The Bed & Breakfast "le naiadi" is in full historical center, his name refers to the visible bearers water nymphs on the extreme tip of the Mayor Fountain. Excellent structure, legendary welcome and courtesy of the owner. Triple room perfect for a family with a child under 180 cm tall, given the size of the single bed, but easily solved. Highly recommended.

As we often book last minute, we had agreed on an arrangement with the owner because she could not be present upon our arrival. Discovering this place by ourselves, once we crossed the threshold, was like stepping into a fairy tale. But I won't tell you more to avoid revealing the ideas that Paola puts in place for the welcome. A little welcome note was waiting for us. We had a nice room with a small balcony which made us regret the rain present throughout our stay. Our visit was mainly cultural and the very central location helped us a lot. I really appreciated that a kettle was available in the room where we have breakfast since I don't drink coffee. The building is old and doesn't seem practical for people with reduced mobility. Paola is an excellent hostess. Her pastries are delicious. She even thought of reserving a personalized sweet surprise for our departure. I recommend this place for a romantic stay.

We stayed 3 days with our daughter and everything was perfect. Paola is a super woman, sociable, attentive to our needs, present, cheerful, in short, we will definitely come back. It is very close to Corso, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, and Piazza Italia, which is also the terminus of the buses that go through Perugia. Highly recommended all around!

Paola manages this property very well located in the historic center of the wonderful Perugia and pampers her customers with homemade sweets made by herself. Paola is very kind and friendly. The structure is very old, both in terms of the building and the furniture, not to mention the bathroom with dilapidated fixtures. The breakfast is very mediocre. I will definitely not return.

Excellent location in the center, convenient for visiting Perugia and its main attractions. Paola is very welcoming and kind and the rooms, rich in every comfort, are a further confirmation. Confirming what has already been positively written by other visitors is reductive. What I can tell you is that if you have found availability at other accommodations, forget about them and see if 'Le Naiadi' has a place for you. Trust me, it will be worth it. Paola (the owner) is an exquisite and invaluable person. The breakfast moment alone would be worth twice the rate! The location could not be better - on a lovely narrow, old street just a block from Perugia's main piazza. Paola is a delight, and was totally flexible to our requests, for example leaving our bags in our room until our afternoon departure. The windows have excellent soundproofing, so it was very quiet at night. Very good value for money, considering the location. Some people would describe the accommodations as informal, others as cozy.

Discovered by chance in an online search, we will definitely return on another trip to Perugia. The somewhat Parisian style is curated in every single detail and is fantastic, cozy and very clean room. All bathroom products are available, including makeup removers and hair diffuser, great for ladies. Paola is super kind and helpful, a person who makes you feel at home. The location is perfect for reaching all the places in the center.

Lovely place in a strategic position just 2 steps from Corso Vannucci, adjacent to Piazza Italia where you can arrive by taxi, bus, and even on foot with a mobile staircase. Delightful B&B with inscriptions that invite you to meditation and to find yourself. Perfumes and personal care products from a well-known scented brand. Paola is super nice: she even brought me the kettle for my evening herbal tea. In short, everything to feel at home! Highly recommended. I will come back.

Le Naiadi is a treat for the customers who stay there. The location is right in the center, important for tourists visiting the city. The manager is very nice and helpful; Paola pampered us from the moment we started our stay, also prepares excellent and rich homemade breakfasts! She is very friendly and open to dialogue. The rooms are very nice and welcoming, all personalized and hand decorated, in fact you can feel the energy with which they were set up. As far as I'm concerned, here I found everything I needed, from the professional hairdryer (not the usual mini hotel hairdryer) to all the personal hygiene products, this shows how attentive the owner is to the needs of her customers. The room is cleaned every day and towel changes are made, very useful. The atmosphere is familiar, in other words, staying here is like being at home! Thank you!

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B con due amiche per capodanno e nel complesso ci siamo trovate bene.
La posizione è molto comoda, a pochi passi dal centro e dalla stazione degli autobus.
La colazione offerta da Paola era abbastanza variegata, dal dolce al salato, e ogni mattina c'era una torta diversa preparata da lei.
La struttura nel complesso non è male, anche se, essendo all'interno di un vecchio palazzo, non è dotata di ascensore e le porte sono abbastanza strette, perciò il passaggio non è molto comodo.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato soddisfacente, abbiamo pagato il giusto prezzo per un capodanno in pieno centro.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole in un luogo incantevole curato nei particolari.
Ho apprezzato tutto. L'accoglienza e la simpatia di Paola davvero fantastiche. Anche le sue amiche ci sono piaciute molto. Per non parlare delle sue meravigliose torte preparate ogni mattina. La struttura si trova in pieno centro, in tre giorni non abbiamo dovuto usare l'auto..una cosa stupenda. Insomma, se dovessimo tornare a Perugia sapremmo sicuramente dove andare..è come essere a casa!

Molto soddisfatta, il B&B è in pieno centro storico di Perugia, facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto per lo scarico bagagli. I parcheggi sono vicini e le scale mobili comodissime. Paola è simpaticissima, molto cordiale, così la sua amica Valeria. Ottima la colazione con le torte fatte da Paola. Il B&B è molto pulito e con un tocco di particolare personalità che ho apprezzato con molto piacere. Nota ancora più positiva l'ottima accoglienza delle nostre cagnoline Sibilla e Tiffany. Lo consiglio vivamente e se tornerò a Perugia tornerò qui.

Ottimo B&B, Paola gentilissima e disponibile, poi nn parliamo della colazione, Paola sforna ogni giorno una torta buonissima e sempre diversa. Grazie 1000.

Accogliente e centralissimo, atmosfera calda e rilassante.
Palazzo antico e affascinante, davvero bello.
Stanza comoda, bagno completo e pulito.
Colazione veramente ottima.
Paola è una persona in gamba, sinceramente ospitale.

Mi ritengo pienamente soddisfatta del mio breve soggiorno sia per la posizione (palazzo centralissimo), sia per quanto riguarda la gentilezza del personale e il calore e l'accortezza con cui è stato arredato il B&B
Stanza spaziosa, pulizia impeccabile, colazione abbondante e di qualità!
Se dovessi ricapitare a Perugia non avrei alcun dubbio sul posto dove soggiornare!
