Lovely typical farmhouse in excellent condition. There is no air conditioning, but at night, keeping the windows open (there are mosquito nets!), you need to keep the sheet on you, otherwise, you'll be cold! The breakfast is only sweet but sufficiently varied and good. To reach the property, there is a small stretch of unpaved road (about 200 meters I believe) very well maintained.

We spent a weekend in the accommodation which satisfied us both for its beautiful location and excellent hospitality. We appreciated the special care in the decoration of the room and the bathroom. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast which lacked a selection of savory products. Otherwise, everything was excellent and abundant. I definitely recommend the stay.

Beautiful structure, maintained to perfection. Cleanliness, silence, and tranquility characterize this place immersed in nature. The owners are present but very discreet. Independent entrance to the rooms. We stayed only one night, everything was perfect. Breakfast was more than abundant and very good, little mobile signal (which is a plus). Wi-Fi is available, so there are no issues for any need to be "connected". Highly recommended structure. Thank you.

Very nice property, very competent and helpful manager. It's a shame that the last stretch of road to access Casale Le Orme is in the middle of the woods. Perhaps in summer it's less noticeable, unfortunately for us, when we were guests it rained and the road was very muddy.

We only spent one night at this bed and breakfast and we would have liked to stay longer. Firstly, the kindness and welcome of the owners towards us and our dogs, the cleanliness, comfort, and tranquility of the room, and then the beautiful panorama in which it is located. Spent a weekend (two nights) in this bed and breakfast immersed in the beautiful Umbrian countryside just a few minutes from Todi, with a couple of friends, staying in two rooms of different sizes, both with spacious and perfectly functioning en-suite bathrooms, very comfortable, functional and also well heated by the underfloor heating. Excellent breakfast, sweet only, with a different tart every morning made with homemade jam using the fruit from the trees on the property. Excellent dinner, prepared by the hosts, Carmen and Marco, and in their pleasant company. It would be interesting to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor hot tub and breakfast served under the pergola.

Extremely clean structure, I would dare say meticulous in a good way, near the walls of Todi. Very convenient for parking, you leave the car just outside the walls and it's only 50 meters away. To reach the center, it's not even 10 minutes uphill walk, but I can assure you that it didn't feel heavy even to me, who is very lazy! When we called Marco to inform him of our arrival, he replied with a cheerful "fantastic! Welcome!" that made us feel immediately welcomed. The apartment is equipped with everything you can think of and more: washing machine, iron, hairdryer, ironing board, detergents, everything. Breakfast is not included in the apartment, but there was a "break corner" with tea, coffee, and a welcome bottle of water. It's a shame that the restaurant at Casale Le Orme was already fully booked, we would have liked to try it, but there will definitely be another opportunity!

Casale Le Orme is a magical place! We stayed here for New Year's Eve, immersed in the silence and beauty of the place and pampered by the kindness of Carmen and Marco. The structure is wonderful, cared for with love in every detail, both outside and inside. Ten and more stars to our room, Luxury, welcoming, warm, clean, spacious, with a small terrace and a huge bathroom (dream shower and two sinks placed opposite each other). Good breakfast, with Carmen's delicious pies, and warm croissants, as well as the freshly picked fruit by Marco. We had dinner here for New Year's Eve, enjoying Carmen's genuine and truly excellent cuisine, living a truly special evening with a family atmosphere, just what we were looking for these days. The location is exclusive, you stay in a charmingly renovated old 'Casale Le Orme', there is a fridge in the room and a fan, we had a private bathroom (outside the room), the cleanliness is excellent. Excellent breakfast and the hosts are helpful and courteous. There is a small piece of bumpy road, for the rest there is gravel and it is well maintained up to the 'Casale Le Orme'. Two flaws: there is a pig farm very close by and, depending on the wind direction, there is a bad smell and animal noises. There is no electric gate, the pool is very small (it cannot be defined as a pool, better not to mention it). Maybe a bit too much to ask for 84€.

Unfortunately we stayed only one night in this splendid structure, managed by two very kind owners. We also had dinner with excellent food and great company. I recommend this structure to everyone and really hope to come back maybe with the warmth in the summer season.

We were guests of the structure for two nights. The location and landscape are splendid if you are looking for a quiet place, the rustic structure is well furnished and comfortable, the TV is a bit small considering the size of the room, the pool is very small and the driveway gate that must be opened and closed by hand, which becomes a bit inconvenient in the rain. Unfortunately, however, the manager of the structure did not live up to the task, on the last morning, wanting to have breakfast 20 minutes before the time indicated on the booking sheet, due to a communication defect, it was not ready, having no other means to contact them I called to ask if they could prepare, after five minutes the breakfast arrived, but the manager started to raise issues about the rules of "his house", emphasizing everything with a brusque tone and manners, which he maintained even when I tried to minimize the situation. Finally, we only got the documents back after payment... They missed the opportunity to have us as guests again.

Unfortunately we only spent one night in this splendid farmhouse immersed in the Umbrian nature. Splendid location, ideal place to unwind from the hectic life and relax in contact with nature. Casale Le Orme charming farmhouse in a clearing in the middle of the woods, located on a hill and with a beautiful view. In the morning, you wake up to the birdsong. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and clean; the bathroom is very large. The breakfast is very varied and abundant, the cakes are prepared directly by the owner. The managers are very friendly and give advice on the destinations to visit nearby. What more can I say, only those who have been there have been able to appreciate the beauty of this location.

We spent two nights in this magnificent farmhouse, immersed in greenery and absolute tranquility. It is in an ideal position to easily reach Orvieto, Todi, and Civita di Bagnoreggio. The property is very well maintained, the rooms, furnished respecting the characteristics of the area, are very clean and equipped with all comforts. Carmen and Marco, the hosts, are very attentive and helpful to their guests. You feel at home. And what about the breakfast? The cakes Carmen prepares every day are spectacular. A truly enchanting place that I recommend to everyone.
