La Panoramica Gubbio combines the taste of the Umbrian countryside with simple and at the same time refined hospitality, with a touch of elegance and special attention to detail and comfort, in a setting reserved for a few and away from the crowd. The accommodations are unique in style and different from each other, but equally comfortable and charming, always with great attention to detail and convenience. Our hospitality is "tailor-made", designed to offer our guests a unique and completely satisfying experience, which is why we like to define ourselves as an Agri-boutique and offer unforgettable vacations!
By choice, we do not have a television, but Wi-Fi is available everywhere. We do not offer hotel services, such as a restaurant.
The swimming pool is open seasonally, typically from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting. If it's hot, it opens earlier and closes later.

You won't find excessive luxury, but comfort and style. Dedicated to those who love beauty and want to bring back precious memories.
All the apartments have been recently renovated and are elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The kitchens are fully equipped and bathroom, bed, and pool linens are provided.
Each house and apartment has a private outdoor space, furnished with a table and comfortable seating, and with a wonderful view of Gubbio or the surrounding countryside. Great charm. Maximum privacy, exclusivity. Pet friendly.

After fifty years of office, asphalt and cement, I left everything and with my dog and my cat I moved to the wonderful Umbria to cultivate the fields and open a farm. While I look forward to refurbishing everything, I decided to rent a small house for friends who want to visit this wonderful region from all over the world. I hope you come in so many and come early, so much beauty, if not shared, is worth half of it.

We loved our stay at La Panoramica Gubbio - Maison de Charme. It was a gorgeous property with a view of the amazing town of Gubbio! Our rooms were clean and very comfortable, and our host was delightful! There is so much to see and do in this part of Umbria that we could have stayed for weeks!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Italy! The location is simply stunning — perched high on a mountain with breathtaking panoramic views that made every moment feel magical. Waking up to such scenery was unforgettable. The apartment itself was fantastic: spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very thoughtfully furnished. It felt like a real home away from home. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed — a full set of cutlery, plates, glasses, a good fridge, and even those thoughtful extras like nice coffee cups that make a big difference. What really stood out was the host. From the very beginning, the welcome was incredibly warm and heartfelt. They were so helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a perfect stay. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel truly cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Highly recommended — we would love to return one day! Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

Beautifully situated houses overlooking historic Gubbio. Peace and quiet. Clean and very nicely furnished and equipped. Plenty of outdoor space for relaxation among the mature trees. Large, clean swimming pool. Susanna has made this place truly beautiful.

Susanna has created a charming oasis, where you feel at one with nature. Accommodating up to 5 families, each with small private terraces, so you can feel alone. This place, with a spectacular view of Gubbio, is the perfect escape from a stressful routine at home. Susanna is wonderful as a host and will help you in every possible way.
