Welcoming and friendly hosts who provide all useful information. The property is set among olive groves with a splendid cypress-lined driveway that leads to it. The rooms are in keeping with the property's rural style and surroundings. They are very spacious, cosy and clean. Breakfast is eaten in an adjacent room equipped with a kitchen. Parking space. Overall the property is welcoming, comfortable and about a 15-minute walk from Assisi Porta Nuova. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property immersed in nature, about a half-hour walk from Assisi, which gives it a particular charm and serenity. Cesare and his wife are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you from the heart.

Upon arrival there was a good initial introduction. Waste management could be improved. The breakfast could be better. More cleanliness in the breakfast area would not have hurt. The farmhouse is very beautiful. The rooms are very nice.
