Your little house in the village. An ideal solution to experience medieval village life.
This charming studio is located in a very unique building in the heart of the village. We have preserved its medieval feel, with rooms that adapt to the shape of the building, exposed beam ceilings, non-linear walls, terracotta floors, and made it as comfortable as possible.
It consists of a large room with a living area, kitchenette, and sleeping area with a double bed, a little room with a single bed, and a small bathroom located at the top of the building with a floor-level shower. Due to the layout, the whole bathroom becomes a shower cabin, and the bidet is incorporated into the toilet bowl.
The communal summer pool is about 150 meters away and can be reached on foot. Daily rates are €8, afternoon rates are €5, and a special deal of 7 entries costs €43 (prices for 2023). We provide towels and swim caps (which are obligatory free of charge, you will find it at home at arrival.
The area where the house is located is not pedestrianized but has very little traffic.
Electricity and water consumption, as well as bed linen and towels with weekly changes, are included in the price. Not included are heating/air conditioning (charged according to consumption), mandatory final cleaning of €15, and a security deposit of €50/150 depending on the length of the stay/period.
The house is ideal for 2 people, but there is also an extra single bed. We do not live in the building, so it is necessary to arrange an appointment in advance for check-in and check-out during the indicated hours.
If you are traveling with your four-legged friend, no problem, as long as they are of medium size and you pay a supplement, which will contribute to a local association that takes care of abandoned animals.

You are in the heart of one of "The most beautiful villages in Italy" easily accessible from the A1 (Attigliano exit).
Within a few minutes walk from the little house, you will find the most important services such as post office, bank, pharmacy, newsagent/tobacconist, bar, pizzeria and grocery store. Supermarkets are located in the new part of the town, approximately 700 meters away.
All parking spaces are free of charge, the nearest being 150 meters away and the furthest being 350 meters away.
This is the perfect starting point for visiting the treasures of the Tiber Valley. On one side, you can explore the lowlands of Umbria with small medieval villages, nature with the Marmore waterfalls, and cities of art such as Amelia and Orvieto. On the other side, you can explore Tuscia with its stone villages, noble palaces such as Villa Lante and Palazzo Farnese, and nature with the Bomarzo Monsters Park.
The equestrian center is just a few minutes away by car, and it's a paradise for mountain bikers (we have a cellar under the little house for your bike). There are also marked trails for trekking and eco-walks.
