We only spent one night at this bed and breakfast and we would have liked to stay longer. Firstly, the kindness and welcome of the owners towards us and our dogs, the cleanliness, comfort, and tranquility of the room, and then the beautiful panorama in which it is located. Congratulations! If we return to these areas, we will definitely stay with pleasure again!

Spent a weekend (two nights) in this bed and breakfast immersed in the beautiful Umbrian countryside just a few minutes from Todi, with a couple of friends, staying in two rooms of different sizes, both with spacious and perfectly functioning en-suite bathrooms, very comfortable, functional and also well heated by the underfloor heating. Excellent breakfast, sweet only, with a different tart every morning made with homemade jam using the fruit from the trees on the property. Excellent dinner, prepared by the hosts, Carmen and Marco, and in their pleasant company. It would be interesting to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor hot tub and breakfast served under the pergola.

The location of Casale Le Orme is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and relaxing and regenerating silence. Carmen and Marco are two very kind people who welcome you as if you were at home. We really appreciated the abundant breakfasts and the excellent dinner in the garden with the splendid view over the valley. Super room!

Extremely clean structure, I would dare say meticulous in a good way, near the walls of Todi. Very convenient for parking, you leave the car just outside the walls and it's only 50 meters away. To reach the center, it's not even 10 minutes uphill walk, but I can assure you that it didn't feel heavy even to me, who is very lazy! When we called Marco to inform him of our arrival, he replied with a cheerful "fantastic! Welcome!" that made us feel immediately welcomed. The apartment is equipped with everything you can think of and more: washing machine, iron, hairdryer, ironing board, detergents, everything. Breakfast is not included in the apartment, but there was a "break corner" with tea, coffee, and a welcome bottle of water. It's a shame that the restaurant at Casale Le Orme was already fully booked, we would have liked to try it, but there will definitely be another opportunity!

Casale Le Orme is a magical place! We stayed here for New Year's Eve, immersed in the silence and beauty of the place and pampered by the kindness of Carmen and Marco. The structure is wonderful, cared for with love in every detail, both outside and inside. Ten and more stars to our room, Luxury, welcoming, warm, clean, spacious, with a small terrace and a huge bathroom (dream shower and two sinks placed opposite each other). Good breakfast, with Carmen's delicious pies, and warm croissants, as well as the freshly picked fruit by Marco. We had dinner here for New Year's Eve, enjoying Carmen's genuine and truly excellent cuisine, living a truly special evening with a family atmosphere, just what we were looking for these days. In short, praise for this place and for Carmen and Marco who are attentive and caring. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you. Mia, Giada, Betty.

To discover Umbria there is no better place, peace, tranquility, comfort. Todi and the main roads to visit wonderful places in less than an hour by car. Superlative hospitality and fantastic accommodation, everything perfect, highly recommended.

The location is exclusive, you stay in a charmingly renovated old 'Casale Le Orme', there is a fridge in the room and a fan, we had a private bathroom (outside the room), the cleanliness is excellent. Excellent breakfast and the hosts are helpful and courteous. There is a small piece of bumpy road, for the rest there is gravel and it is well maintained up to the 'Casale Le Orme'. Two flaws: there is a pig farm very close by and, depending on the wind direction, there is a bad smell and animal noises. There is no electric gate, the pool is very small (it cannot be defined as a pool, better not to mention it). Maybe a bit too much to ask for 84€.

One of the most beautiful stays I have ever had. The breathtaking panorama surrounding the structure accompanies the kindness of the managers who treated us like family members. We were guests of the structure for two nights. The location and landscape are splendid if you are looking for a quiet place, the rustic structure is well furnished and comfortable, the TV is a bit small considering the size of the room, the pool is very small and the driveway gate that must be opened and closed by hand, which becomes a bit inconvenient in the rain. Unfortunately, however, the manager of the structure did not live up to the task, on the last morning, wanting to have breakfast 20 minutes before the time indicated on the booking sheet, due to a communication defect, it was not ready, having no other means to contact them I called to ask if they could prepare, after five minutes the breakfast arrived, but the manager started to raise issues about the rules of "his house", emphasizing everything with a brusque tone and manners, which he maintained even when I tried to minimize the situation. Finally, we only got the documents back after payment... They missed the opportunity to have us as guests again.

Unfortunately we only spent one night in this splendid farmhouse immersed in the Umbrian nature. Splendid location, ideal place to unwind from the hectic life and relax in contact with nature. The constant chirping of the birds is a unique background. Courtesy, cleanliness and seriousness come first! Highly recommended!

Ottima posizione per visitare le bellezze dell'Umbria, perfetta gestione da parte dei titolari, ti fanno sentire coma a casa propria.
La colazione è qualcosa di speciale.

Il casale incantevole e sulla collina completano l'ospitalità dei gestori. Relax, natura e buon cibo si fondono insieme per regalare emozioni piacevoli agli ospiti. Sicuramente da consigliare e dove ritornare. Stanza e bagno raffinati e pulitissimi. Colazione abbondante e squisita. Carmen è attenta ad ogni dettaglio e Marco disponibile alle richieste degli ospiti.

Casolare incantevole in una radura in mezzo al bosco è situato in collina e gode di un bel panorama.
Al mattino ci si sveglia al canto degli uccelli.
I locali sono accoglienti, confortevoli e puliti; il bagno è molto grande.
La colazione molto varie e abbondante, le torte sono preparate direttamente dalla proprietaria.
Gestori simpaticissimi e prodighi dì consigli sulle mete da visitare nelle vicinanze.
Che dire di più, solamente chi ci è stato ha saputo apprezzare la bellezza di questa location.

Posto incantevole, pulitissimo, caldo, accogliente, curato nei dettagli. I proprietari/gestori cordialissimi. La posizione ottimale per raggiungere in tempi limitati le più belle città dell'Umbria e non solo.

Bellissima struttura, pulita immersa in un contesto incontaminato. I proprietari sono molto gentili, ospitali, disponibili, discreti. Le camere offrono tutti i comfort curati nei minimi particolari. Ottima colazione: abbondante, variegata. È piacevole al mattino sentire quel profumo di dolci appena sfornati. Ottimo in tutto.

È un bellissimo casale in una posizione incantevole, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità, con stanze ampie, pulitissime e dotate di ogni confort.
È in una posizione ideale per raggiungere Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, le Cascate delle Marmore e Spoleto.
Marco e Carmen sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili; ti fanno sentire a casa.
E poi le torte di Carmen a colazione sono indimenticabili.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo magnifico casale, immerso nel verde e nella quiete più assoluta. È in posizione ideale per raggiungere facilmente Orvieto, Todi e Civita di Bagnoreggio. La struttura è molto curata, le stanze, arredate rispettando le caratteristica della zona, sono molto pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort. Carmen e Marco, i padroni di casa, sono molto attenti e disponibili nei confronti dei loro ospiti. Ci si sente a casa. Che dire poi della colazione? Le torte che Carmen prepara tutti i giorni sono spettacolari.
Un posto davvero incantevole che consiglio a tutti.

Marco e Carmen professionali cordiali ineccepibili, in sintesi adorabili, le stanze ampie e belle e arredate con gusto del casale emanano una positiva aura di pulizia e serenità, la colazione è una vera ottima colazione. È un posto pensato per accogliere e viene voglia di tornarci per respirare la pace e la bellezza del posto, ed per rivedere i proprietari.
