Description

Located on a panoramic site, upon the sunny hills of beautiful city of Perugia, just 5 kilometres from the town centre, our B&B is a strategic point to visit Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto and the Trasimeno Lake.

The independent apartment is situated on the ground floor and is composed of a large bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and fridge-freezer. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, towels (for bathroom and kitchen) and bed sheets are available at your arrival. A pellets stove is situated in the living room and the air conditioning is present in every room. Mosquito nets in all windows
Our house provides disable access (hygienic specific facilities not included).

The double room with a double bed has an independent entrance, a private bathroom and a small kitchen where it’s possible to make coffee and tea. A small fridge is located in the kitchen. Hairdryer, towels, bed and kitchen linen are available at your arrival.

If needed, you can ask for a crib for your baby (10 euro for the stay).

Le Terrazze opens out to the garden where there's a porch, a playground area for children with ping pong table and baby foot, and a barbecue area for eating outside and relaxing. Car-parking inside the estate, with charging station for electric cars. Free wifi is available in every room.

Spacious, comfortable, very clean apartment. Just outside Perugia, in the countryside, wonderful view, absolute tranquility. The managers are welcoming, friendly, and caring. You really feel at home.

I immediately felt at ease with the kind people. It feels like being at home, they are welcoming and helpful. Let's not talk about the place, it's wonderfully beautiful. Well-kept, clean, and with a breathtaking view, not only... you feel good. In short, I'm not very good with words. A piece of advice is to go there. They are truly fantastic people. Hello Donatella and Francesco. I forgot, the breakfast is exquisite. Homemade jams made by her, yogurt, and many other good things. My vote for me is 10.

Try to dream of a charming place, with extremely kind and friendly hosts, with spacious, spotless, well-equipped living spaces, abundant breakfasts with homemade products made with genuine, refined, delicious ingredients, and breathtaking views to enjoy before and after excursions to wonderful art places just a stone's throw away, and finally a place with ZERO impact on the environment (energy, heat, garden crops). Now wake up and go to Donatella and Francesco to experience what you just dreamed of, and you will realize that the rating scale from 1 to 10 is not enough: for these two hosts, an extension would be needed... and I'm not referring to hair! Enchantment! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED B&B.

A wonderful place! Away from the city noises, but not far from Perugia and its attractions. We appreciated the spaces of the apartment, the possibility of dining outdoors, the chats, the tips, and the treats offered by the owners; the children were captivated by the foosball table! Highly recommended, especially if you are looking for a comfortable accommodation to stay for a few days!

When you live a splendid experience from all points of view. With this premise, I start by saying that the structure is ideal as a base for your stay, fantastic panorama, internal parking within the structure, located a few minutes from the center of Perugia. The room is extremely clean, furnished in a complete and functional way, it doesn't lack anything for its guests. Very nice, among others, the environment reserved for breakfasts, bright, warm and welcoming. The breakfasts are plentiful and above all genuine. Jams, yogurt, sweets, bread... everything homemade. Francesco and Donatella, thank you for the beautiful experience and thank you for your sympathy and availability. B&B Le Terrazze is ideal as a base for visiting the entire Umbria. Our stay was very pleasant, we were warmly welcomed by a person, Donatella, who immediately made us feel at ease. She took us to the splendid assigned room and explained with extreme gentleness all the room facilities, she inquired, not taken for granted, about our trip to reach the structure. Shortly after, Francesco welcomed us, a person who impressed us from the first moment with his kindness and spontaneity. We really liked learning that in his spare time, he dedicates himself to many works to keep the structure perfectly in order, he enjoys walks with Donatella, taking advantage of his excellent knowledge of the area. We could only stay for 2 nights due to work commitments, but in complete relaxation. Excellent mattress, memory foam pillows, and in the wardrobe, there were 2 excellent spare pillows. We really liked the space created in a similar wardrobe where we found an excellent refrigerator, a wonderful electric coffee maker with a supply of coffee and other goodies that we won't go into detail about. Breakfast, for the type of structure, is fantastic with homemade sourdough bread, fig, cherry, and plum jams naturally homemade like the yogurt, excellent quality brioche, very good espresso coffee, all served in a splendid and panoramic environment. We reluctantly left this splendid structure kept impeccably, we were pleased to learn from Francesco that the structure is self-sufficient in terms of energy and above all plastic-free, we highly recommend this structure to visit some of the most beautiful villages in Umbria.

My partner and I stayed at this B&B located on the hill of Perugia. What can I say, the location offers a charming view. The house, where the owners also live, is independent and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The entire structure is very well maintained and cared for. In the morning, we were greeted on their veranda with an excellent breakfast with everything necessary and with zero-kilometer products such as the jams prepared by the lady, yogurt, and bread. Despite the hillside location, in just a few minutes by car you reach a free parking lot from where, with a short walk, you arrive in the center of Perugia! Furthermore, the owners pointed out the main destinations in Umbria to visit, also suggesting multiple places to visit together and indicating some places where we could have lunch or dinner! For our first time in Umbria, we can say that the region has won us over. Highly recommended. Who knows, maybe we'll come back one day.

A real discovery! Beautiful and welcoming structure, clean and well organized, provides all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Excellent value for money. A charming place between sky and earth on the hills of Perugia, surrounded by nature but only 15 minutes drive away. Harmony, good taste, friendliness, and attention to every detail. The house is cozy and equipped with every comfort, the breakfast is abundant, good, and homemade. The owner is very nice, helpful, passionate, attentive to not miss anything for the guests but discreet. It is worth spending more than a day. We will definitely be back.
