Description

Just steps away from the city walls, yet already immersed in the tranquility of the countryside.

The "Lavanda e Rosmarino" bed and breakfast is a newly built villa nestled among our grandparents' ancient olive trees, Checco and Lella, right where lavender and rosemary bushes used to grow spontaneously.

Everything in the house is designed to maintain a connection with tradition and offer you the experience of living amidst the scents and colors of our land.

The rooms, all double with private bathroom and air conditioning, are inspired by the colors of the surrounding nature: the silvery green of the olive trees, the shades of roses, the yellow of the ginestra del Subasio, the purple of lavender.

Our guests can enjoy rich breakfasts with homemade pastries and jams, served in the dining room or on the spacious porch with its splendid view of the Umbrian valley.

The particular location of the structure allows you to choose between relaxing walks in the countryside or in the historic center, or easily reach by car and public transport all the main places of interest in our region.

For cycling enthusiasts, it is also possible to organize sightseeing tours with an expert guide at your disposal.

We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary materials and information for your stay in Umbria.

We offer our guests a delicious breakfast based on fantastic homemade cakes made by our mother Carla.

You will also find homemade biscuits, including typical Umbrian "tozzetti", croissants, homemade Nutella and jams, butter, honey, yogurt, various types of cereals, and much more.

We will prepare espresso coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea or infusions, fruit juices of different flavors, hot or cold milk, and chocolate milk for children.

Upon request, we also have savory options available, as well as products for specific allergies or intolerances.

If you are looking for a place to spend a few days in peace and tranquility, this is the right place. It is surrounded by olive trees, rosemary and sage. Accommodation at the limits of decency. Breakfast was poor and based on industrial and discount products. It was forbidden to use more than one coffee per day; otherwise guests had to leave 50 cents per capsule on the table. Terrible. Payment is requested immediately via POS, but a receipt for the stay was never issued.

I particularly liked this structure because it is surrounded and almost immersed in the olive trees, with a very beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. Immersed in the olive groves 2/3 km from the center of Assisi, a newly built villa very clean and with a large kitchen/breakfast room available to the three rooms. The property is well positioned. Boasts a fantastic view. The rooms are nice and very clean. I would have liked, for my taste, a more varied breakfast and maybe with some savory products, the manager told us that we should have notified her before, maybe next time!

The structure is very welcoming, as well as those who manage it. The location is also favorable, as it allows you to be, at the same time, in the center of Assisi in a short time and to be in contact with nature. The structure is surrounded by olive groves. We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful Bed and Breakfast surrounded by olive trees, about ten minutes walk from the center of Assisi. The owner Michela is very kind, she recommended us good places to eat and the morning breakfast is super rich: a praise goes to the homemade jams and sweets made by Michela's mom. The only thing that could improve, in our opinion, is the cleanliness. Overall, however, we had a great time and if we were to return to Assisi we would come back.

New, clean and welcoming structure, immersed in the greenery of the olive trees. Mrs. Michela is very kind and provides a lot of information on the itineraries. There is always the possibility to have a snack, have a coffee, tea or cook; in the fridge there is always milk, yogurt, homemade jams, fruit juices; in the morning, the lady brings homemade cakes or from the bakery, also fresh bread on request. It's nice at any time of the day. You can reach the foot of the Assisi fortress with a short walk and from there, with escalators, you are up there in a few minutes. Between the structure and Assisi there is the road that leads to San Damiano. Everything is within walking distance.

We stayed from May 31 to June 2. We had a great time! Reception, kindness and availability of the managers excellent. Quiet location surrounded by olive trees, very convenient access to the center of Assisi (you can reach S. Chiara in a few minutes!). At night it is very quiet and in the morning the singing of birds or the sound of the bells of S. Damiano wake us up gently! Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes and sweets.

During our three days in Assisi, my wife, our little Gabriele and I had a wonderful time. The rooms were comfortable, new and very clean. Congratulations to Michela for her splendid B&B. Located in a very quiet panoramic area and at the same time very close to the historic center. I stayed in this brand new bed and breakfast at Easter. The place and the location surrounded by olive trees are stunning. It is very close to San Damiano and you can reach Assisi on foot. The rooms (and the bathrooms) are really nice, spacious, and very clean! The location is excellent, you can reach the center of Assisi even on foot.
