Thanks to a skillful renovation carried out in 2008, we can accommodate up to 13 guests.

Our rooms have private facilities with a complete shower and do not require air conditioning as the 18th-century structure is naturally cool during the warmer months. They are also equipped with a television and free WiFi service.

The company, still family-run, is one of the historic butcher shops in Foligno, founded in 1962.

Its location, just steps away from Piazza della Repubblica, has immediately fostered a trusting relationship with the local clientele, standing out for the quality of both beef, exclusively sourced from local producers, and pork, which guarantees excellent homemade cured meats in addition to porchetta.

This ensures a high-quality short supply chain with zero kilometers.

During summer weekends and holidays, the butcher shop remains open in the evening hours, allowing you to enjoy our roasted meats and our cured meats accompanied by good wine.

Guests can taste our specialties directly in the butcher shop at discounted prices.

Domenico, the ancient Palazzo Trinci, the church of Beata Angela, as well as the Cathedral and the Town Hall.

Stay in the historic center of Foligno. Reservation made by phone after seeing the price on their website. The owner renegotiated the price when we had to pay, claiming that he had given us an apartment and that it was New Year's Eve. However, we were not informed that there would be an extra charge for this. Discovering it later is not correct in our opinion. The apartment was extremely neglected: bedside lamps detached from the wall, bathroom door frame detached from the door, broken bathroom window, filthy shower tray, the toilet was leaking water, the shower head had a hose that leaked a lot of water, producing very little, and there was a lot of dust accumulated in various places in the apartment. There were no trash bins in either the bathroom or the kitchen, and there were food leftovers in the fridge. Only the shower towel was provided, not a towel for the face or for the shower floor. The shower had hot water, and the central location in the center of Foligno is convenient, but otherwise, I would not recommend it. A good amount of maintenance is necessary, which is evidently lacking for a long time.

Considering the honest and affordable quality-price ratio (30 euros for a single room with bathroom in Foligno is definitely appealing), I feel like recommending the structure obviously to people who do not expect stars for the above-mentioned amount. The location is optimal as it is in the heart of the very lively and bustling historic center until late at night (ideal for nightlife lovers). At 250 meters, there is the possibility to use the so-called "central" parking lot, which, for the amount of 2.50 euros per day, allows you to park your car carefully and neatly. The manager is a very friendly and kind person, accommodating and talkative, owner of the butcher's shop with the same name as the guesthouse activity (less than a hundred meters as the crow flies) and at the center of all the most popular venues in the historic center, where you can enjoy, prepared on the spot, excellent dishes mainly based on cold cuts or excellent quality and valuable meats, for which the owner does not require exorbitant amounts (the writer has tasted a nice mixed grilled meat dish accompanied by a copious glass of full-bodied red wine at the modest price of 15 euros!).

We returned after four years, we will return again. Excellent structure, very central location. Mr. Carlo is always available and very kind, offers a very familiar welcome. The products of his butcher shop are very good, cold cuts, roasts, etc.

There is no breakfast, but a kitchen that we found shamefully dirty! And the nearest bar for breakfast is certainly not a stone's throw away. We were 2 couples and had to play for the only bedroom: the loser slept on an uncomfortable sofa bed in the kitchen. On the bright side, the bathroom was inside the bedroom! In short, it was a family apartment and we would have appreciated if they had warned us or at least made a price reduction. They were not correct.
