The HOSTS (an Italian teacher for foreigners and a doctor) will be present to assist in case of need, but always with full respect for the privacy and schedules of the guests. They speak fluent English and German and a bit of French; they are nature and tourism enthusiasts and can help and advise you in organizing your tourist itineraries. Upon booking, you will receive a file with tourist information about Perugia and Umbria.

A LARGE ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM AND TERRACE, very comfortable double bed, private bathroom with shower. Equipped with a fan, thermostatic valves, and mosquito nets.

A ROOM WITH A LOFT, AIR CONDITIONING, 140 cm double bed, and two single beds on the loft, private bathroom outside (near the door of the room).

LE ROSE (4 BEDS) :
Large and bright kitchen overlooking the exclusive garden in a secluded position within the park; outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and barbecue; double bedroom, elegant living room with fireplace, sofa bed for 2 people, and wardrobe; large bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin.

IL MELOGRANO (6 BEDS) :
Elegant apartment with two bedrooms (one double and one twin), spacious and bright living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen; exclusive veranda with sink, stove, and barbecue for outdoor cooking.

IL RUSTICO (5 BEDS) :
In the villa next to the pool, ground floor apartment, partially basement but with large windows: elegant and cozy, very cool in summer. Living room with 2 sofa beds, dining area, bathroom; kitchen, veranda, barbecue. Room for 3 people with bathroom and independent entrance.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
We are on the outskirts of the city, in an exclusive and quiet residential area, connected by bus and close to all services and shops. At 1. 2 km, exiting the gate on the right, you will find numerous services including a supermarket open on Sunday mornings, a restaurant-pizzeria, a pharmacy, a bar/tobacco/newspaper/fax service, etc. At 600 meters, exiting the gate on the left, there is a small grocery store and an excellent butcher on the left. Naturasì is located at 1. 6 km on Via della Pallotta, for organic and gluten-free products.
