My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Domus Petrae. Located in the small village of Caso, up a scenic and curvy road from the larger town of Sant’Anatolia di Narco, it was a lovely and quiet place to stay. The owner, Andrea, and his wife greeted us when we arrived, helped with our luggage, and showed us our room (La Dimora), which was very spacious and provided a wonderful view of the church and plaza just next door to the property, as well as to the valley below. So picturesque! La Dimora is a fantastic suite-size room, and the en-suite bathroom very nice. We also had access to a sitting area downstairs, and the adjacent dining room was where we enjoyed our breakfasts. There are several outdoor sitting areas, all with great views to the mountains. The location is perfect for day trips to the nearby city of Spoleto, the waterfalls at Le Marmore, and a bit further to Narni. Domus Petrae was an excellent selection for our stay, and Andrea a delightful and most helpful host. We would gladly stay here again.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this charming, quiet, and relaxing place, full of great scenic beauty. It is a structure full of charm and tastefully furnished, the welcome from Andrea and his wife made us feel perfectly at ease, we were able to explore the surroundings and even venture to the wonderful plain of Castelluccio to admire the summer blooms and the flights of paragliders on a sunny and bright day, and then return to relax in the evening enjoying the last rays of sun playing with the clouds on the green slopes of Valcasina. So thank you for introducing us to these wonderful places, we hope to come back soon! Chiara and Andrea.

Domus Petrae is a magical place, with a charming view that allows you to immerse yourself completely in nature without giving up any kind of comfort. To this is added impeccable management, made of smiles, hospitality, and great attention. Obviously, to reach it, it is necessary to have a car, but the journey is definitely worth it.

We were fortunate enough to come across this property to spend a weekend with friends, we were pleasantly surprised by what the very pleasant managers offered us: a meticulously detailed property, a very abundant breakfast, an indescribable view and a unique sympathy. I gave 10 to everything because I couldn't give 15 or more even if they deserve it. The place? Wonderful. Look at the pictures. The manager and his wife? Simply fantastic. Friendly and ready to help with information and advice. Big room, beautiful, full of details to copy at our home. We will come back for at least 3 days because, taking advantage of the strategic position of this B&B, you can visit many wonderful places, Spoleto, Cascia, Norcia and even Assisi.

Domus Petrae is a recently renovated medieval structure with all the comforts of our times, located in a small village (with 16 inhabitants) where the only sound you will hear is a delightful silence, where the air smells of mint and the eyes are enchanted by colors and breathtaking views. If you feel like getting away from the chaos and frenzy that invades our lives, go find Andrea and Valentina who will welcome you with infinite kindness and availability! The rooms are clean, tidy, and carefully furnished in the choice of details and with great attention to the guest. My husband and I only stayed for one night but we will return to live and share with them the beautiful panoramic terrace equipped with everything needed to set up lunches and dinners in a spectacular location. Then what can I say... visit the nearby villages, Scheggino, Vallo di Nera, and many other gems nestled in equally wonderful valleys. Thank you Andrea and Valentina, we will come back to see you... soon... hopefully!

We stayed in a group of 4, my wife and I plus 2 friends... Enchanting place, immersed in greenery, located in a village with only 16 inhabitants, in absolute peace and quiet. Within a few minutes you can reach any town of historical and cultural value. We recommend it for those who want to unwind and regenerate physically and mentally. Clean, spacious, and welcoming rooms. Andrea, with the help of his wife and under the supervision of his father-in-law, has made this place "enchanting". We recommend it and will return.

Serenity lives here! Brand new and charming structure, equipped with all comforts. I stayed at Domus Petrae with my family and we appreciated every aspect, from the comfort of the beds to the usability of the shared spaces, from the panoramic view to the surrounding village streets. A good starting point to visit the surroundings, if you go with children I suggest spending an afternoon at the nearby adventure park of Scheggino! A praise to the owners, the real plus of the structure.
