The bed and breakfast La Casa del Melograno was established on August 13, 2012. It is located in a Liberty-style residence from the early 1900s in Umbria, not far from the historic center of Foligno and the Castle of S. Eraclio, a charming village dating back to the 8th century on the Via Flaminia.

The city, in its strategic location, guarantees easy access to the most picturesque destinations in the region such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto, Deruta, and medieval villages that embellish the surrounding hills like Spello, Collepino, Bevagna, and Montefalco.

Recently renovated, the elegant building has 3 spacious, bright, and comfortable rooms with high-quality finishes. They are equipped with all the necessary comforts and services to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay in a pleasant environment. From the rooms, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the park surrounding the house and breathtaking sunsets over Montefalco.

In the morning, a delicious breakfast awaits you in the common room, with fresh food, biscuits, and homemade cakes.

Guests will have keys to the independent entrance to the rooms and can use the free WiFi throughout the property.

Those arriving by car can take advantage of the free private parking, while those arriving by train can request a free shuttle service to/from Foligno train station, which is about 2 km away from the property.

We spent 4 nights at La Casa del Melograno. We had a great time, strategic location for getting around, cozy and clean. Mrs. Giovanna was very helpful and courteous, her cakes are delicious. Highly recommended, I hope to come back soon.

This B&B deserves a more than positive review. I didn't give a full score to the location of the property because it's a bit far from the center but, despite that, the lady was extremely kind and willing to accompany me. Exhaustive breakfast, impeccable management like cleanliness, low price. This B&B has all the characteristics to be an excellent structure. If I return to Foligno, "La Casa del Melograno" will definitely be the first place I'll turn to!

Beautiful structure located just outside the center. Stunning rooms. It is ideal for those who have to face competitions or similar and want to do it in complete serenity. The breakfast is also excellent, served in a welcoming kitchen. The owner is charming and capable. If I had to return to Foligno, I would not think twice.

I must say that for some aspects, perhaps the highest score of "10" is not enough. The manager is a friendly person, fantastic like few these days! As for breakfast, well the tart is ideal to start the day. I hope to return soon. I had a great time, I felt at ease and completely comfortable. Congratulations again.
