Appartamento che più centrale non si può. Vicino ad una delle scale mobili per raggiungere il centro o, se volete come abbiamo fatto noi, ottimo per esplorare Spoleto e raggiungere la vetta girando per il paese. L'appartamento che ci ha destinato il gestore ha una grande cucina con salotto, due camere da letto (matrimoniale e singola) dove si dorme benissimo senza rumori, e due bagni il tutto su tre piani. Siamo stati decisamente comodi. Noi abbiamo sfruttato tanto la cucina sia a colazione che a cena, e forse ci sono poche pentole, ma assolutamente ce la siamo cavata benissimo e non abbiamo avuto problemi. Consigliato davvero.

Struttura bella e spaziosa, gestore cordiale e disponibile che ha saputo indicare da subito un parcheggio non troppo distante e fornire informazioni sulla città. Peccato non aver potuto sperimentare la colazione, causa ristrettezze dovute al Covid, sicuramente sarebbe stata all'altezza del resto. Consigliato.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve, ma molto soddisfacente! L'appartamento a noi riservato era dotato di tutti i confort, molto pulito e curato. Il gestore è una persona squisita. La posizione ottima, proprio in centro e ti evita di prendere l'auto per inutili spostamenti. Sicuramente ritorneremo a Spoleto, città meravigliosa e sicuramente sceglieremo questa struttura! Vorrei che tenessi anche conto del fatto che la stessa, nel locale dove tu hai alloggiato, registrato come Affittacamere, non è obbligatoria e che viene comunque offerta dalla nostra struttura a titolo gratuito. Appartamento pulitissimo, accessoriato veramente di tutto e di più (mai visto un appartamento dotato di così tanti optional (phon, dentifricio, shampoo, bagni schiuma, scacchi, tovagliette colazione e chi ne ha più ne metta). Un bagno dotato sia di vasca che di doccia ed un altro piccolo bagno con lavabo e WC; tavolo allungabile per 6 persone. A 200 m. dalle scale mobili che portano sia al Duomo che al Castello Albornoz ed a 50 m. dalle scale mobili della Posterna; adiacente a via Garibaldi, buoni ristoranti a pochi metri; parcheggio a pagamento orario (max 3 ore) a 100 m.; parcheggio gratuito a circa 250 m. Direi che l'appartamento era fresco, nonostante le alte temperature esterne. Gestori gentilissimi e disponibili, come raramente ho riscontrato. Prezzo veramente invitante, soprattutto calcolato quello che viene proposto. Consigliatissimo.

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo rimasti una notte in questo appartamento e, una volta lì, non saremmo voluti più andare via. Posizionato in una bellissima zona centrale a due passi da piazza Garibaldi e da tutto il centro. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, attrezzatissimo (in bagno si possono trovare prodotti per tutte le necessità, la cucina è fornita di tutti gli strumenti necessari), buona la prima colazione, e soprattutto il proprietario molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Torneremo di sicuro. Raccomandatissimo!

Siamo stati lo scorso weekend ed era davvero un regalo prezioso per noi stare in questa struttura meravigliosa! Il Sig. Fabio il proprietario è una persona meravigliosa, disponibile e grande professionista. Ci siamo proprio trovati benissimo! e di sicuro ci torneremo sia l'inverno, sia durante il festival di Spoleto (sperando di trovare l'appartamento libero). Abbiamo prenotato per una notte, ma visto che ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per il posto, la disponibilità del proprietario Fabio e l'accoglienza abbiamo prolungato il weekend! Appartamento pulito accogliente ogni confort e colazione ricchissima, torneremo sicuramente per passare qualche giorno nelle vacanze di Natale (a soggiornato anche mio cognato nel monolocale sottostante piano terra si è trovato benissimo con ogni confort è sicuramente ritornerà) grazie Fabio Massimo da Brescia.

Ottimo B&B, posizione strategica per visitare la stupenda città di Spoleto, struttura molto bella e confortevole, dotata davvero di tutto, cucina attrezzata e ottima colazione che il sig. Fabio ci ha inaspettatamente incluso nel prezzo. Ambienti pulitissimi e ampi. ciliegina sulla torta la massima disponibilità del proprietario che ci ha anche aspettato in stazione per accompagnarci in auto presso la struttura, dove ci ha anche dato tutte le info utili per il nostro soggiorno. Mi sento di consigliare vivamente questo B&B e sicuramente ci tornerò, difficilmente si trovano persone così professionali ed oneste come Fabio!

La struttura è a due piani molto ampia e ristrutturata molto bene. Si trova in una posizione ideale sia come punto di partenza per visitare le zone limitrofe di Spoleto sia per andare nel magnifico centro storico della città. Qualità - Prezzo sono ottimi. Io, mia figlia e mia mamma abbiamo trascorso una breve vacanza davvero piacevole, nel monolocale del gentilissimo e ospitale Sig Fabio. Il locale pulitissimo, accogliente, ben arredato ed arioso è posto al centro di ogni servizio utile, in una Spoleto incantevole! Inoltre era presente una abbondante colazione. Serberemo un bellissimo ricordo, siamo state benissimo!

