Simplicity in our gestures, hospitality typically offered by our land and a structure that meets our expectations: we are convinced that this, in addition to the beauty and calmness that one absorbs by simply observing the scenery, is the visiting card that best describes us.

Located only 7km from the closest exit on highway A1 and only 4km from the centre of Orvieto, this location can provide an ideal stay for either one who is in the area for work or as a point of transit; staying with us can be functional, comfortable and relaxing.

There are special offers available for companies who choose to offer their client a comfortable and particular stay.

A lovely place to stay in Umbria. The views are spectacular! The property is great with a common sitting area between the individual rooms, as well as a little balcony. Angela, the host is great. She’s very friendly and knows the area well. She had so much information on many things that we inquired about. There is not a better place to stay near Orvieto!

La Cioccoleta is in a relaxing setting in a great location within easy driving distance to Orvieto. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of Orvieto in the distance! The breakfast is tasty and filling with homemade cakes, fruit, yogurt, and eggs to order. What sets Cioccoleta apart is Angela, the owner. She is warm, caring, and very helpful! She had excellent suggestions for restaurants and made all our reservations for us. We really enjoyed talking with her about the history of the BnB and her family. This was our second wonderful stay at La Cioccoleta. Angela makes us feel like we are returning to see a long-time friend. We will always stay here if we are lucky enough to have the opportunity to be in the area again.

We had a great time. The structure is beautiful, surrounded by countryside with olive trees and vineyards. Very relaxing. Angela and her staff are very professional, kind, and helpful. Abundant breakfast with homemade cakes. Definitely worth going back. Recommended.

Excellent structure and management. Abundant but not very varied breakfast. It's a place I'll come back to again. Structure outside the center (fortunately) but in an exceptional place for relaxation.

Wonderful structure, attention to details that has nothing to envy to a luxury one, homemade products for breakfast. Very spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Don't be discouraged by the dirt road to travel because it's really worth it.

Angela was a wonderful hostess, and her B&B was a wonderful oasis during our vacation in Italy. We were refreshed & revitalized in this lovely farmhouse. I had to give 10 as a score because I couldn't give more. The writer has traveled far and wide around the world. I won't go into detail, at Cioccoleta I found everything I needed: friendliness, professionalism, excellent well-kept structure, not to mention the great breakfast and coffee. It's a shame they don't offer dining services.

Truly a charming place located in the Umbrian hills near Orvieto and away from traffic. The room is cozy and the surrounding view is breathtaking. They accept pets and for those who want to travel with their four-legged friend, it is excellent. The breakfast is also good where you can taste the products made by the owners.

The Zucconi family opens the doors of their house to welcome you in the best way. My boyfriend and I had a great time. Angela, Stefano, and the family were all very warm and welcoming. The structure is beautiful, immersed in immense greenery. It's a pity that our stay was short, but we will return.

Exquisite welcome, lovely rooms furnished with taste down to the details, extreme attention to the customer (at the Cioccoleta agriturismo, you do not even need to ask!): all this and much more allowed me to spend a break from the chaos of the metropolis simply perfectly with my parents (demanding types, daughter’s word!). It is a real shame to have left so soon.
