It is a very beautiful and well-kept accommodation. Everything works and is super well-maintained. The hosts are wonderful, always available, and very helpful. Every morning we were treated to a great Italian breakfast. We will gladly come back!

We spent a weekend at this property and we felt very good. The location is strategic for visiting the southern area of Umbria. The room and the bathroom are spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. The owners were very kind, welcoming, and available for tourist information. A savory and sweet breakfast with homemade cakes. I recommend this property for visiting Umbria and I thank Simone and her husband for their hospitality!

Great property and very nice and friendly owners. They are attentive to making the stay pleasant with a very rich breakfast, with baked goods and exquisite homemade sweets. Close to very beautiful historical and natural places. We hope to return and recommend it without any doubt.

We felt at home! The structure is very well cared for in every detail, welcoming and above all very clean. The bathroom is brand new, large and with a super shower. The breakfast was excellent. The two owners were very kind and available to provide any type of information. The only downside: having stayed only one night.

Delicious place, everything is chosen with care and attention. Great care in the furnishings, in the cleanliness, and also in the breakfast, the products are fresh and the desserts are homemade. Simona and her husband were very welcoming, helpful, and kind. We really had a good time. To be repeated.

Pleasant stay in a very nice, clean, tastefully decorated property, located conveniently to reach the most beautiful areas between Terni and Perugia. Possibility to also use the internal parking space in the courtyard. The Lavanda room is really beautiful and welcoming. The breakfast was much appreciated, abundant and personally prepared by the owners and served in a very cute little courtyard. The owners, Simona and Fabrizio, will make you feel truly welcomed, very kind, friendly, with whom we had pleasant conversations. We will definitely come back.

Highly recommended! The structure is an old grandmother's house renovated and decorated with great care and taste in every detail. Abundant breakfast with local products and fruit from their production served in a beautiful, very fresh and delightful courtyard. A special mention for the welcome and hospitality of the managers Simona and Fabrizio always ready to advise us and with whom we had pleasant chats. A top-notch stay.
