L 'Agriturismo "La Piaggia" fit B&B offers a warm and familiar hospitality in the full freedom of the countryside.
From the cottage, leaving the car in the car park, you can walk to the majestic Basilica of San Francesco and enjoy the wide green lawns and olive fields.
Here, country roads and trails for walking in complete relaxation enjoying the scenery, places and atmosphere Franciscan.
Our farm offers visitors spacious and furnished in Umbrian style. Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning and all the important amenities. The rooms are very spacious and can accommodate one to four people. Breakfast is included in the cost of the room. On request, we can serve breakfast in your room. In front of the Farm La Piaggia is a lush garden where children can play undisturbed while maybe you are meeting a pic-nik.
Our farm specializes in the production of extra virgin olive oil, obtained exclusively by the process pressure, which is practiced without any manipulation or addition of chemical additives.
Our region is renowned for its rich cuisine of flavors. As is known to all connoisseurs, there are hundreds of local products that are produced in Umbria: among them stand salami, hams, cheeses and charcuterie, all readily available in local shops or restaurants.
We will also be at your disposal to advise you some taverns and restaurants in the area where the relationship is very good and experienced qulità money.
Assisi then is at the heart of green Umbria and this allows you to visit the region in quickly and easily, enjoying the wonderful artistic, cultural and historical rather than the other Umbrian towns offer

Here I am with my mother who has been renting out rooms in our apartment since the 70s. Around the 90s, I decided to integrate the agritourism activity into our farm. I have converted the six rooms on the second floor of the house into guest rooms and I will be happy to serve you breakfast in the renovated areas myself.

We only had one day in Assisi, but we wish we could have stayed at La Piaggia a little longer. A beautiful B&B at the foot of the hill just below the Monastery. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The property is a short walk to Assisi city center. The hosts were very kind and even drove me to the train station after my check-out. The breakfast included freshly baked cake and bread, definitely a highlight of my stay! Thank you again for the warm welcome and for the lovely stay!

Very nice and well-kept property, easy to reach (it is on one of the main roads leading to Assisi). The property is surrounded by fields for outdoor activities lovers. The manager is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and served with local products. Ample parking. Recommended!

Era la prima volta che soggiornavamo alla Piaggia e lo consigliamo innanzitutto per la posizione molto comoda perchè è possibile raggiungere la Basilica di San Francesco con una camminata di 20 minuti, inoltre la struttura si trova immersa nel verde e ciò assicura relax e tranquillità!
La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era pulita, semplice ma funzionale.
La colazione abbondante e con prodotti di qualità sia dolci che salati (le torte erano veramente eccezionali!).
Quando torneremo ad Assisi sicuramente sceglieremo La Piaggia!

Ottima la posizione, vicinissima alla Basilica di San Francesco e raggiungibile a piedi per un sentiero. Molto spaziosa la camera. Buona e ricca la colazione. Un piccolo suggerimento sarebbe quello di evitare la Tv accesa durante la colazione: la bellezza della quiete viene disturbata e nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato, nessuno degli ospiti, in prevalenza stranieri, era interessato. Andrebbero cambiate giornalmente le tovaglie di carta sui tavoli per la colazione! Per il resto consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Gestore cordiale e sempre presente, ottima posizione, bella struttura panoramica, stanza spaziosa, la n. 6, buona pulizia; colazione migliorabile con brioche anche salate e spremute, buone le torte.
Consigliabile, se saremo in zona torneremo, anche a piedi si arriva alla basilica S. Francesco ma nelle ore più fresche.

Comoda location, a due passi dal viale d’ingresso di Assisi. Parcheggio ampio.
La struttura è nuova con belle camere confortevoli, nella bella stagione tavoli per fare picnic nel giardino e la possibilità di fare passeggiate nella campagna.

La Piaggia ha una posizione molto comoda, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la basilica di San Francesco. È una struttura semplice ma accogliente. C'è aria di famiglia, ti sembra di stare a casa tua.

Situato vicinissimo all'inizio della salita della piaggia di San Francesco, che conduce al centro di Assisi, appena sotto la basilica (si raggiunge a piedi). Struttura curata, camere spaziose, ben arredate e molto pulite. Bel giardino, anch'esso molto curato, un bel prato dove sedersi all'ombra degli ulivi e godere di un bellissimo panorama. Gestore cordiale e accogliente, colazione abbondante. Consigliatissimo!

In questo magico posto non ci si annoia di certo! Vuoi andare alla basilica? Attraversi la strada percorri la piaggia e tac: eccoti li di fronte la basilica. Vuoi andare a Santa Maria degli angeli? Con la macchina circa 10 minuti, o partendo dalla agriturismo a piedi o in bici in mezzo a campi rigogliosi di girasoli. Vuoi andare al bosco di San Francesco? Basta attraversare la strada è vi si apre un mondo pieno di colori e natura: consiglio abbigliamento sportivo. E volendo puoi arrivare anche a San Damiano attraverso un altro percorso che parte sempre dall'agriturismo.

Ottima struttura e ottima accoglienza! Bellissimo perché puoi lasciare l'auto e arrivare alla basilica in 15 minuti di salita a piedi che ti fanno apprezzare ancora di più la bellezza di Assisi. Nella struttura respiri la tranquillità tra gli olivi e il verde dell'Umbria!

Posizione ottima (pochi minuti a piedi dalla Basilica di San Francesco), ambiente tranquillo, ottima colazione, gestore molto disponibile. La camera e il bagno sono puliti. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dall'8 all'11 agosto. Il B&B è molto carino. La camera pulita e spaziosa. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Il prezzo assolutamente competitivo per il periodo e la posizione. 180€ per 3 notti per 2 persone. Giardino molto ben curato, con amaca, tavolini e sdrai per un pomeriggio di relax. Ampio pargheggio. Sicuramente consigiliato.

Tutto ottimo. Posizione strategica per visitare il centro storico di Assisi in quanto raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Unica "pecca": la doccia piccolina nella stanza in mansarda.

Ottima posizione per chi ama fare delle piacevoli camminate sia per raggiungere la basilica di San Francesco che Santa Maria degli Angeli attraverso sentieri immersi nella caratteristica natura umbra. Struttura molto confortevole e pulita; il gestore è una persona disponibile e accogliente che ci ha dato utili indicazioni sui percorsi da seguire e sui ristoranti della città. Colazione abbondante in un contesto famigliare. Un B&B sicuramente da consigliare!

Ottimo rapporto con il Sig. Endro (il gestore). Ho letto altre votazioni non alte a riguardo della colazione. È una perfetta colazione italiana. Di certo non ci si aspetti uova strapazzate e bacon. Siamo nel bel mezzo della nostra bella Italia dove al massimo si chiama pancetta e non bacon: -)
Location consigliatissima per andare in Assisi. È situata ai piedi della Piaggia di S. Francesco, Basta essere ben allenati e dopo 600 mt. di salita sei sul piazzale della Basilica.

Io e mio figlio abbiamo soggiornato qui e il Signor Endro è sempre stato cortese e disponibile per tutto. La struttura è confortevole e a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Francesco d'Assisi. All'occasione, ritornerei senz'altro.
