"La Rosa Di Orvieto" s the place for you!
Located just a few minutes from the A1 motorway Orvieto, Near the historical center About 1. 5 Km, next to the bus stop for the center and the railway station, near the Etruscan necropolis, not far from Bolsena and Civita of Bagnoregio.

The rooms have a private bathroom with large showers, courtesy kit (shampoo, shower caps, toothbrush), hairdryer and towels.

Almost all the rooms are equipped with a double bed complete with linen, a sofa bed that turns into an additional bed, clothes hangers, a chest that serves as a luggage rack with cushions and spare blankets inside, mosquito nets on the windows.

The young owner welcomed us with smiles and many practical indications, sociable and helpful, made various comforts available to us. Perfect location being very close to the highway exit and the center of Orvieto. Free parking space at 50m. Less convenient for those with motor disabilities.

A gem! Each room is toned with the chosen color, modern structure, with nearby parking and close to the center of Orvieto. The breakfast is packaged but there is everything in abundance, sweet and savory, delicious! The managers are friendly and welcoming and there is even a corner with books and games for children that we tried :). We hope to come back soon!

Excellent facility, impeccable cleanliness and simplified access methods. A property that I plan to use again. Unfortunately, I did not manage to meet the host but I believe it is up to the standard of what it manages. Congratulations, even though just passing through to break up the journey, I appreciated both the location (not far from the highway) and the facility.

Very welcoming hosts and very knowledgeable in showing La Rosa di Orvieto in a simple way. Abundant breakfast, fresh fruit, cold cuts, and cheeses. Large and clean room, big bathroom. Highly recommended.

Punctual, comprehensive and very pleasant welcome with advice, maps and explanations for visits and parking. Convenient location just 5 minutes from the center of Orvieto in a quiet and internal area with no traffic noise. Room a bit small for two suitcases. Breakfast more than enough.

Very good and fast communication, friendly landlord, all the best. The type of breakfast is a problem for German eco-conscious people, everything individually and small packaged, sweet ready-made cakes, croissants sealed in plastic, and soggy rolls - but this seems to be the standard breakfast in Italy b&b.

We stopped in Orvieto during the trip from Valle d'Aosta to Basilicata, with a 3-year-old child. Very comfortable and cozy place and the hosts very hospitable and kind. They provided us with a map and information to visit the city. Rosa provided us with a crib for the child. Convenient free parking. Excellent value for money.

Exceptional! La Rosa di Orvieto is a magnificent structure. The owners are welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every guest's need. Mrs. Rosa makes the stay pleasant, you breathe a familiar atmosphere. Everything is perfect: breakfast, cleanliness, location, and excellent price/quality ratio. I highly recommend staying at this property if you are in the vicinity of Orvieto.

Rosa and her collaborator Chiara were very helpful even though we only stayed one night. The facility is clean, with nice bathrooms and a generous breakfast, also for celiacs. The location is convenient because it's just outside the center of Orvieto, reachable in 5 minutes by car.

We stayed in this very well-organized Bed and Breakfast in Sferracavallo on the night between Saturday, February 1st and Sunday, February 2nd. The apartment has been completely renovated, creating 4 rooms with bathrooms, all lovely and characterized by a specific color. The kindness of Rosa and the variety of breakfast offerings made our short stay truly pleasant and memorable. Truly sincere compliments to Rosa and her husband for creating this 'gem'. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the bathroom in the room we were assigned, we could not use it. They offered us an alternative room that was not up to the standard of what the B&B offers. Some inconvenience can happen, although we would have preferred to know a bit earlier upon arrival, as the problem evidently already existed. Nevertheless, the managers made efforts to offer us another solution, which is appreciated.
