The Bed & Breakfast "le naiadi" is in full historical center, his name refers to the visible bearers water nymphs on the extreme tip of the Mayor Fountain. The accepting and comfortable rooms and his central position offer a happy union for who wants to live and to find out the various opportiunity than the historical Perugia can offer.

Visiting the Umbria in 1872 Henry James was noting in his notebooks a piece of advice turned to a hypothetical reader: "his first care will have no hurry, to walk everywhere very slowly and without goal and observe everything that his eyes will meet.."

Lovely visit. Paola is a gem. She has lots of great local information to share and is very energetic, flexible and accommodating. The location is amazing, along with a comfortable room and a terrific breakfast with an array of options. Parking is always a little tricky in these older cities, but it is very manageable. It is a bit of a climb with bags up to the B&B, but worth it once settled. It is definitely a place to stay for a stretch and use as a base to explore the old town of Perugia. The nearby restaurants and historic center are truly amazing. And of course, do not forget the chocolate.

The only reason I can't give an overall 10 is because, unfortunately, there is no elevator (it's nobody's fault, of course, but it can be a problem for some people). It must be said that Paola went out of her way to carry my large suitcase up to the top.

The place itself is quite average in terms of facilities and comfort—nothing particularly standout, but it does the job for a short stay. There is no lift, so you will be climbing at least two flights of stairs every time you re-enter. The room was pleasant and large enough for the three of us, but the bathroom had a macerator for the toilet so it was quite noisy. What really makes it worth considering is the location, which is excellent and very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The highlight, however, is definitely Paola. She was incredibly kind, generous, helpful and genuinely easy to talk to, which made the stay feel much more welcoming and personal. That level of hospitality really made a difference.

Paola's name should appear in the dictionary under the entry "hospitality". She hosted us in a warm, welcoming home with the sweet scent of a chocolate cake she was preparing for the next morning's generous breakfast. Our double room had all the necessary comforts, including a large wardrobe with a mirror, a recently renovated bathroom with a very comfortable walk-in shower and a small balcony with views over the roofs and the Perugia panorama. In short, hospitality, welcome, kindness and helpfulness are what you will find in this B&B.

The owner is always available and full of hospitality for any need. The location is excellent for visiting the city center. The single room is a bit small but the right size for one person, very clean and warm in winter and has everything you need. The owner prepares breakfast according to your tastes. I highly recommend it.

We greatly enjoyed our one-night stay. Paola gave us a warm welcome, and we found our room and bathroom to be very clean and comfortable. It felt very much like a home, and it was very easy to relax and enjoy the substantial breakfast over good conversation. The homemade cake was delicious! Everything was amazing. The host Paola is super nice and makes your stay super lovely. The location is amazing - a 5min walk to the main square - and super close to the minimetro too. The breakfast is super full of things - coffee, yoghurt, croissant, and something sweet made by the host. The beds are super comfy as are the rooms in general. Well worth the money! The place is cute, well decorated, and very well located. I simply regret not having the possibility to access the kitchen or simply to put some water in the fridge. The owner directed me to the bathroom tap to get water, which was lukewarm at best. It's inconvenient when it's 36 degrees outside... The terrace advertised on the website was not usable (no chairs, no sun protection, and a big air conditioner in the middle..).

As we often book last minute, we had agreed on an arrangement with the owner because she could not be present upon our arrival. Discovering this place by ourselves, once we crossed the threshold, was like stepping into a fairy tale. But I won't tell you more to avoid revealing the ideas that Paola puts in place for the welcome. A little welcome note was waiting for us. We had a nice room with a small balcony which made us regret the rain present throughout our stay. Our visit was mainly cultural and the very central location helped us a lot. I really appreciated that a kettle was available in the room where we have breakfast since I don't drink coffee. The building is old and doesn't seem practical for people with reduced mobility. Paola is an excellent hostess. Her pastries are delicious. She even thought of reserving a personalized sweet surprise for our departure. I recommend this place for a romantic stay.

