The B&B Garden House offers a suite with a comfortable double bed and an independent entrance overlooking the garden, perfect for weekend, weekly or long-term stays. Prices vary according to the duration of the stay and we offer discounts compared to those published on our website.
Please note that our B&B only offers bed and breakfast service, so a full kitchen is not available. However, we provide our guests with a refrigerator that can be used upon request. The suite has a private bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer, and linens included.
Breakfast is served at the famous historic café on Corso Vannucci, in front of the B&B, or directly in our B&B, according to the guests' preference.
The Garden House also offers a charming and peaceful garden, with a delightful Italian atmosphere. It is the access to the rooms and lounges, and is furnished to ensure a relaxing experience and enjoyable reading.

The owner Gianna is an invaluable person, very available and very, very courteous. She did the impossible to make us feel comfortable. I will definitely come back just to go to dinner in Perugia staying at the Garden House.
