The Letizia Cottage is a charming rustic residence nestled in the small village of Spiazzolino, surrounded by the lush Umbrian hills with a stunning view of Monte Cetona. Recently renovated and thoughtfully decorated, it offers cozy spaces equipped with all modern comforts, perfect for those wishing to explore Umbria and Tuscany or be captivated by the five medieval villages nearby: Monteleone d’Orvieto, Fabro, Ficulle, Montegabbione, and Parrano.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace, a sitting area with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom featuring a large shower. Additionally, there is a convenient laundry room in the living area. Upstairs, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a small loft complete the sleeping area. The property can accommodate up to four guests, with the option to add a crib.

The village, which is fenced and has an entrance gate, is located along the Umbro-Casentino state road, making it a strategic spot for quickly reaching some of the most picturesque locations in the area, including the Scarzuola, Orvieto, Todi, Civita di Bagnoregio, Lake Trasimeno, and Città della Pieve, along with the famous thermal centers of San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano. The highway exits and the Fabro-Ficulle train station are only a few minutes away.

Guests have access to a private parking area located directly in front of the house, making it easy and convenient to explore a region rich in history, nature, and culture.
