Description

Città della Pieve, Perugino’s hometown, is the perfect place for those who love tranquility, nature and art. This area, featured by the beautiful landscape of lower Val di Chiana and the Trasimeno lake, is the ideal environment to stay in as it is rich in history and traditions. Our B&B, housed in an ancient building once belonging to the Misericordia Association and later destined to become the Carabinieri barracks, is just located at the town’s gates and enjoys all the advantages which this charming corner of Umbria affords.

Breakfast is served with a buffet area set up in the common room of our B&B. You can find homemade sweets and cookies, as well as excellent freshly baked croissants. Alternatively, you can enjoy delicious cappuccinos and coffee at Caffé Marconi, which is also owned by us and located below the B&B. This option is ideal for those who prefer a quick and less demanding breakfast.

We are fully available to accommodate any dietary intolerances or special requirements.

Given its central position, our B&B's large windows allow guests to enjoy some of the small glimpses of the panoramic views that Città della Pieve has to offer. The house is equipped with a communal kitchen and an adjacent living room, both complete with all necessary amenities. Additionally, each room, as well as the living room, is furnished with a television and offers free access to the internet. The rooms, available in both double and triple options, have been decorated in a similar style but each have their own unique features, including en-suite bathrooms. An elevator is available in the building, and pets are allowed.

Beautifully furnished structure in a great location, good breakfast, the only flaw is the air conditioning; I understand the type of structure but there are several solutions to ensure that the room is cooler. Think about it, it's difficult to stay in a hot room with 40 degrees.