La struttura è da poco ristrutturata e si trova a pochi metri dal centro, raggiungibile anche attraverso le scale mobili. Nelle vicinanze ci sono bar, negozi e trattorie. Si ha a disposizione, quasi, un mini appartamento al prezzo di una stanza. Ottima la pulizia. Cordiale e disponibile Fabio, il titolare della struttura. Da ritornarci assolutamente. Domenico.

L"alloggio ci è piaciuto molto sia per L posizione ubicata proprio al centro della città, molto accogliente, pulito, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Il gestore, Fabio è stata una persona veramente gentilissima è disponibile, ci è venuto a prendere all'uscita dell'autostrada e ci ha accompagnino a casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Gentilezza ed ospitalità senza eguali da parte del gestore e sua moglie. Ubicato in posizione centrale, servito benissimo dalla viabilità interna città (scale mobili a circa 30 mt.) con vicinanze parcheggio custodito e\o gratuito. Sicuramente da segnalare ad amici e parenti, noi ci torneremo, e sarà sempre il nostro riferimento per soggiornare e vivere Spoleto, il cuore verde della cultura italiana. a rivederci presto.

Siamo stati ospiti di Fabio per due serate del festival dei due mondi di quest'anno, con l'obiettivo di riuscire a vedere uno spettacolo di barishnikov del quale non avevo avuto modo di trovare i biglietti via internet. ho trovato l'appartamento davvero incredibilmente comodo, indipendente, caratteristico e accogliente, e Fabio il gestore una persona davvero ospitale e gentile, con una cortesia semplice duiretta e davvero genuina che ci ha fatto sentire (a casa nostra), senza poi considerare che il grande gestore è riuscito a trovarmi i due biglietti tanto cercati, solo provando a chiederglielo. e per me sono stati un regalo davvero di enorme valore. consiglio la struttura a chiunque voglia visitare questa città bomboniera dall'atmosfera sognante. per quanto mi riguarda la considero il mio appoggio su Spoleto quando ci tornerò. grazie ancora, Paola da Genova.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo appena soggiornato in questa struttura e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ben arredato, pulitissimo, vasta scelta per la prima colazione, in posizione centrale ma molto tranquilla. Gentilissimo il titolare che ci ha accompagnati ad un parcheggio libero poco distante e ci ha poi fornito molte indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare. Grazie.

Struttura posta in posizione strategica che permette di visitare tutto il centro storico con facilità. La cortesia e la gentilezza del gestore sono ottimi tanto che ci ha accompagnati al nostro arrivo in un parcheggio libero e tranquillo a pochi passi dall'appartamento. Io e la mia dolce signora abbiamo festeggiato il nostro 30mo anniversario a Spoleto. Abbiamo soggiornato in un ampio appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, ambiente tranquillo, posizione centrale con tutti i siti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il gestore ci è venuti a prendere allo svincolo di Spoleto Nord e ci ha accompagnati al parcheggio ove abbiamo lasciato la vettura a circa 200 metri dal B&B. Colazione "autonoma", completo angolo cottura, ingresso indipendente, assoluta libertà di movimento. Qualche piccolo neo (TV obsolete, no WiFi), altrimenti sarebbe la perfezione. Comunque consigliatissimo a tutti.

Appartamento accogliente, ben arredato e soprattutto pulito. Situato nel centro storico, vicinissimo ad un parcheggio non a pagamento, ci ha permesso di visitare la parte più bella e caratteristica della cittadina. Piacevole la passeggiata tra i suggestivi vicoli e negozi vicinissimi alla struttura. Il gestore è stato molto cordiale e veramente disponibile. È stata un'esperienza da ripetere.

Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è ottima in tutto, completa, pulita, in una posizione direi perfetta per visitare Spoleto e dintorni. La macchina a 100 mt, così come il centro storico. Grande disponibilità del gestore e un rapporto qualità/prezzo che definirei ottimale. E non solo, è un appartamento con angolo cottura quindi comodissimo per tutte le esigenze. Ciao.

Pur utilizzando frequentemente la formula B&B, raramente ci siamo trovati così bene come in questa circostanza. La struttura Centro Città, ove abbiamo trascorso le vacanze pasquali, ci ha offerto una ubicazione perfetta (nel cuore della città ed al contempo, tranquilla, riservata e fascinosa); attrezzature complete di ogni cosa (dagli utensili di cucina al tovagliato da bagno); ogni comodità derivante da una ristrutturazione accurata ed attenta; squisita ospitalità da parte dei titolari, gentilissimi e disponibili fin dal nostro arrivo. Un grazie di cuore per queste fantastiche giornate trascorse nella bellissima Spoleto!
