"La Rosa Di Orvieto" B&B is the place for you!
Located just a few minutes from the A1 motorway Orvieto, Near the historical center About 1. 5 Km, next to the bus stop for the center and the railway station, near the Etruscan necropolis, not far from Bolsena and Civita of Bagnoregio.
The rooms have a private bathroom with large showers, courtesy kit (shampoo, shower caps, toothbrush), hairdryer and towels.
Almost all the rooms are equipped with a double bed complete with linen, a sofa bed that turns into an additional bed, clothes hangers, a chest that serves as a luggage rack with cushions and spare blankets inside, mosquito nets on the windows.

Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation, freundliche Vermieter*in, alles bestens. Die Art des Frühstücks ist für deutsche Ökos ein Problem, alles einzeln und kleinteilig abgepackt, süße Fertigkuchen, in Plastik versiegelte Croissants und labberige Brötchen - aber das scheint in Italien b&b Standardfrühstück zu sein.

Una chicca! Ogni camera è intonata con il colore scelto, struttura moderna, con parcheggio vicino e anche vicino al centro di Orvieto. La colazione è confezionata ma c'è di tutto ed in abbondanza, dolce e salato, buonissima! I gestori cordiali ed accoglienti e c'è perfino un angolo con libri e giochi per bambini che abbiamo sperimentato:). Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Tutto perfetto e ben organizzato, ci siamo trovati benissimo, proprietari ospitali e gentilissimi, pulizia impeccabile, camera ben arredata e confortevole, colazione molto varia, parcheggio comodo. Lo consigliamo sicuramente!

Ottima struttura, pulizia impeccabile e modalità di accesso semplificate, Una struttura che penso di utilizzare di nuovo. Purtroppo non sono riuscito ad incontrare l'host ma credo sia al pari di ciò che gestisce. Complimenti, se pur di passaggio per spezzare il viaggio ho apprezzato sia il punto in cui si trova (poco distante da autostrada) che la struttura.

Gestori molto accoglienti e molto preparati nel far visitare Orvieto nel modo semplice. Colazione abbondante, frutta fresca salumi formaggi. Camera ampia e pulita bagno grande. Consigliatissimo.

Accoglienza puntuale, esaustiva e molto gradevole con consigli, cartine e spiegazioni per visite e parcheggi. Posizione comoda a soli 5 minuti dal centro di Orvieto in zona tranquilla ed interna senza nessun rumore di traffico. Stanza un po' piccola per due valigia. Colazione più che sufficiente.

Abbiamo fatto tappa ad Orvieto durante il viaggio dalla Valle d'Aosta alla Basilicata, con un bimbo di 3 anni. Posto molto comodo e confortevole e i gestori molti ospitali e gentili. Ci hanno fornito cartina e informazioni per visitare la città. Rosa ci ha fornito il lettino per il bimbo. Parcheggio gratuito comodo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Eccezionale! La "Rosa di Orvieto" è una struttura magnifica. I propretari sono accoglienti, disponibili e attenti ad ogni esigenza dell'ospite. La sig. ra Rosa rende il soggiorno piacevole, respiri un'aria familiare. Tutto perfetto: colazione, pulizia, ubicazione e ottimo binomio prezzo/qualità. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura se siete nei paraggi di Orvieto.

Rosa e la sua collaboratrice Chiara sono state molto disponibili pur fermandoci solo una notte. La struttura è pulita, con dei bei bagni e colazione abbondante, anche per celiaci. La posizione è comoda perché appena fuori dal centro di Orvieto, raggiungibile in 5 minuti d’auto.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo molto ben organizzato B&B di Sferracavallo nella notte tra sabato 1 e domenica 2 febbraio.
L'appartamento è stato totalmente ristrutturato, ricavando 4 camere con bagni, tutte graziose e caratterizzate da un colore specifico.
La gentilezza di Rosa e la varietà dell'offerta a colazione hanno reso il nostro breve soggiorno davvero piacevole e da ricordare.
Davvero sinceri complimenti a Rosa e suo marito per aver realizzato questa "bomboniera".
Un arrivederci alla prossima.

Ottima accoglienza da parte di Rosa, camere pulite e ordinate. Colazione ottima con cappuccino delizioso. Siamo stati proprio bene.

Purtroppo per un problema al bagno della stanza che ci era stata assegnata non abbiamo potuto usufruirne.
Ci hanno offerto una stanza alternativa che però non era al livello di ciò che offre il B&B.
Può succedere qualche inconveniente, anche se avremmo preferito saperlo un pò prima dell’arrivo visto che il problema evidentemente sussisteva già.
Ciò nonostante i gestori si sono prodigati per offrirci un’altra soluzione e questo è da apprezzare.
