A B&B furnished in rustic style, with furniture of his grandmother, with wonderful panoramic views over ancient town of Amelia and her Old lake. Close to centers of cultural-gastronomic: the archaeological museum, theater, churches, Roman cisterns, remains of the Roman road and romantic, small restaurants for wine tasting, olive oil and cheeses. Well cared for breakfast with homemade jams and cakes, the flowers, herbal tea with aromas of vanilla and cinnamon, with flavors of blueberry and red fruits. And 'possible to taste ham, pork and sausage products in their family business. The Villa produces beautifully crafted lace, towels, tablecloths, blankets. And 'possible to buy these products.

The Villa enjoys an excellent hilly position overlooking the ancient city and the surrounding countryside. It is very close to the historic center, churches, and medieval monuments (just a 5-minute walk away).

It is centrally located for visiting the beautiful cities of Umbria such as Terni and its Marmore Falls, famous worldwide for being the longest waterfall in Europe (only 30 minutes away), Narni and its cinematographic importance for the film Narnia, and its underground city (only 15 minutes away). Orvieto with its wonderful Cathedral, Assisi with the Basilica of St. Francis, Todi, Spoleto, Norcia, Cascia, Bevagna, places of cultural and gastronomic interest where oil, wine, fine truffles, cheese, and wood-fired bread are produced (just an hour away from the B&B).

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed like family thanks to the extraordinary kindness of Fiorella, her sister, and their sweet mother, still active in the kitchen and garden with truly touching dedication. The impeccable cleanliness and refined atmosphere impressed us right away. Breakfast was one of the most special moments: abundant, varied, sweet and savory, served with care in an elegant setting, furnished with antique furniture, embroidered tablecloths and old dishes. Unforgettable was the sandwich with culatello directly from the brother's family business: a detail that tells the authenticity and passion that animate this place. A B&B where every detail speaks of care, love for hospitality, and a taste for beauty. Should we return to the area, we would certainly choose B&B La Villa with great pleasure!

We had a lovely stay at La Villa. The hostess Fiorella is very welcoming, the room is great and with air conditioning. We were able to use the washing machine and received a fantastic breakfast in the garden. There is also a nice rooftop terrace. Highly recommended!

A perfect stay at La Villa in Amelia. I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Villa in Amelia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The accommodation was simply superb — charming, beautifully maintained, and ideally located with a breathtaking view of the old town, just a 15-minute walk away. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the warm welcome and heartfelt hospitality. The two sisters who run the place are among the kindest and most delightful hosts I’ve ever encountered. Their breakfasts were a daily feast — generous, fresh, and served with love. La Villa is a gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Amelia. Absolutely top class! Hands down the BEST bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. From the minute we made reservation the service could not have been better from the host. Fiorella and her family welcomed us into their home like old friends. Everything inside the structure was amazing, clean, comfortable and so stylish and I have really not got enough adjectives for how good the breakfast was....Thank you so much for a wonderful stat and you will most definitely see us back again. A wonderful B&B. Fiorella warmly welcomed us late in the evening and provided us with a plentiful breakfast the next morning. What we couldn't eat among the cakes and sandwiches was packed for the trip. The room was spacious, spotless, and the beds are equipped with very comfortable mattresses. Highly recommended, even with a little detour. The old town of Amelia is also worth a visit! All the best, dear Fiorella!

Even those who are just passing through on holiday like us, and therefore causing the guesthouse operators quite a bit of effort and work, are first warmly welcomed at La Villa and have the feeling of being enchanted for a night by both the living atmosphere and the views of the countryside around Amelia. It is with gratitude that we thank Mrs. Fiorella and her lovely mother, for welcoming us as guests in their B&B 'La Villa' in Amelia (TR). A beautiful welcoming structure, clean with antique furniture. It feels like entering and living in a fairy tale. We cannot forget the breakfast served lovingly by the ladies: abundant, superb with coffee, milk, homemade jams, sweets, juices, sandwiches filled with products from the family farm, all well banished and carefully curated in every detail. A structure we recommend if you decide to spend a few days in the ancient village of Amelia among the hills, the woods, and the silence also of the nearby town of Porchiano. Fiorella and mother Egle: two exquisite people, hospitality is in their blood. La Villa: very welcoming, reality far exceeds the published photos. Breakfast: outdoors under the gazebo; sweet, savory, fruit: for a few days you can say goodbye to the diet. Golfredo's cold cuts: products for food lovers; we haven't tried the cheeses yet. All surrounded by villages, art cities, landscapes, and the Marmoredella waterfall in lower Umbria (excuse the term) that is all to be seen and enjoyed calmly.

The B&B is located about 900 meters from the center of Amelia (a short walk). It is a tastefully furnished villa in style, and every detail is carefully taken care of. The mother and daughter who welcome you make you feel at home. The breakfast is very abundant and complete in every way, with homemade jams and cakes. Even the breakfast table is tastefully set up! Staying at the Bed and Breakfast "La Villa" in Amelia means physically stopping to rest. Then you can start to wander with your thoughts while enjoying a very good breakfast, abundant and well cared for, which is served in the garden. I stayed with my family and my boyfriend in this wonderful B&B for a wedding that would take place nearby. The structure is new and welcoming as soon as you enter. Each room is decorated with care and with great attention to every detail, equipped with every comfort. The breakfast that was prepared for us was unique, rich, abundant, and varied. Not to mention the hospitality of Mrs. Fiorella and her mother, kind and friendly, from how they welcomed us at breakfast until we left.

I stayed in August with my family at this property and we had a great time. Maximum cleanliness of the spaces, availability, and excellent welcome from the managers. The property is located about 10 minutes of peaceful walk from the center of Amelia. Worth noting the abundant and delicious breakfast served on a finely set table. If we come back to this area, we will definitely pass by La Villa.

The passion for hospitality shines through in every corner of the house, from the friendliness with which guests are welcomed to the care given to breakfast. The location is excellent (about 400 meters from the center of the town of Amelia) and the availability of Mrs. Fiorella and her mother is commendable. You feel pampered throughout your stay.
