La Loggetta Casa Vacanze

This charming studio is located in a very unique building in the heart of the village. We have preserved its medieval feel, with rooms that adapt to the shape of the building, exposed beam ceilings, non-linear walls, terracotta floors, and made it as comfortable as possible. To cool and heat we used an elettric appliance and a pellet stove.

It consists of a large room with a living area, kitchenette, and sleeping area with a double bed, a little room with a single bed, and a small bathroom located at the top of the building with a floor-level shower. Due to the layout, the whole bathroom becomes a shower cabin, and the bidet is incorporated into the toilet bowl.

The communal summer pool is about 150 meters away and can be reached on foot. We provide towels and swim caps (which are obligatory free of charge, you will find it at home at arrival.

The area where the house is located is not pedestrianized but has very little traffic.

Electricity and water consumption, as well as bed linen and towels with weekly changes, are included in the price. NOT included are heating/air conditioning (charged according to consumption at price of €1, 00 per step), mandatory final cleaning of €15, and a security deposit of €50/150 depending on the length of the stay/period, destination fee.

The house is ideal for 2 people, but there is also an extra single bed.

We do not live in the building, so it is necessary to arrange an appointment in advance for check-in and check-out during the indicated hours.

Four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they are of medium size and you pay a supplement, which will contribute to a local association that takes care of abandoned animals.
