVID. Forse l'odore che le ospiti hanno percepito era dovuto al trattamento con l'ozono che facciamo sempre prima dell'arrivo di nuovi ospiti. Innanzi tutto un sentito grazie ai proprietari Rita e Piero gentilissimi e molto disponibili nel darci consigli turistici e gastronomici.
B&B pulitissimo e molto tranquillo, fuori appena Perugia ma ben collegato per poter fare una vacanza rilassante e visitare tanti luoghi di interesse turistico.
Anche la colazione ottima e abbondante e da ricordare la squisita torta di mele della sig. Rita.

Dire che siamo soddisfatti è dire poco, il monolocale del Percorso Verde è carinissimo molto caratteristico, romantico e attrezzatissimo.
Completo veramente di tutto compresa la macchinetta per caffe con le cialde e il bollitore, il microonde e il forno normale, frigo e congelatore, lavastoviglie. Tutto davvero.
Il letto un oasi di comodità. La posizione riservata e silenziosa. La colazione preparata dai gestori ottima freschissima e abbondante, la Sig. RITA ci ha deliziato ogni giorno con un dolce diverso fatto da lei.
I gestori Rita e Piero sono stati squisiti sempre presenti ma non invadenti competenti e gentilissimi ci hanno consigliato percorsi veramente belli da vedere.
Ringraziamo davvero per tutto e per aver reso la nostra vacanza più bella.

Un vero B&B. Un letto e una colazione (abbondantissima e buonissima!).
Una camera dedicata a noi, di una casa su più piani ristrutturata ad arte (parola di architetto).
L'ambiente umano, oltre a quello fisico, contribuisce alla perfezione di un soggiorno trascorso in serenità e tranquillità: Piero e Rita sono due persone amabilissime e gentilissime. Pulizia impeccabile: casa pulitissima e profumata. Posizione ottima: fuori dal centro nevralgico urbano di Perugia ma tanto vicino da metterci solo una decina di minuti a raggiungerlo. Connesso molto bene con le altre arterie di comunicazione. Capitolo a parte per la colazione: ottima, genuina, (crostate, ciambelle, pancake, marmellate... tutto fatto in casa). Consigliato!

Cottage molto accogliente e perfetto per due persone, frigo rifornito cosi come colazione varia e macchina caffè.
Parcheggio pubblico a 100 mt dalla struttura, occorre la macchina per muoversi poi nei paesi vicino.

Ho trascorso al B&B Percorso Verde 10 giorni con la famiglia (con due bambini di 3 e 6 anni) e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. La "casetta" è una dependace, molto comoda e pulita.
Piero e Rita, i gestori, si sono dimostrate due persone eccezionali, che ci hanno accolto e dato tanti utili consigli. Ottima la colazione, a cui Rita ogni giorno aggiungeva una variante, spesso preparata da lei (come torte, pancake e la colazione tipica di Pasqua). Consigliatissimo.

I proprietari della casa sono veramente delle splendide persone. Sanno mettere a proprio agio i clienti e servono una colazione spettacolare. Abbiamo soggiornato sia nella casetta che nel piano alto e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Per delle famiglie è proprio l'ideale e anche la posizione non è male.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura insieme alla mia compagna dove abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci due splendide persone sempre disponibili in tutto e pronti ad aiutarci con i loro consigli sui vari itinerari per girare al meglio, sulla colazione che dire? Sembrava di essere in una pasticceria da quanti dolci erano presenti sulla tavola. Torneremo sicuramente, a presto Antonio e Lucia.