What I can tell you is that if you have found availability at other accommodations, forget about them and see if 'Le Naiadi' has a place for you. Trust me, it will be worth it. Paola (the owner) is an exquisite and invaluable person. The breakfast moment alone would be worth twice the rate! The location could not be better - on a lovely narrow, old street just a block from Perugia's main piazza. Paola is a delight, and was totally flexible to our requests, for example leaving our bags in our room until our afternoon departure. The windows have excellent soundproofing, so it was very quiet at night. Very good value for money, considering the location. Some people would describe the accommodations as informal, others as cozy.

Discovered by chance in an online search, we will definitely return on another trip to Perugia. The somewhat Parisian style is curated in every single detail and is fantastic, cozy and very clean room. All bathroom products are available, including makeup removers and hair diffuser, great for ladies. Paola is super kind and helpful, a person who makes you feel at home. The location is perfect for reaching all the places in the center.

Lovely place in a strategic position just 2 steps from Corso Vannucci, adjacent to Piazza Italia where you can arrive by taxi, bus, and even on foot with a mobile staircase. Delightful B&B with inscriptions that invite you to meditation and to find yourself. Perfumes and personal care products from a well-known scented brand. Le Naiadi is a treat for the customers who stay there. The location is right in the center, important for tourists visiting the city. The manager is very nice and helpful; Paola pampered us from the moment we started our stay, also prepares excellent and rich homemade breakfasts! She is very friendly and open to dialogue. The rooms are very nice and welcoming, all personalized and hand decorated, in fact you can feel the energy with which they were set up. As far as I'm concerned, here I found everything I needed, from the professional hairdryer (not the usual mini hotel hairdryer) to all the personal hygiene products, this shows how attentive the owner is to the needs of her customers. The room is cleaned every day and towel changes are made, very useful. The atmosphere is familiar, in other words, staying here is like being at home! Thank you!

Le Naiadi is located in the heart of Perugia. The room was simple, but functional, but what really stands out is not so much the location but the availability of Paola, a very affable and welcoming person, who tried, managing to completely satisfy our needs. Her kindness and professionalism will remain in my heart.

I stayed at the B&B Le Naiadi with two friends for New Year's Eve and overall we had a good experience. The location is very convenient, just a few steps from the center and the bus station. The breakfast offered by Paola was quite varied, from sweet to savory, and every morning there was a different cake prepared by her. The overall structure is not bad, although being inside an old building, it does not have an elevator and the doors are quite narrow, so the passage is not very comfortable. The value for money was satisfactory, we paid the right price for a New Year's Eve in the city center.

I had a great time, Paola is special and we had a lot of laughs, her friendliness is contagious, I'm not used to writing reviews, neither positive nor negative, but I owe her my gratitude for the welcome and her humanity! She is a nice person... bye Paola. Her establishment was very comfortable for me, it's easy to get around on foot or by bus.

A very pleasant stay in a charming place, attention to detail.\n\nI appreciated everything. The welcome and friendliness of Paola were truly fantastic. We also really liked her friends. Not to mention her wonderful cakes prepared every morning. The property is located in the city center, in three days we didn't have to use the car..a wonderful thing. In short, if we were to return to Perugia, we would definitely know where to go..it's like being at home!

Very satisfied, the B&B is located in the historic center of Perugia, easily reachable by car for luggage unloading. The parking lots are close by and the escalators are very convenient. Paola is very friendly, very cordial, as is her friend Valeria. Excellent breakfast with cakes made by Paola. The B&B is very clean and with a touch of unique personality that I appreciated with great pleasure. Even more positive is the excellent welcome of our dogs Sibilla and Tiffany. I highly recommend it and if I return to Perugia, I will come back here.

I consider myself fully satisfied with my short stay, both for the location (very central building) and for the kindness of the staff and the warmth and care with which the B&B has been furnished. Spacious room, impeccable cleanliness, abundant and quality breakfast. If I were to return to Perugia, I would have no doubts about where to stay.
