Description
"Il Sentiero di Armenzano" is a cozy Bed & Breakfast located in the Parco del Monte Subasio, a few kilometers from Assisi, in the picturesque village of Armenzano.

The welcome is friendly, in the best tradition of the Umbrian countryside.

Guests rooms with private bathrooms and towels included in the price
The breakfast, with typical Umbrian products and sweets of Assisi, is served in the lounge with a fireplace, while during the summer enjoying outdoors under the gazebo, where the only noise is that of the forest.

The beautiful Assisi is only 8 km, but from our B&B you can easily reach all the cities of Umbria: Spello, Gubbio, Perugia..just to name a few.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 10% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 14 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 15% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 13 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 50% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The cottage in which we live, and we welcome guests, is surrounded by unspoilt nature. Around us there are the wooded hills that frame the Subasio, crossed by nature trails, and a beautiful view which instills a sense of peace and serenity.

Beautiful complex of apartments in a spectacular and truly relaxing place. Mrs. Sarà knows how to host you with kindness and sympathy. If you are looking for a place to relax and stay away from the city, then you have found it.

Delightful bed and breakfast, spectacular location, immersed in nature and silence. Exquisite hospitality, abundant breakfast with very fresh products, some homemade. A bit tricky to reach the first time, but the difficulty is overcome by the precise directions of the hostess. Highly recommended for nature lovers.

I stayed here with my family, I had a great time. The B&B is located 8 km from Assisi, very quiet place and the owner is very kind. Very clean place, I would come back.
