Located in a residential area well served by public transport, 6 km from the historic center of Perugia and in the immediate vicinity of the new Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital, the Enrico Fermi institute, and the chocolate school.
The Chocolate offers guests two spacious double rooms with private bathrooms, furnished with simplicity yet tastefully and very welcoming.
Guests have access to some common areas: a spacious lounge and, in the summer season, a beautiful terrace. In the lounge, guests have access to an espresso coffee machine.
Free WiFi throughout the house.
No pets allowed. We love animals, but not all of our guests do, so we are obliged not to accept them, we apologize!
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and common areas. We do not accept late check-ins. Check-in is until 8 pm.

The Chocolate is a truly comfortable, spacious B&B, impeccably clean! Everything is modern, functional, and of great comfort. The manager Denise is splendid in courtesy and friendliness! I absolutely recommend this establishment.

Given that we were not tourists but people who had to go to the Hospital of Perugia, we chose this property because it is very close to that hospital. The "manager" lady was very kind and correct in giving us directions for parking and that the B&B was located on the 2nd floor without a lift. The area is full of pizzerias, restaurants, and wine bars and well connected with city buses.

I stayed for a short time, but enough to be happy with the structure and the owners. Cozy location with all the comforts, very kind and extremely helpful owner. I highly recommend it. I will return if it is available.

Very nice and functional apartment and the owner is uniquely kind. Suffice it to say that, even though breakfast is not officially included, she made us find a cake made by her, and in fact, there was everything necessary (milk, tea, kettle, etc.). Great location for those who need to go to the Hospital or the Medical Faculty. Overall, very high ratings.

Super kind guest, effective communication even via WhatsApp, decentralized but convenient location by car and quiet, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes. Highly recommended.

Consiglio questa struttura per vicinanza all'ospedale seppur molto periferica e purtroppo non essendo fornita di un parcheggio pal gestore) un monito stampato dal servizio di nettezza urbana che è stata impossibilitata ad espletare il proprio servizio o attiguo abbiamo trovato sul parabrezza del'auto (lasciata vicino all'ingresso della struttura come consigliato).

Gentilissima signora Daniela, La ringrazio per il suo feedback! Sono sinceramente dispiaciuta che la Sua esperienza nella mia piccola struttura non sia stata totalmente positiva. Purtroppo, come indicato nella scheda, non abbiamo un parcheggio interno privato e la strada è un po’ stretta, quindi il camion del servizio di nettezza urbana può avere delle difficoltà nel passaggio se l’auto non è ben accostata al muro. Fortunatamente c’è un enorme parcheggio pubblico a soli 100 metri, gratuito. Sarà mia cura ricordare ai futuri ospiti che possono usufruire di quello spazio pubblico, in quanto la nostra zona è molto tranquilla. Quando ha alloggiato da noi c’erano già diversi casi di coronavirus. La mia casa è vicina all’ospedale dove voi eravate diretti e ho cercato di mettere in atto tutta una serie di accortezze per evitare i contagi. Per tutelare me, la mia famiglia e al contempo voi, ho ridotto moltissimo le interazioni: ho eliminato il servizio della colazione (che ovviamente non avete pagato), lasciandovi alimenti confezionati da poter consumare; vi ho lasciato un intero piano a disposizione in modo da non avere nessun contatto con altri ospiti o con noi. Il Suo voto sulla pulizia mi sorprende, ma sarà mia cura in futuro controllare meglio che tutto sia assolutamente perfetto, perché per noi la pulizia è fondamentale. Spero che possa tornare da me per dimostrarle che lavoro con passione e professionalità. Un caro saluto Denise.

Consiglio questa struttura ci son tornata per la seconda volta e non son rimasta delusa anzi ci ritornerò. Unica pecca l’assenza di parcheggio per la macchina però nelle vicinanze ci son diversi posti macchina.

Stupendo B&B, camera e con bagno impeccabili e super puliti. Colazione ottima accompagna da ottimi croissant appena sfornati. Wi-fi funzionante, proprietaria molto gentile e cortese. Ci si sente davvero a casa. Torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati accolto molto bene. Denise è molto molto gentile e premurosa. La camera ed i servizi sono puliti e comodi. La colazione super abbondante, non ci si fa mancare nulla, la titolare è molto attenta alle vostre preferenze. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e se capitiamo a Perugia ci ritornerei volentieri.

Struttura non vicina al centro di Perugia, ma forse è meglio così, si evitano traffico e caos.
Fermata dell’autobus a pochi metri.
Struttura pulitissima e padrona di casa veramente gentile e disponibile.

La permanenza nelle vostra struttura è stata breve ma, sicuramente tornerò a trovarvi.

Tutto assolutamente impeccabile. Le stanze sono favolose, moderne e confortevoli. Grande cura e pulizia sono evidenti appena si varca la soglia. Direi un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

All'inizio eravamo un po' scettici: il bed & breakfast è all'interno di un contesto condominiale, abbiamo fatto un po' fatica a trovarlo, ma poi siamo stati accolti con calore dalla proprietaria Denise la quale si è resa fin da subito molto disponibile.
Le camere sono pulitissime e gli arredi completamente nuovi. La colazione è ricchissima e di qualità, l'atmosfera calorosa e accogliente.
Non posso che raccomandarlo!

Il posto è molto bello, pulitissimo, nuovissimo, comodo. Le due camere hanno ciascuna il televisore. Una delle due camere ha il bagno interno, l'altra nel corridoio. Il salone è grande e ci sono dei bei giochi da tavolo.
Si trova vicino al museo della cioccolata di Perugia, che abbiam visitato con piacere. I gestori sono cordiali e simpatici, Denise ci ha perfino fatto una crostata per la colazione. Che dire, andateci!
