19th century mill restructured in original stonework, situated in a green valley in the Montone area offers a myriad of pleasant sensations and is only a short drive from Umbria’s historical sites.
Three attractive apartments attentively furnished in local country style offer a warm and discrete welcome as well as maximum comfort and relaxation. We loved our stay at La Pietra Rara. The hosts, Laura and Alfredo, are wonderful people, and made our visit most enjoyable. This is a real farm with chickens, geese, dogs, birds and a cat. The B&B is perfectly located, making it easy to explore both Tuscany and Umbria. You are near many interesting small towns like Montone, Cortona and Gubbio, plus larger cities like Perugia, Arezzo, Siena and Florence. Wonderful value. We'd love to return.

We spend 2 nights in the lovely B&B with Laura & Alfredo en also had à splendid bbq with the two of them! It is à quiet lovely place with à nice pool to cool down after spending the day at one of the beautiful towns in the neighborhood.

Il posto è molto semplice, accogliente ed allo stesso tempo spartano.
É il classico casolare di campagna, situato in un contesto meraviglioso.
La colazione ottima e abbondante, basata in gran parte su prodotti tipici della stessa Proprietà.
I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili ed accoglienti. Non mancano di generosità e cortesia.
Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Ho soggiornato solo per una notte, con tutta la mia famiglia composta di cinque adulti e una neonata, abbiamo dormito nella camera "RUBINO" e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Avrei voluto soggiornare qualche giorno in più, penso di tornarci di nuovo appena possibile.

Bellissimo luogo, tranquillo e immerso nella natura, titolare accogliente, disponibile e molto premurosa a riguardo dei suoi ospiti, l'unica pecca è una delle due strade per arrivarci che non è asfaltata e con qualche cunetta. Consiglio vivamente.

Bella struttura e caratteristica, cordiale la proprietaria, avrei preferito una colazione preparata al momento invece che confezionata in camera e non ho trovato sugli appunti in fase di prenotazione che la struttura avesse una strada bianca in discesa per poterci arrivare. Poi durante il soggiorno ho saputo che c’è ne sono due dì strade. Una e asfaltata.

Salve Roberto, già da prima del COVID era imbustata ora è praticamente impossibile! Prima la colazione veniva servita in sala pranzo ma per questioni di distanziamento sociale è impossibile. Non faccio io le colazioni perché non solo si potrebbe essere allergici a dei componenti, ma non tutti voi avete i stessi gusti! Es.: fare una crostata di marmellata! a che gusto?..per buttarla il giorno successivo! comunque anche se imbustate (con tanto di scadenza e di ingredienti) spero abbia avuto un'ampia scelta, se non erro: cornetti vuoti da farcire con marmellata di fragole, ciliege, albicocche e pesche, brioche al cioccolato, fette biscottate, biscotti, latte, the, caffè in cialde o in polvere. il tutto in monouso o in ceramica. Ti ricordo che siamo un bed and breakfast e non un agriturismo ed è come se venissi a casa tua a pagamento e tu avresti da offrire tutte queste cose. A me personalmente mi sembra tanta roba! Ma se hai da darmi dei consigli da aggiungere (che non sia yogurt ne frutta, perché torniamo alla differenza di gusto) te ne sarò grata. Laura.

Struttura rurale bellissima e ben restaurata, immersa nella natura delle colline Umbre; ambienti puliti, curati e ben riscaldati.
L'ideale per chi ama un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante lontano dai rumori della città, a poca strada da Montone, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia.
Proprietari simpaticissimi e disponibilissimi, bella gente che ti fa sentire subito tra amici! Siamo rimasti solo una notte, ma torneremo senz'altro! Francesco e Tatjana.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il B&B una sola notte ma il posto è davvero bellissimo, la struttura pulita e caratteristica, immersa nelle colline umbre. I gestori molto accoglienti, simpatici e disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente per un soggiorno più lungo. Ottimo per i week-end di riposo e per godere di qualche momento di relax.

Un angolo incantevole alle pendici del borgo più bello d'Italia: Montone. Laura e Alfredo vi accoglieranno con simpatia e dedizione mettendovi a disposizione un alloggio pulito e confortevole ed una piscina invidiabile. Le cene di Laura (a parte) sono veramente squisite, preparerei la colazione in sala da pranzo, ma è il giudizio di un pignolo. Assolutamente consigliato.
